2 hours to do hair and makeup for 2 people. She was able to get the style I wanted from a picture. However, the hair would not stay all night. I had to keep having people to bobby pin it again and again. Also the price she told me over the phone was not the actual price we paid. I brought $300 for my and my MOH's hair and makeup and tip from the price she quoted me over the phone. But my MOH had to put in at least $50 extra do to the price difference. They are extremely pleasant women working there and made us feel wonderful during the process.
