Honestly, I didn’t expect to even notice the ceremony music as the bride because I thought I’d be thinking of a million things, but it was one of the first things I noticed — it made the moment feel even more special. They also sang during dinner, and before we knew it, guests were up and dancing! The dance floor was electric — nonstop energy for 3 hours! We received so many compliments from our guests saying it was the most fun wedding they’d ever been to, and that absolutely had to do with the band. Their carefully curated playlist was perfect — they learned our favorite songs, avoided the ones we didn’t like, and even mastered new songs for our first dances, which were a highlight of the entire day. Their ability to cross genres and generations of music kept everyone engaged and moving. MC Miguel was the ultimate hype man — so kind to us and our guests, and he brought incredible energy to the room. He also captured tons of videos that we will treasure and probably watch every anniversary. We truly could not be happier with our choice — the band made our celebration unforgettable. The band played the best songs despite me not providing any input. When they recommended you and shared how incredible you were at Dana's wedding, we trusted them completely and knew we’d be in amazing hands. We watched a few promo videos, but honestly, we didn’t need much convincing! In our final meeting with Dana the Wednesday before the wedding, Jonah joked that he wasn’t much of a dancer and told us not to expect to see him on the dance floor too often. Well… did yousee him off the dance floor? Because we sure didn’t! He danced the ENTIRE night — and we have you to thank for that! From the very first note to the final song with Ellie and Jonah on the stage looking out to their loved ones, you were insanely incredible! We cannot thank you enough for the unforgettable energy, talent, and heart you brought to the wedding. You absolutely MADE the night! The mix of music was perfect — you read the room and created a soundtrack that had everyone on their feet, from our youngest guests to the grandparents. You managed to get every single person on the dance floor, and more impressively, keep them there all night long! You also brought warmth as a group! You weren’t just playing at the wedding, you became part of the experience. It was so nice chatting with you and the way you ended the night by saying "Choose Happiness" was simply the best! We’ve had so many guests ask who you were and rave about you! You helped turn an already special day into something unforgettable. the bridal party as he energized us for our Grand Entrance-that was the moment I knew we hired the right band. Walking in and hearing this concert of sound made us all feel the center of attention. And then to view each member performing their craft with precision and professionalism was amazing. Christine has an aura about her that makes you smile as she fills your ears with melodies of perfect tones. The vocals, the rapping, keys, percussion, horn section, guitars, the choreography- the entire band drew everybody in all night and made the night happen. Our guests were so impressed with them and all had a great experience. Their entertainment exceeded all our expectations. My daughter and new son in law couldn't have been more happy and thrilled with their performance and attention to them and to the art of music. We are honored to have had each and every member of the band play for us and make this very special day a most magnificent memory. e the best wedding and they had ever heard! I loved their song selection – it was a bit more unique than most I think and not just the same classic wedding songs you hear. Their range of songs they could also was amazing – they had so many different genres to choose songs and nailed every song that they played. They also learned two songs for us, including a very wacky college song that I was not sure how it would sound, and they completely outdid themselves on both that they learned! We were so appreciative of the effort they put into learning the songs, and were just so impressed with the talent of the various band members. Overall, we 100% recommend them and have not one bad thing to say. Thank you, Soul X, for making our wedding dance floor so fun!!

Christine was amazing to work with, so responsive and accommodating from the start - we learned after the wedding that she'd had a family emergency the week of the wedding and we never even knew, everything was still absolutely perfect. The playlist was awesome, they learned some songs that were personal to us and nailed them - the whole band is just so talented. ER (we had 200 guests). They were extremely personable and took the time to know us a couple and family. And let me tell you did they get EVERYONE dancing. My grandma who is 86 and straight up told me was sorry and wouldn't dance at my wedding she was just too old. And there she was! Gettin it! Words cannot express how much I recommend them for a wedding. They were absolutely perfect and made the night extra fun and special. Thank you!!!
