Traci is the bridal coordinator and she gave me all the info. and let me meet with and interview several hair stylists so that I could decide who might work the best with me. Kaitlyn seemed to understand my desire to grow my hair long and she listens well, unlike many stylists who assume they know what you'd like without taking the time to really listen. I got to know Kaitlyn over the course of my engagement while she trimmed my hair regularly. She pays great attention to detail and is calm and focused; I completely trusted her to do my wedding day hair and makeup. In the end, my hair grew about and inch or two short of my ideal length so, I enlisted Laura, their Great Lengths Extensions expert, to install extensions. She did a great job and even gave me her personal contact information so that I could get in touch with her if I had any trouble with the extensions or needed any adjustments before the big day. Traci has exemplary customer service and never made me feel like an inconvenience even when I came in without an appointment full of concerns and questions. Sorelli's whole team delivered great service throughout the past year an a half and on my wedding day, my hair and air brush makeup lasted from 1:30pm until 11:00pm through hugging, dancing, crying and sweating. I was completely and entirely satisfied and I would recommend Sorelli to any bride!
