Sasha realized at a very young age that she truly possessed a love and passion for cooking. Growing up in an extremely large family she had no other choice but to learn how to cook. Sasha always had a passion for food and cooking but never thought to make it a career. After journeying through life and several successful career paths, Sasha began to reflect on those moments of absolute happiness. Which in turn led her back to school to pursue & obtain a Culinary Degree in 2016. Sasha graduated at the top of her class and continued to push to higher heights.

Chef Sasha and Sophisticated Palate were nothing short of awesome! We hired them to cater our rehearsal dinner on 6/21, and everyone in attendance complimented us on the food and professionalism of Sasha and her whole team! After contracting with them before trying any food (based off our initial call, reviews, pictures, etc) we were a tad nervous but that was quickly put to ease after our tasting was delicious and our event even more delicious!!! The team is highly professional, respectful, friendly, and super accommodating to dietary needs. Sasha is also very responsive and clearly willing to go above and beyond to ensure every detail is covered (i mean, she also cooked for us on HER BIRTHDAY which says it all about her dedication)! I highly recommend Chef Sasha and sophisticated palate

For my friend's 50th birthday celebration in the Poconos, we hired Chef Sasha and we were blown away!
The menu was incredible, featuring highlights like the amazing plantain cups with jerk chicken for appetizers, to the perfectly cooked bourbon chicken and whole red snapper, and a comforting homemade peach cobbler.
Beyond the delicious food, Chef Sasha’s attention to detail with the beautiful table decor and buffet setup was impressive. Her and her team’s personable service made the evening truly special.

THE QUEEN OF CULINARY! Words cannot describe how wonderful Chef Sasha and her team were. My friends & I were staying in the Poconos for my 26th birthday. Being as crazy as I am about my birthday, I knew I wanted a private chef. I reached out to Chef via her website and got an immediate response back. We spoke about ideas, budget, decor, etc. Initially I had booked just a breakfast event for the party, but decided on her private chef experience service as well for my boyfriend & I. IT WAS AMAZING! Together we crafted a menu that would be perfect for the two of us, especially since I am a very picky eater. She listened and was so patient with my requests. I am still dreaming of that food days later & will forever. Breakfast was just as amazing. My guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Thank you again, one million times over, for making my birthday even more special than I ever could’ve imagined. To Chef Sasha, continue to light up a room and be so vibrant through your craft. I miss you already 😂❤️

We can't thank this catering team enough for saving our daughter's wedding when our original caterer fell through. Their flexibility in accommodating our needs and requests was impressive. The food was delicious, particularly the chicken and waffles - my waffle was perfectly crisp. Throughout the event, they kept the food and drinks (especially the orange juice) well-stocked.
Despite the challenges of our remote venue, the team was incredibly helpful and contributed to the beautiful atmosphere of the day. Their attentive service, delicious food, and willingness to go above and beyond made them an integral part of our celebration. We highly recommend their services for any event, especially weddings.

The food was amazing. The owner is super nice. My huaband and I booked her for our 10 year wedding anniversary and the food did not disappoint at all. We were able to sample the menu before moving forward and got above and beyond the day of.
The price is reasonable and the owner works with you on payments.
I would definitely recommend this company and I plan to use them for all events that require catering in the future.

Sophisticated Palate made my wedding day special. The 5 course dinner was exceptional. They took their time in preparing each and every entrée, down to the drinks. My husband so surprised when I hired Sophisticated Palate for our private wedding dinner. 5 stars 🌟 all around the border.
