e wanted. Seeing it day of was everything we had hoped for, it was absolutely beautiful! We had the yellow cake with Bavarian cream filling and I wish I could have eaten more, it was just so good!

We went with a small two tier cake to cut and sheet cake to serve our guests. We got married almost a month ago, and guests are STILL sending us messages to tell us how good our cake was. Wonderful people, wonderful service, affordable price, and delicious cake!

ay I was most pleased with the cake! First of all, Evan was very organized and created a folder for us the first day we came in, so he could capture our preferences. Then, when we came in the finalize the details, he pulled out our folder, carefully documented everything, and he was very knowledgeable about options and cost. We told him what we wanted, and he created something so beautiful, and I was so happy with how the cake looked AND it tasted WONDERFUL!!!! The professionalism, the organization, the experience, the cake design, and quality taste were all a wonderful experience. I also love how they bake you a special cake for your one-year anniversary so you don't have to worry about saving a freezer burned top layer! Thank you, Evan, and thank you Sorella's! Wish I had a piece of that cake right now!

could have 3 flavors, and there was no issue (hubby said we just needed 1- ha!). The buttercream is literally perfect- not too sweet, not too buttery, and not fake tasting at all. I was kind of dreading picking a bakery because so many bakery's buttercream isn't good, but this was literally love at first bite. I had a bunch of pictures and inspo and they managed to beautifully combine just about all of it into a beautiful 3 tier cake. I wanted bold, possibly matching my bridesmaid dress colors, some sparkle, and flowers... They really delivered!! There were hand piped dahlias that'd gold painted on to really pop, and I just left a ton of extra flowers at my venue, and told them to communicate they could pick whatever they wanted since I didn't know what my cake was going to look like. I ended up emailing like, 2 weeks before, just to confirm and ask if I had enough or if I should add more; decided to add more and they adjusted the flavor ratios throughout my order. I wanted to save the top for myself so I ordered a half sheet just to be safe- the venue staff ended up cutting the pieces smaller than expected- I had almost the entire 3 tier cake left... I wish my guests would've gotten more cake but I was really happy to have so much leftover because it was SO dang good. I think I had enough for like, 190 ppl. The staff was so sweet!! I wasn't there for delivery, but I was told they were wonderful. There were a couple guests picking up orders during my tasting and consult that told me how good it was and not to waste my time with anyone else- I'll now be one of those people! You won't be disappointed!! (the pic of me eating cake is 100% candid, booty wiggle level happiness (iykyk)- the perfect food to end the wedding day hunger

across Sorella's. We went in for a tasting and I discussed my dream of a champagne cake. Monica was able to do a second tasting, customizing a flavor for me and making the cake with real champagne! She also made a delicious champagne mousse to go inside, and we added a raspberry layer as well. On the day of the wedding, Monica expertly placed the flowers from Vivianos between the layers of cake. Both the look and taste of the cake were beyond what I could have imagined. Monica truly made my cake dreams come true! I 100% recommend Sorella's, especially if you are looking for a custom flavor.

The result was a beautiful and delicious product: a vegan cake and an assortment of cupcakes based on our choice of flavors, fillings and icing. They were prompt and talented in the display setup. We were delighted in the results and highly recommend them.
