Dj Mike is literally the best DJ! He can read the vibe of a room and within seconds change things up. He’s amazing at what he does and I would 100000% recommend him as a reputable vendor! What I love most about Mike is he cares about you and your day. However you want it to look, he will do what he can to make that happen. He is so kind and easy going. I’m sad our wedding is over because he was so much fun and has such a great personality. Seriously if you’re considering a Dj, Mike is the way to go ❤️❤️ thank you so much Mike!! I hired Mike for my son's wedding in August. I am also a wedding DJ in the Indianapolis area and even though I have a team of DJs who work for me, Mike has been a friend for many years and my son agreed that he would be a great fit for their big day. It was so nice to be able to be in the moment all day and to enjoy the other side of a wedding as the Father of the Groom. I knew that Mike would take care of everything and make it a night to remember. He did NOT disappoint! On a personal level, Mike is an amazing guy and a great friend. On a professional level, he is one of the BEST DJs in Indy. The ceremony music was perfect, the microphones were crisp and clear, the announcements and transitions were flawless! When it came time to open the dance floor, it was immediately packed and it stayed that way until the last dance of the night. Mike even had a speaker set up outside for the end of the night send off. If you are needing a DJ for your wedding, Mike is a choice that you will not regret!

We had the pleasure of having Mike as our DJ and MC for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Mike went above and beyond to make our special day memorable. He played all of our requested songs, kept the timeline in check, and handled the MCing flawlessly. He helped us get organized before the wedding and had a database with many different song recommendations. What really sets Mike apart is his genuine enthusiasm for what he does. It’s clear he loves his job, and it showed in his energy throughout the night through his constant smile. His wife, Jen, was a wonderful addition. In addition to DJing and MCing, the two of them captured over 150 beautiful photos and shared them the next day. Mike’s ability to read the crowd and adapt the music to the vibe was exceptional. He had everyone on the dance floor, even converting my mom into an EDM enthusiast towards the end of the night. He was even able to mix together two very different songs to create a requested mashup for my father/daughter dance. Our guests were even chanting “one more song” at the end of the night. Mike made our wedding an unforgettable experience, and I absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking a DJ who not only delivers but genuinely cares about making your event exceptional. Having DJ Mike at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! He remembered all the requests we made with a smile, and he facilitated our photo dash perfectly. When you see all these 5 stars reviews, it's for a darn good reason. Him and his wife are a power team!!! His ability to read the room and play the right songs to get everyone moving and grooving is impeccable. He's also just a kind-hearted man that you can talk to for hours, and he'll make you feel at ease; through every step of the planning process I knew I was in good hands. I would recommend him to everyone!!

Mike was an awesome DJ! He was so accommodative and his experience showed in regards to being flexible with the timeline and making sure everything ran smoothly and mixed well. He was excellent at playing our requested songs and continuing with the same vibe for cocktail hour and during dinner. Our dance floor was full the whole time and everyone continues to rave about our wedding and how good of a DJ he was. It was an absolute blast to have him. You will not go wrong with choosing him, I promise you will get your money's worth and will pay less than those other high price DJ's.

DJ Mike quite literally left our wedding guests chanting “ONE MORE SONG” at the end of our reception! He was extremely easy to work with, as well as worked incredibly well with our venue and other wedding vendors. He touched base with my husband and I the week before the wedding and talked through our entire wedding day so we had no worries when the big day came! It is evident that DJ Mike is passionate about what he does and did an amazing job of keeping the party going all night long! He followed our playlists requests and continued to match the vibe with every song he played! DJ Mike also takes pictures of the wedding and posts them right after the wedding, which is super nice to have something to look back at and reminisce! Mike was the first DJ we reached out to and during our initial consultation we knew he we were going to hire him! He made it very clear that he was experienced, knew our venue well, and was going to make sure we were partying on the dance floor all night long -- and that's exactly what he did! He knew exactly what to do at our venue and was really smooth with the setup, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We (and especially our guests) loved to see all of the pictures that he uploaded from our wedding, it was seriously a huge plus that he doesn't have to do, but is such a sweet thing. Our guests were raving about how good he was all night long (and still are!) and I am so happy we hired Mike. He was seriously amazing - I cannot imagine our day with any other DJ.

DJ Mike was one of the best parts of our wedding. I truly didn't believe that a DJ could be so good as to warrant so many 5 star reviews, but he truly does. He was very calm and patient with us as we went about planning our music selection. We had a multi-cultural wedding and Mike went out of his way to include a 2nd DJ who specialized in Latin music. He has a great energy and helped us keep the party going until the very last song. I would 10/10 recommend Mike.

DJ Mike was a hit! The dance floor was packed all night and he did a great job of feeling out the room to determine what song to play next. Not only was he a great, accommodating DJ the day of the wedding. He was very easy to work with prior to the day. We had a quick phone conversation with him leading up to the wedding and he made sure we knew that he was there for us and he would do whatever would make us happiest. 10/10 would recommend and we hope all of our friends have DJ Mike for their weddings.

Mike kept the party going ALL NIGHT! I'm so happy that we picked Mike to DJ our wedding! it was so comforting knowing that he had it all handled and I didn't have to remind him of things. I had A LOT of last minute request, and he did them all with a smile! I woud HIGHLY recommend Mike to DJ any event! The dance floor was packed all night, which made me EXTREMELY happy!!

Before we even started looking for a DJ, I knew that I HAD to have Mike at our wedding. I've attended a few weddings that Mike has done before and they were the best. He was amazing from start to finish. From the first initial meeting to our exit from the venue, he knew exactly what we wanted. We didn't put many requested songs on our list because we wanted him to gauge our guests and play how the room was reacting. Our guests loved the instrumental popular song playlist during our dinner. I heard guests saying "Wait!?!? is that an instrumental God's Plan?!?!" It was the best of both worlds. On the day of, I was so confident that Mike could take the show so I could worry about other things! We were so pleased with everything and definitely recommend him! Thanks Mike!

Mike and his wife were simply amazing! they didn't just show up day of. Mike showed up every day we needed him and was so quick to help us plan our music and details. I LOVE MIKE CAMPBELL. And you will too! First, his patience and professionalism (plus his obvious passion for making your wedding amazing) are what hooked us on Mike & Sound Advice Indy. He answered all of my questions with ease, and reassured me along the way. I am a frequent emailer and question asker, and Mike never lost patience and always responded quickly. Pre-wedding, Mike and I chatted over the phone, and he again reassured me that the day would go smoothly. I surprised everyone with a song written for my Dad, and Mike kept the secret and played the song I gave him easily. Day of, Mike showed up on time, had everything set up, and had a huge smile on his face. He DJ'd the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and brought up lighting as well. He also worked with my dad to surprise me during my dad's speech! I had COUNTLESS compliments on songs and Mike's style of playing them. He orchestrated our entrance perfectly, pronounced all names correctly, and, finally, took some ridiculously amazing photos. AND this was all over Father's Day / Mike's birthday weekend. Mike is truly the example of the wedding vendor every bride wants. I feel like he's my friend. My husband has all the same things to say about him as well. My wedding was in Bloomington, IN and Mike had no qualms about traveling either. Honestly, nothing bad to say. Look no further than Mike for your wedding DJ.

Mike Campbell of Sound Advice came highly recommended to us by our wedding coordinator, and he didn’t disappoint! At our initial meeting I enjoyed Mike’s warm, outgoing, and energetic personality. His passion for music was immediately apparent, and very appreciated. Throughout the wedding planning process, Mike was extremely helpful. He explained his approach to music for the day, the number of sound systems he felt were necessary for our venue, how he reads the crowd to keep people dancing, and much more. He took the time to get to know us as a couple, and practiced the pronunciation of my husband’s name to ensure he had it correct. Mike genuinely cares about the couples he DJ’s for. His website was organized and user friendly, and helped us select many songs for the day. On the wedding day, our music was perfect from start to finish. Mike kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. He catered to each generation, and even played an old Hindi song that got my husband’s parents on the dance floor. As an added bonus, Mike takes photos during the wedding, and they were the first photos we saw the next day! He caught some amazing moments, and we truly love the photo of our guests after the last song of the night. We are very thankful we booked Mike as the DJ for our wedding and would highly recommend him to all other couples!

Mike was seriously the best DJ we could have picked for our wedding! He was extremely professional and responsive in all of our times leading up to wedding, as well as the actual wedding day. He was great at reading the mood of the crowd at the time and playing songs based on that. He really went above and beyond and helped us out with some last minute (as in within 24 hours of the wedding) uplighting when some of the lights at our venue were broken and we were worried about the room being too dark. Definitely the best DJ around Indy!

Cannot say enough about Sound Advice! After first meeting Mike, we especially loved how this is a hobby for him, not just a job. You will instantly see how genuinely excited he is to share your day. Mike and Jen are so passionate about making your day perfect. We got really busy the week of the wedding, so didn't have any songs picked out and just told him to read the crowd. He had everyone dancing the whole night! The candid pictures taken throughout the night were an added bonus, everyone loved. We got so many compliments on how great the DJ was.
