I am a Latin American woman who was been living in America for over10 years, I started baking when I was a little girl with my grandmother Ana (who I am named after). She taught me that baking needs patience and love. Time went by, I got married in 1999 and have 3 beautiful kids, and they keep me very busy. When my youngest start his preschool and I lost my father I felt so lonely at home I start baking again and this helped me through my grief. I started selling cakes and the clients start to love them. Even since I bake with all my energy and love to provide the best products for my clients.
