eas that kept everyone on the dance floor the whole time. We got so many complements about the music, especially the mixing. SOPrime was our favorite vendor!
Very detailed and organized about getting all the little things right with lots of room for your own flair. Meetings always felt productive and their timeline helped shape our day....
Communication via email was a little sparse, but they were always willing to pick up a phone call. Day of was fantastic and adapted to a timeline shift with ease. Was great with taking song lists that we provided and expanding on them. Especially would recommend to anyone looking for a high energy night!
Chris was AMAZING! His communication throughout the process was prompt and professional, and he kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Chris went above and beyond what ...
we expected out of a DJ, and I cannot recommend him and SoPrime enough.
SoPrime was great to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process and the wedding itself. We worked with Chris through most of the planning, and he worked with us virtu...
ally (we live out of state) to get the vibe and our needs just right. He helped us figure out the equipment we'd need to keep our guests happy and work within our budget. Eric was our DJ on the day (along with an assistant who was wonderful, but I forgot his name! Sorry!) and nailed it. As I was getting ready and hiding from guests, I could hear the music setting the stage for the guests and it was exactly what we wanted (big band party vibe!). So many moments throughout the day are now linked to great songs!
They also really helped us to coordinate and manage the timeline of our backyard wedding. They helped organize guests for big moments like speeches, special dances, and our sparkler sendoff (which I don't think we could have pulled off without their help). During my dad's fireworks show, they even improvised an amazing soundtrack to accompany the show and helped shoot them off! We couldn't be happier with our choice
DJ Chris provided special mixes of songs so that the best parts played when walking down the isle. He kept the party going, is very friendly, and super organized which can ease a h...

We booked SoPrime Entertainment after a recommendation from our wedding planner and they didn’t disappoint! Working to coordinate having a photo booth at our reception was a cinch ...
and it was a great overall add to our event. It’s great that guests can immediately retrieve the photos they take and booth operator even offered to hold onto all the print outs for the bride and groom to retrieve at the end of the night. There is even an option to download all the photos taken that night post the event! Great experience.
DJ Chris and his team are crowd pleasers!! Great to work with as they keep everything fun and professional! Can't recommend them enough! We received great compliments about their D...
J/MC/Photo Booth services for my wedding!
Wish I could give a better review here. We saw Justin at a friend's wedding and thought they did a decent enough job so we decided to hire them for our own wedding. They were very ...
responsive and communication was great.
Unfortunately covid hit and changed our plans so we ended up getting married with a ceremony only and planned to do a reception the following year. Justin was also very responsive during the planning of our new reception date, but informed us he wasn't available for the new date we had chosen.
As soon as we asked about our deposit everything changed. We could no longer get responses to our emails or texts. Why the sudden change? It has now been weeks since we've heard anything from them and assume they are ghosting us in order to keep the deposit.
Out of our entire group of wedding vendors, they were the only ones to do this to us. And for that I would not recommend doing business with them.
I have nothing but nice thing to say about SoPrime Entertainment. We worked with Justin, Eric, and Charlie for their DJ services and a photo booth. Everything was absolutely fantas...
tic! They made sure our ceremony ran flawlessly and that we stuck to our timeline throughout the evening. Our dance floor was never empty and they made sure to play all of the songs I marked as must play songs throughout the night! Their photo booth is an open photo booth which was honestly perfect because it allows your to fit more people in for pictures! Their photo booth was lower in price than others, but still included a backdrop, printed pictures, a dedicated attendant, and a digital file of the pictures. We honestly will always recommend SoPrime for your events!
We could not be happier with Chris Socha and his assistant for the evening! From the first meeting with Chris, we knew that he was going to be the best DJ for us. He not only made ...
us feel extremely comfortable, but was super organized. Our initial meeting was around 2 hours long and Chris walked us through the entire wedding night. We then were in contact throughout the whole wedding planning process and met again for another hour long meeting a week before our wedding. During the reception, Chris was a great entertainer and kept the night running smoothly. He even customized our walk in song for us because he couldn't find exactly what we had asked for. He was able to maintain a packed dance floor all night long as well. Many of our guests still cannot stop talking about how great Chris was. Once again, we couldn't recommend him enough and we were so happy with the skills and organization he brought to our wedding day.
SoPrime was amazing to work with. We had a consultation with Justin and he immediately put us at ease, making great suggestions. SoPrime's system was super easy to work with and ke...
pt us organized. Eric was our DJ and he was phenomenal -- kept the party going from the first song to the last. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Everything was smooth and easy. I'd work with SoPrime again in a heartbeat!
Our wedding planner recommended So Prime Entertainment for our open air photobooth, and we're incredibly happy we listened to her advice!

th - he was friendly and responsive and gave us exactly what we wanted. Our photobooth was not due to open until around 9 pm but Chris was there to set up before the venue even opened. He facilitated the booth the entire time and made sure guests added their picture to our guest book. The price for the photobooth was extremely reasonable compared to other vendors; well worth the money!
My husband and I used SoPrime for our wedding and absolutely LOVED them!! We worked with Justin in the planning process and had both Justin and Chris at the wedding itself! Justin ...
was awesome in the planning process with lots of recommendations if we needed them and he was also so accommodating to any ideas we had as well! He was so easy to work with, we never had to stress about the DJ at all! The night of the wedding was incredible! They kept the evening flowing so seamlessly and when the party got started the dance floor was NEVER empty! We are still getting compliments from guests saying they have never seen a dance floor so full the entire night! I can not say enough wonderful things about SoPrime!!
Chris and Matias were incredible! They DJ'd our 1920's themed wedding at the Blackstone this December. They let us personalize our music so we got exactly what we wanted! The SoPri...
me website was very helpful and it was great to be able to be so hands on and informed about how the evening would run. They were really organized and clearly experienced. I'm glad that they sold us on the uplighting because it was totally worth it:) They brought such great energy to the evening and kept our guests on the dance floor the whole night. Chris even got on the dance floor to lead one of the group dances! We also loved the photo booth and think that our guests had a blast! They even helped purchase some "Gatsby" props to use.
We enjoyed working with SoPrime for our wedding. Justin was efficient, prompt and adaptable to what we were looking for. We (and our guests) enjoyed the photo booth although the qu...
ality was a bit mediocre. Nonetheless, everyone had fun with the booth trying different accessories on. We opted for their uplighting since their offer was better than the venues offerings (color of lighting, etc .). We were very pleased and would recommend to all. Thank you Justin and team! You guys made our night very special!
Stop your search right now and book this DJ/Videographer. Not only do they have very fair pricing which I know can be a high priority, they also are exceptionally talented. They ma...
de an in depth timeline of our ceremony and reception with things I didn't even know we needed! We met with them twice prior to the wedding, and it was a fun encounter each time. My husband and I have very unique taste in music (old country), so we gave Justin a few "must hear" songs, and left the rest up to him. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect MC and DJ, everyone had a fun time, there was music to suit everyone's taste, and the dance floor was packed the entire time! One of the biggest wedding fears I had was that nobody would dance and it would just be a sad empty floor. I don't care who your guests are, these DJ's can get them dancing! We use SoPrime for our DJ, Videographer, all of our lighting, and a photo booth/guest book. They were absolutely perfect in all aspects of our contract.
I wish I could give DJ Chris Socha way more than 5 stars!! We decided to meet with him after having the time of our lives at a friends wedding. He created an out of this world time...
line for the ENTIRE evening (type A brides, seriously look no further, he does it all) and helped make sure it was smooth. The dance floor was packed until the very end of the night, with people of all ages. (We saw this at our friends wedding too!) Most importantly, we had SO MUCH FUN, and so did all of our guests! We have gotten many many compliments on the music!
DJ Chris is talented, knows how to read a crowd and keep the party going. We are SO Thankful we had you on our day. MANY MANY THANKS!!
Chris Socha was our DJ and the reception was absolutely amazing! All anyone is talking about is how it was such a great party and that everyone was on the dance floor all night. ...
Most of our guests were about 55 years old, but he did a great job of mixing older music with new music. It was absolutely phenomenal! He had a great google doc with tons of information to keep everything organized. Color coded and everything! I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone!
WOW! I honestly dont know how we lucked out and found Chris and SoPrime! We met with one of the big box dj's and were completely turned off. We met with Chris and my fiance wanted ...
to book with him right away when we walked out. Chris knows this industry, has a passion, and enjoys getting to know people!! He instantly put us at ease, and made wedding reception planning fun. When we found out we were going to be switching to a bigger ballroom at our venue, Chris came out to see the new space and gave us ideas. The day of, Chris was a the best DJ we could have asked for. We had people out dancing on the dance floor during dinner!!! People continue to tell us this was the best wedding they have been to. Chris is not only professional, he is personable, reliable and just hands down amazing. When we left our wedding, I honestly feel like my now husband and I also made a new friend.
We planned our wedding long distance and knew we were going with Chris Socha from SoPrime Entertainment after our first video consultation. He understood our wedding vision, was ve...
ry helpful with the day of timeline and had great attention to detail. Chris is passionate about his work and it absolutely showed leading up to and during our wedding. He worked with our venue to ensure proper set up for our outdoor ceremony and our day of coordinator on the timing of everything. He knew how to read the crowd and our guests didn't leave the dance floor! We couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you, Chris and your team!!!
Loved SoPrime entertainment! They did an amazing job at keeping everyone on the dance floor! I was very indecisive about which song I wanted to walk down the isle to. Luckily I was...
able to text Justin the night before with my song choice and he was able to pull thru and play it!! Also, everyone was having so much fun at the photo booth! I had to have Justin call my husband a couple of times to come dance with me and get him out of the photo booth! Overall I would definitely recommend so prime if you need any music needs!
