His partner in music for more than 20-years, Mike is a fun-loving professional that focuses on providing a personalized experience from start to finish. I've been in the dj entertainment business for over 50 years. I am not an "over the top" dj. Announcements are made and such as introductions for weddings, cake cutting etc. I do coordinate all events with the caterer, the photographer and the videographer. I work very closely with the people that have hired me. For weddings, I will meet the bride & groom in their area, as often as they want to meet.

My husband and I hired DJ Mike as our DJ for our September 2024 wedding. We could not have done it without him. DJ Mike had very reasonable clear pricing in terms of what he provided the day of. He did an amazing job providing music during the ceremony, dinner, and the party after. He followed our playlist and supplemented with similar songs.

Mike Wilk & his assistant were fabulous! They were so clear & thorough beforehand, and we walked in to wedding day knowing that they would handle everything. And they did! Mike communicated so thoroughly with everyone that was there, so that we all knew what was going on at all the important parts. Their game ideas during the reception were super fun and unique. Multiple guests came up to me to say how much they enjoyed different things, and I had to keep saying, "Yeah, that was our DJ's genius!" Fantastic job <3 They really made our day special.

Bob was great to work with from beginning to end - he explained the process, gave us suggestions, and came up with an idea that resulted in some great photo opportunities! He kept the party going and people on the dance floor all evening, we could not have had a better time. I would highly recommend him!

Bob from Sound Advice was such a pleasure to work with. He chose great songs to get the party started and he helped create a mashup for my father/daughter dance that definitely surprised all our guests. He was awesome!

My husband and I had a country style wedding and considered not even having a DJ. We were not interested in someone who would talk over our guests and make our wedding sound like a NYC dance clubs. The minute I talked to Bob I knew he was going to meet our need. He delivered on his promise to play music, help the night run smoothly, and get our guests on the dance floor, without being overbearing. He did an amazing job playing music at our ceremony..even provided wireless speakers for our outdoor location. During the ceremony he ensured that the night ran smoothly, he accommodated all of our requests, and made sure the dance floor stayed full of happy guests. From day one Bob was accommodating with the price, to the contract, to the hours worked. Every step of the way Bob was happy to work with us! Thank you Bob for making our wedding such a special day!

Our DJ was Bob Cooper of Sound Advice. He did a great job. Our dance floor was full for most of the evening. Everyone enjoyed the music. During our first dance we needed him to fade the music and he easily did it. They did a great job and we would suggest you contact them.

Bob and his assistant did a fantastic job. The customer service we received was above and beyond the call and duty! They met with us as often as we needed and answered all of our questions and they were great on the day of the wedding.

So helpful and really interested in getting all the details I wanted. They were happy to over things multiple times to be sure everything was correct. They even edited my processional and recessional songs for me so I didn't have to do it myself!

Mike Wilk was our DJ from Sound Advice and he did an outstanding job. He looked great, sounded great, and played all the music we wanted! He did a great job and was very professional. I'd recommend Sound Advice to any friends or family looking for DJ services!

They were more than willing to take as many requests for songs that we had and play them and never tried to force anyone onto the dance floor. They checked in with us all night to see how the timeline was going when we wanted events to happen etc. It was great - we never had to worry about the music.;Amazingly enough I can't think of a thing!
