he venue gave me recommendations to DJs and MC and I was so happy after getting off the phone with Fred because he was really helpful and answered any questions I had. He listened and also asked questions about what my vision was. I spoke to other DJs and I was most comfortable with them! Although Fred was not available to DJ, his team was just as great ! DJ Billy B was absolutely kind and helpful! I sent him a list of songs and he put it together. I even messaged him the night before the wedding and everything came together ! ne of the best decisions we made when planning our daughter's wedding. He worked with us as we went step by step to plan the ceremony and reception music, gave us suggestions and took the lead on the day of the wedding. We were able to enjoy the day worry free as Fred ran the show! So professional, so personable and he was the reason our family and friends had so much fun singing, dancing and celebrating. because our venue spoke highly of him. They said that he’s a little pricier than others but worth it. Fred ended up having a family emergency (this happens, we were never upset about this) and sent his “best guy” Geo in his place. I did inquire as to the premium that we had paid specifically for Fred and he brushed off our concerns saying that we had already received a “discounted rate”. Prior to the wedding I’d filled out the digital playlist worksheet with my first dance song, dance music requests, etc. and had separate phone conversations with both Fred and Geo to walk through it. Both times I talked about how I wanted to skip ahead 20 seconds or so into the first dance song (Shania Twain “you’re still the one”) to skip the part where she’s talking and they both said that’s standard because they get that song a lot. The day of, I walked through my vision for the grand entrance with Geo (was not complicated) and he said indicated that he understood. Basically i just wanted him to play the song and my wedding party was going to form a dance line before we walked out. Well, he didn’t understand and completely ruined it and it was the most awkward part of the wedding…. Until right after that when he played the WRONG first dance song. He played a different Shania Twain song, and when I told him that wasn’t the correct song and he had the audacity to tell me the I was wrong because “that’s what I told him”. I went back and double checked my digital worksheet afterwards and he was very much mistaken. Now every time I hear my real first dance song on the radio I get upset because he’s ruined it for us. All of the MC moments were awkward because he would stop the music to talk (rather than turning it down) and there was a long awkward pause before he started the music again- for example, he stopped the music to invite single ladies to the floor for the bouquet toss, waited for them to all get there before playing the music and everyone was just standing around. He did this awkward silence thing at every single MC moment from the grand entrance on. He didn’t consider the request list at all during dancing, only requests made in person, and did not play 1 single slow dance song. On the day of I never expressed my absolute fury at this man (aside from my visible agitation at the first dance song) because I needed him to keep the party going- you’re kind of at their mercy. But in the end I feel that I was duped, did not get what I paid for, and am left with some bad memories due to this DJ and no apology regarding the very obvious mistakes.
We also hired our photo booth through them and I had a lot of trouble communicating with Michelle (non-responsive) until I told Fred and he stepped in to facilitate.

ined a positive attitude the whole way through. He let us change our date without any problems, and I don’t mind saying some of our vendors gave us problems. We were out of towners but he met with us via zoom. His planning system is top notch, you can put in all your wants and wishes. But he doesn’t stop there. He takes such a personal touch with his couples. He made our wedding so perfect. I cannot recommend fred highly enough. Our wedding would not have been what it was without him. That’s the truth.

d and his team are HANDS down the best and they went above and beyond to help make our wedding just perfect. We had a longer engagement and found Fred early on in our wedding planning. From the moment we met him, we knew that he and his team would help us make our wedding magical and the best party ever. Fred was extremely communicative and was always available via phone/facetime & email (we live in a different state) to talk and answer any questions we had. He was very clear about his pricing and is very fair. There were no hidden fees of any nature. He did our sound for our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and everything was fantastic. Fred has a custom specialized online portal where my wife and I went through and added songs that he has in his database to a “must play” list, “do not play” list, a “maybe if we have time” list, and an area to add our own specially requested songs. Picking our music couldn’t have been more fun or easy! There’s also an area in the portal to list out the sequence of events which made planning the timing of the reception super easy. The reception couldn’t have gone any better-largely thanks to Fred!!!! Not only did he get our guests super pumped up as the bridal party and brides walked in for our grand entrance, he also had the most incredible way to get all of our guests on the dance floor. It’ll be a part of the reception we’ll never forget because it was so special and fun. Dj Fred’s Emcee skills were amazing too-his personality is super warm, fun, and inviting and he definitely knows how to run an event. All of our reception events went perfectly and were timed out just great because of him. The music was ON POINT all night long and our dance floor was never empty once. Fred uses a nifty industry website allowing one to put in Must Play, Should Play, and Don't Play songs. He also volunteered to pay for a limited number of songs not in his library.
On the day of our Wedding, Fred came dressed very suave and ready to entertain. He provided the microphone for the ceremony. At his recommendation, we left the music for the cocktail hour and dinner up to him, and it was all very tasteful and enjoyable. He did a great job with choices for dance sets as well. He cut our First Dance song right where we designated, and he cut our Father Daughter and Mother Son dances when we nodded to him, as planned. His mic skills are second to none.

e process very easy for us. We needed a bilingual DJ, and it turns out that he works with a bilingual MC, so it was perfect. We gave him a list of songs that we wanted to play at the wedding (he has a website where you can do this) and he did a really good job at choosing other songs that we really liked. He excelled at understanding our music taste. He was also able to provide music for our ceremony, which was very convenient for us.
Fred is very friendly and energetic, and he even got onto the dance floor to teach us some group dancing. It was awesome! We rented the uplights and we loved them, they made the reception venue look so much nicer.

hen we met up with Fred we knew we HAD to have him as our wedding DJ. We had chosen our photographers first which was Imagery Concepts and they have both worked together at our venue, Moneteleone Meadows. We knew we wanted the "A Team" to make this the best wedding ever! He is very upbeat and fun and made this a great experience. He has his own website to where you can upload your choices of music ANYTIME you want and you can even specify when you want the music to played, for example: bouquet toss, cocktail hour, first dance, etc. He also has playlists of examples to get your mind going on choosing wedding songs. When my husband and I started thinking of songs we were alittle challenged lol. We had a very small list of songs we HAD to have to start, but once we met with Fred on our final meeting before the wedding, it all came together and we had a FULL playlist of songs for every special moment for our big day! He also allows you to contact him with any questions at ANY time. My husband and I planned our own wedding so anything that's easy was a blessing because there are so many "to-dos" and planning to be done. We were even allowed to make payments which made it ALOT easier for us. He is so fun and lively and you can tell he takes pride and enjoys the work he does to make your day a blast. He was able to read what the guests wanted during the dancing portion of our reception. The guests did not leave the dance floor and wanted more! Everyone loved him! We had a few choices of what we wanted and he knew how to fill in the rest! He is also able to put a list together of "what not to play" in case you have some concerns with certain songs, for example, anything vulgar or maybe certain dance songs like the funky chicken lol. He does take requests from guests, which I loved because my main goal was for everyone to have FUN! He will be there for the ceremony and reception and he was able to announce everything smoothly for my reception. Everyone knew when everything was happening and it all went perfect. He does offer extras such as special lighting for the dance floor and also a photo booth. He even let us try it out when we first met up with him! He is very professional and fun and guests to this day still say how FUN and awesome the wedding was. I do believe an excellent DJ makes the wedding fun or a dud. He definitely made it unforgettable and I recommend his company to ALL my friends who are getting married. The day of the wedding it starting raining and had to move our ceremony inside. Fred had extra uplights and placed them along the room and made it look beautiful. He made sure everything went smoothly, along with the great staff from eagle glen.
