Sopranos was on it from the moment we contacted them. Their team was pleasant, responsive, and made wedding planning stress free. The food tasting was enjoyable, they worked with us on Vegan and Gluten Free options (the vegan stuffed mushrooms we’re a hit with our vegan guests!) and we’ve heard nothing but positive feedback on the food. We just wish we could’ve ate more of it, though they were kind enough to make us plates from our buffet. We would definitely recommend Sopranos!

We had a great experience working with Soprano's for our wedding, from the first email to the day of. They were so accommodating to all of our requests, the food was so delicious, and the prices were reasonable. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food! The staff was great—especially our event manager, Jackie!

Cheryl and Soprano's Catering were fantastic to work with. They were the most reasonably priced catering company we received a quote from for our wedding, while still having very high quality (and yummy) food. Cheryl was always responsive and easy to get ahold of with any questions we had. For our tasting, she even added in a couple extra items for us to try. We selected buffet style, and Soprano's prepared any guests with dietary restrictions their own separate plates that were ready to go when they reached the buffet. The food was fantastic on our wedding day and we received a ton of compliments from our guests on how delicious it was. Overall, I would highly recommend Soprano's!

Oh my gosh, our wedding food from Soprano’s was so delicious. Many people, other wedding vendors included, went out of their way to tells us how much better our food was than “typical wedding food”. Cheryl had great communication throughout the planning process and even allowed us to have multiple tastings to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. My best advice would be to book with Soprano’s and make sure you get to enjoy a plate at your wedding or event!

We are so glad we selected Soprano's to cater our wedding. Right when we sat down for the tasting and saw the plate of savory, mouth-watery goodness, we knew Soprano's was the right option. All of the food was so good that it made the decision difficult to choose what to serve during our reception. Once it was time for the wedding, the Soprano's staff was very pleasant and helpful. Many of our guests complimented our selection of food for the plated meal. Overall we would definitely recommend Soprano's catering to anyone looking for some great catered food.

We used Sopranos for our October wedding reception at Eastern Market Shed 3 and we were so pleased with our decision throughout the whole process. From the very beginning Jackie was so great to work with, she was easily reached with any questions and we received wonderful hospitality for our tasting. From the first bite of their rolls we were already set on choosing them, the rest of the tasting was just a formality! We went with the gold buffet: herb chicken breast, beef sirloin medallions, creamy pesto, garlic smashed potatoes, green bean almandine, and it was a huge hit with the guests! They also provided a charcuterie board and fresh fruit tray which I understand from the guests was delicious as well. I need to emphasize how helpful Jackie was throughout the whole process, she was so organized and made sure she had all of the information she needed to make the catering go smoothly on the day-of. The servers onsite were so kind and helpful. We would highly recommend Sopranos Catering to anyone looking for a delicious catering option for their wedding or special event. Thank you Sopranos!

We used Sopranos as the caterer for my wedding on 10/23/2021 and they were wonderful!! The food was amazing - our guests loved everything from the appetizers to the main course. They were wonderful to work with also! We were planning the wedding from out of state and they were so accommodating with our questions, menu changes, and working with our schedule to have food tastings when we were in town.

Working with Sopranos was amazing. Their entire team went above and beyond. Our guests are still raving about how good each dish was. I would definitely hire them for future family events!

Jackie and the whole Sopranos team was awesome to work with! We had to delay our wedding due to COVID and they were very flexible and understanding. They were prompt to reply to questions about the food or different options, which was especially important for planning our wedding from a different state. We had a plated meal and everyone was served very quickly. The food was awesome and we received many compliments from our guests about how it was one of the best wedding meals they had ever had!

Sopranos food was beautifully showcased, tasted great, and met all our expectations! Beyond that, the staff was very patient and helpful. We had an informal ceremony/dinner and they were willing to offer guidance while going with the flow of our backyard, family gathering! So appreciative of them. We just had Sopranos cater our wedding 9/4/21 and am so glad we chose them! Cheryl made the planning process extremely easy and their food is AMAZING. The whole night we kept hearing from our guests how great the food was. We had quite a few vegan and other dietary restricted guests in which they accommodated and was way better than a typical vegan/vegetarian dish at a wedding. The staff at the wedding also did an amazing job and were super attentive and happy to help all night. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying that food at a wedding is SO important and they absolutely nailed it from start to finish. Hire them!! We worked with Cheryl from Sopranos and our entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. We began our experience by showing up to their kitchen. They had a beautiful separate tasting area where they served us SO MUCH FOOD. It was all absolutely incredible- seriously. They even boxed it up and let us take it home! Cheryl helped us with portion sizes and the best appetizers for passed dishes. We received non-stop compliments on how amazing the food was and we loved our dish as well! We chose family style and it worked out perfectly. My husband and I received plated dishes so we could eat quickly and say hello to people. Sapranos cleared tables quickly and professionally. We really couldn't have been happier with the food or all the staff!!! Thank you, Spranos!!!!

Our wedding happened at the steepest ramp up of the coronavirus panic just prior to limiting large events. Soprano's was fantastic throughout the entire planning process - even 48 hours prior to the wedding, they reassured us they were taking all necessary precautions including buffet monitors and enormous containers of hand sanitizer. Aside from all the care they took during this unimaginable time, we got SOOO many compliments on the food. The beef medallions and mashed potatoes were a hit. We're so so grateful for their help and would HIGHLY recommend them!

We chose Soprano's for our wedding caterer and were very satisfied! When we tried Soprano's during a taste testing, we immediately knew they were the one. The Soprano staff was very friendly, did a great job describing each food option, and the food was hands down the best! The day of our wedding the Soprano staff made sure everything ran smoothly. The lead for our event checked on us and our parents several times throughout the evening to make sure we were satisfied. We received many compliments on the food from our guests. I highly recommend Soprano's for any event you need catered!

I simply cannot say enough about Cheryl and her team at Soprano's catering. The Soprano's team catered our wedding and from the first tasting to the cleanup at the event, their team was friendly, kind, hard working, and flexible. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only was the staff incredible (several of our guests reported how delightful they were after our wedding) but the food was also amazing! Seriously, their food was easily the best food that we tried at any tasting and it was even better on our wedding day (which I didn't think was possible). I will absolutely be recommending Sopranos to all of our friends who are getting married soon and I may just have to throw another big party soon just so I can work with them again (and eat their delicious food). I should also mention that they were able to make a few vegan options for me and another guest at my wedding. Just in case anyone is concerned when looking at their catering menu about dietary restrictions. Their team was wonderful and provided me with several options to fit my needs. They were able to travel quite far (to Grass Lake) for our event and the food was still hot and tasted very fresh when they served it. We had a bit of an unorthodox wedding. When the Sopranos team arrived, we were watching the end of the Michigan State Game but they worked around us to set up the appetizers and place settings. Our venue was also quite small, which I'm sure can be really challenging for a catering team but the staff were wonderful and kind to me each time I apologized for the challenges. Possibly most kind of all, they gave us a beautiful, carved board with our last name and the wedding date on it. It now has a prominent place in our kitchen. If you are looking for a kind, flexible, thoughtful catering company and crew, you've found them with Sopranos Catering. Stop searching and give them a call.

WOW WOW WOW! One month later and family and friends are still complimenting us on the food! We went with buffet style and the tenderloin medallions were hands down some of the best pieces of meat I have had especially off a buffet. Each piece melted in your mouth and the zip sauce was perfect not too salty. The breaded chicken with ammoglio was not dry at all and was cooked perfectly. The breading was not soggy. All the sides were exceptional. They also provided hors d'oeuvre for our cocktail hour and they put out a wonderful display with wooden serving trays as well as a personalized wooden cutting board with our wedding date and names. The staff was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend and will be using them again if we ever have a need for a caterer!

Delicious food and great experience! We received great reviews from our wedding guests in regards to the food, and Cheryl was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our reception venue did not have a kitchen and that was not a problem for Soprano's! Cheryl was beyond accommodating and very patient working with us during our wedding planning process. The company did a great job of making sure that we were happy with each detail. Highly recommend!

Sopranos is the best. Throughout my planning process Cheryl was so easy to work with, she cares and was so easy to get in touch with. We did a buffet but had some guest with food limitations and Sopranos was sure to accommodate them which was so helpful! They made everything look and function so effortless, all my guests said that their food was the best wedding food they had ever had, I'm still craving my wedding food two days after. I wish they had a restaurant as I would go there all the time!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff at Soprano's Catering. From day one everyone there went out of their way to accomidate our family and my daughter. From the tasting, to the rental needs, to ensuring we had enough staff on hand they handled it all. The food was exceptional and the platings were so nice. Was at my buddies 3rd wedding lol... 3rd time is the charm Steve :) anyway just wanted to say thank you to Sam the Chef from Sopranos he hooked my little guy up with extra tator tots all night which made his evening. The staff kept the plates full and the drinks coming. The garlic mashed potatoes were super tasty. Thanks guys!

After going to the tasting with the Bride Kim I knew we were in good hands. Both Cheryl and Jackie were super attentive to all our wants and needs and the chefs cooked extra vegan options for us. The night was a absolute blast. Even when we had last minute changes their staff made every thing happen for my girl... Would defiinetly reccomend Sopranos anytime!

Been to two events this year that used this caterer... food was excellent staff was extremely friendly and the display was setup exceptionaly well. Highly recommend the steak bites they were excellent. Bartender was extremely funny and polite. Would refer them anytime.

Sopranos Catering was the absolute best choice for our wedding day! We wanted non traditional food that had our own special twist and they were able to work with us and create a custom menu. Some which included Chicken and Waffles and a Naco Bar! The guest loved the food! Cheryl was so awesome to work with and helped us every step of the way to work within our budget. The servers were awesome and professional as well! You can’t go wrong booking Sopranos!

Had Sorpranos for my wedding in May of 2017 and it was a difficult, but one of the best choices we made for the wedding! The food was amazing, the staff was professional, and they treated us very well (my wife and I looked pretty young and had not been treated as adults from other places). 10/10 would recommend them for any catering event to come!

Each dish is just spectacular! Everyone was ranting and raving about how delicious dinner was! The ladies I worked with to plan everything made everything clear and easy, and the staff that was at the wedding were top notch! My Dad was even happy with the food and he is the pickiest eater!

The food was spectacular, linens were perfect, and the wait staff was amazing. Would highly recommend! We did family style and everyone at our wedding enjoyed it. We especially loved the chicken Marsala and garlic mashed potatoes!

The food on our wedding day was delicious! The day of was even better than the taste test. We did the standard buffet package and the staff did such a nice job setting up the day before. They provided napkins that matched our colors and even had sunflowers for the buffet serving table to match our center pieces. We used the fruit, cheese and crackers as appetizers and the spread looked beautiful. Linda was bringing my groom and I drinks throughout the after ceremony pictures so we wouldn’t get too hot. She also made sure the cake came out on time, plates were cleared and everyone was happy. Our venue coordinator was a disappointment and unhelpful with lights and directing guests. Linda from Sopranos, who had never been there ran the show and made our day perfect. We added a dishwasher and bartender to our package, this was inexpensive and all of the guests were taken care of. Great food and service at a very reasonable price!

What a fantastic selection we made to cater our wedding at the Royal Oak Farmers Market. Everything was so perfect and tasty and the workers were absolutely fantastic and professional about everything! Food cost is more than responsible for the portions/service you receive and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to bring an outside cater to a wedding event. We worked directly with Rae, who was awesome! She really made sure everything went smoothly and to our expectation which was very refreshing!

My niece has her reception last week and the food was amazing! Vince and his staff did a fantastic job. Great food, so professional we will definitely be using Sopranos Catering again and again, Thank you!!

As the Father of the Bride I just wanted to say wow! My little girl was so pleased with everything you did for us ( so was my wallet). You guys really went all out to impress everyone with your work ethic. The food was so good (I want that zip sauce recipe!). I cannot say enough about you guys. The rooms looked so good everyone was polite on the staff and so helpful even when a few guests got demanding... The cake was great... Everything was PERFECT. I probably put on five pounds from that dinner. Anyway, great job guys, I really just cannot say enough about Sopranos!

As a person who has been to several weddings and holiday events done by Soprano's Catering I am always stunned by the quality of the food and of their service. Their staff always goes above and beyond the call of duty with everything they do. The food is plentiful and exceptional and the cake from Manninos was truly beautiful. I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for always making every event the tops. Keep up the spectacular work guys, as always looking forward to the next time time I get to be at one of your parties!

Soprano's did a excellent job at making everything for my friend's event perfect. They went way out of their to please every request we had. They showed up a day early to make sure everything was setup right and perfect. There was so much food I could not eat another bite. Soprano's proved why they are one of the leading caterers in Michigan for sure. As a friend who helped my girlfriend plan her wedding we searched all over Michigan for a catering company that would meet our needs... So many companies were unprofessional about getting us proposals and quotes except for Sopranos. Their staff accommodated every need we asked for and more. We really put them to the test and the results were superb. Everyone at Sopranos was so helpful and great. The food, the room, the staff, everything was perfect. I just want to to say thank you again for everything you did for her event.

Was at a friend's wedding and cannot say enough at how stunning the setup was, the room was amazing looking. The food was plentiful especially the chicken alfredo and tenderloin were both AMAZING! Soprano's staff kept every table pleased and I do not think I heard a single complaint from anyone there all night! Good job Sopranos.

As a Bridesmaid at my friend Ivy's Wedding I just wanted to take the time out to compliment everyone at Soprano's Catering. The room looked so wonderful and you could tell they went the extra step with the setup. The family style plated food was excellent especially the Chicken Frangelico, which was amazing. They staff made sure that everyone had whatever the guests needed all night. Plus the cake they provided from their Bakery Mannino's was so exceptionally good I do not think a single piece made it home. All night you could tell their staff cared about what people's needs were especially the Bride and Groom and were so attentive. I would recommend them anytime for any event your having. Several of their Chefs walked the room and Joel was so polite and making sure everyone's food was spot on and if he could do anything for them. Seriously, impressed guys thanks for making my girls day special!

As the Father of the Bride I was super critical about everything at the event. It was outdoors and it was very hot that day and I was worried about the food condition and guests. Sopranos though ahead and brought extra ice, coolers, and the staff was constantly checking to make sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. The food was great and plentiful and the Coney bar late night snack was the perfect touch to end the evening. Mary and Linda were especially helpful. I would recommend them anytime to anyone need a top notch Michigan Caterer. Thank you for making my daughter's special day perfect...

Soprano's was very easy to work with, and eager to meet our needs and budget for our backyard wedding. Rae was so sweet and accommodating, and knew just what I wanted, even if I didn't. She had a relatively short lead time, and the results were perfect. She gave me great suggestions for our setting, and she even rescued our cake at the final hour. Linda and Meagan were a great serving team, and Marco did a great job behind the bar. Our guests were very impressed with the food and service, and so we're we! I want to plan another party so I can work with them again!!

Sopranos was great. There was plenty of food, and everyone loved it. I'm also grateful that they accommodated our vegan guests. Easy to work with, affordable prices. And, we ordered linens through them. They set up and took down timely and were very reasonably priced. So glad we went through them, as it make organizing it that much easier. Worth it. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience with Sopranos on our wedding (June 12, 2016). The staff went above and beyond for our guests even completing tasks that were not part of their duties. The whole process from beginning to end working with the Sopranos staff was easy and stress free. Which is exactly what every bride needs! My husband and I have decided any future events we need to have catered will be with Sopranos because we know we won't find service like theirs anywhere else.

Soprano's Catering was recommended to us and we are so glad we took that recommendation! Soprano's catering did a fabulous job. They are reasonably priced, the food was excellent, and the service was top notch. If you want good, quality, homemade food at an affordable price, then Soprano's is the way to go. You'll be so happy you did. They will definitely be our 1st and only choice when planning our next big event.

Good food, great management, wonderful staff -- what more can you ask for? Vince is amazing, kind and easy to talk to. Annette is excellent and very patient :) oh and did i mention their Chicken Cordon Bleu??? Delicious!

Look no further for amazing food! Vince was absolutely wonderful to work with, I can't tell how many times I called to make changes or make sure things were done the way I wanted...and he worked with me and made sure it was perfect. Thank you Vince! The food....oh the food! We had a buffet style wedding for 150 people, we had the Michigan salad, rolls, roasted sweet potatoes, fresh green beans, mac and cheese, the herbed chicken breast, and roast, every bit of it was amazing. I cannot tell you how many people ranted and raved about how great the food was! It was absolutely wonderful! The servers ensured that food service went smoothly, and that plates were cleared appropriately as we used china for our dinnerware. We also hired a dishwasher to clean all the china, and what a help that was! The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make sure everything went as planned. Vince, thank you for making sure our day was perfect, the food was amazing and we were all extremely impressed!

They brought me to tears. For months Annette helped us by answering all of our questions to make sure that things went smoothly. The sample tasting made us fall in love, and this was the only vendor we went to. They were kind enough to let us pick up the linens early. The staff was perfect even though our guests continued to get in their way in the walk-in cooler and it was really hot. The bartender they used held her own with a group of thirsty guests. We didn't end up eating the appetizer trays, but the dinner was very good. They were so nice and kind that they brought me to tears, in a good way! HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU USE THEM!

Sopranos was amazing at our wedding! I knew of their reputation for excellent tasting food and for never running out of food. We received perhaps a dozen compliments on the food at the wedding and continue to receive compliments for how good the food tasted more than a week later. There was plenty of food and drinks, plenty for guests to get a second plate of whatever they wanted. The appetizer table food was beautifully displayed and overflowing. The prepared appetizer table is one of the most beautiful colorful photos we have of the reception. Their whole staff was professional and experienced to the utmost. They cut the rest of the cake and did other things like lighting all the candles on the tables. Afterward they cleaned up completely and quickly. I was an am Happy! Happy! Happy! They were completely pleasant and I am happy to have shared in this special day with such wonderful people.

As mother of the bride, I was anxious to find the best caterer for my daughters' wedding & Sopranos was, with out a doubt the right choice. Everything from the first e-mail to the day of the event was handled with courtesy & professionalism. They supplied all of the dinner items, food, pop & water, tableware & linens & even helped us out with coolers & provided the ice for our bar set up. The staff was easy to work with & every detail I requested was taken care of. We had many compliments from our guests regarding the catering staff, how they were friendly, took care of any request & how good the food was. Yes the food was THAT GOOD. I would recommend Sopranos to anyone with catering needs. You won't be sorry. It is the best choice!

We had our wedding and reception in our backyard on the lake, August 2015. We did one of the BBQ packages for about 100 people. Everything was perfect: they arrived on time, had the grill set up, and had all the food cooked and ready to serve at the time we requested. We had many people comment (including us) that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding!! A big plus, was we had some food left. They were all very friendly, professional and helpful.

Sopranos was great, we had an outdoor reception and they grilled most of the food on site. All of the food was hot and the service was exceptional. We got many compliments from our guest about the food, and we would highly recommend Sopranos to anyone who asked. Our wedding reception was in June of 2014.
