People said, “save money, don’t get flowers”, but they weren’t working with Lora. I can honestly say that Lora and her beautiful floral arrangements made our dream wedding truly co...
me to life. Our wedding was 7/9/2022 after TWO postponements due to COVID (original wedding date was 7/18/2020!) Lora communicated effectively with us through the pandemic craziness and kept our budget + vision in mind the entire time. She even took the time to get to know our story. My fiancé is from Australia- so she added native Aussie flowers to the bud vases and bouquets. So thoughtful and
beautiful! Additionally, my grandmother is sensitive to smells, so for her flower corsage, Lora was considerate enough to select mild/no scent flowers. It really meant a lot to our family. Lora’s ability to enhance spaces with exquisite colors, lots of texture, and romantic elements is why we chose her for our big day. I would work with Sophisticated Floral 100x over and highly recommend GETTING THE FLOWERS and WORKING WITH LORA!
The flowers were exactly what I wanted. They arrived on site set up when they were supposed to. I couldn't be happier with them.
Lora did an amazing job with the flowers at my wedding. Others couldn't stop commenting on my bouquet, and how well the arch and reception area looked with all the flowers she arra...
nged. I highly recommend her for any event!
Lora was easy and flexible to work with. She was very organized, creative, and capable - as someone who doesn't know much about flowers, I felt like I could trust her to handle thi...
ngs beautifully, and she really did. She made the process less stressful, and the flowers were beautiful and quality. She worked with us on our budget and came up with less expensive options that were so beautiful (movable flower stands that were behind us during the ceremony and then moved behind the head table during dinner). I fully recommend her!
She is talented, flexible and artistic. Sophisticated floral is surprisingly affordable even though her designs have that high end, gorgeous, and unique appeal. She made last minut...

from me (the bride). The care and quality she puts into her work definitely shows. I would highly recommend Lora to anyone seeking floral needs! Thank you for everything!

The couple got married in a Zen center and the lush flowers were jaw dropping.
The bridal bouquets were sooooo beautiful !!! The table arrangements and florals throughout the venue were eye candy.
There are not enough superlatives to describe how special and creative Lora's florals are.
Thank you for the great attention to detail Lora.
You helped make the wedding day so memorable!!
Oh my goodness, words can't even describe how happy I was with my bouquet and flower crown. My husband and I eloped to Oregon from Denver and I was freaking out about not being abl...
e to meet with a florist in person since I had a very specific idea in mind for my bouquet. But after emailing a bit with Lora I knew that she was the perfect florist for me. She listened to my ideas and asked so many questions, she made me feel certain I would be getting what I envisioned. What she created for me was even more perfect than what I had imagined!!! I was so shocked and happy when I saw the finished product.
Everyone who sees pictures from our special day comments on how beautiful my flowers are and I owe it all to Lora. She is so creative and so very talented at what she does! I'm so glad I went with her on one of the most important days of my life. Thank you so much Sophisticated Floral, you really did make me the happiest bride!!
Wonderful! Truly!
I have to thank Angela Orr from Simply Elegant Designs -our planning for referring us to Lora. She was the cheapest floral option I came across, but also the ...
best. She was ready to work with any idea I presented and would even send me her feedback extremely quickly. I never heard a "can't do" from her.
I wish I could upload pictures of the gorgeous bouquets she made us!
I am so happy that I chose this florist. She did our personal flowers, cake flowers, centerpieces, and gazebo garland. She met with me multiple times to choose my flowers, and the ...
end result was so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. I had better flowers than some of the mainstream Portland shops could have done, and everything was gorgeous. I know I'm biased, but our personal flowers (bouquets/bouts) were the prettiest I'd ever seen! The centerpieces were gorgeous. I think I gave out her name to at least 30 people during the reception. I was happy to support a smaller business, because I got so much personal attention and she listened to everything I said and went above and beyond!
I was very indecisive over my flowers for a few months, and I kept changing my mind. I am sure this frustrated Lora at Sophisticated Floral Design, but she never complained, just o...
ffered new ideas and suggestions. The day of my wedding, she delivered the flowers, and they were gorgeous! Good pricing as well.
