Sorella Chamber Music, based out of the Bay Area, CA, is a wedding duo. Providing elegant string music, these professionals love personalizing your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Sorella Chamber Music is made up of sisters Katrina and Elisabeth. A violin and harp duo, they have been performing together since childhood. Their mother, Patricia, was a flutist with the San Francisco Opera Orchestra and encouraged her daughters to perform regularly. Katrina and Elisabeth formed their duo after they both graduated with conservatory degrees in classical music performance. Katrina, a talented and versatile musician, is a violinist and singer who loves performing all different genres of music. Harpist Elisabeth, meanwhile, has played with the Berlin Philharmonic and Los Angeles Opera Orchestra. Sorella Chamber Music customizes their musical stylings to suit what your event needs. Elisabeth loves using her loop pedal to spice up favorite pop songs. The sisters also specialize in playing Irish music, as they grew up listening to and playing it! With the option of violin and Katrina's beautiful vocals, they're happy to play anything from Bach, jazz standards, to popular Beatles numbers to create the perfect ambience for your day. They are also able to add cello or flute if desired!
