WOW! We hired Tony to DJ our wedding this September and he exceeded ours and all of our guests expectations! The entire planning, Tony was always communicative and prepared, he even sent e-mails monthly with helpful checklists! On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly, you could tell Tony knew what he was doing. Everyone was on the dance floor ALL NIGHT. He payed attention to the vibe of the night and the guests and played music that everyone loved. Our venue was at Red Rocks CC and we had the ceremony outside, dinner inside then dancing back outside and the transitions were so smooth you didn’t even notice that we moved. The music was always playing and it was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Tony for your wedding!

We used SoundMaster for our cold sparklers and they turned out incredible. Highly recommend SME!

Alan was a great DJ for our Keystone wedding! He worked seamlessly with our coordinator, the venue staff, and our ceremony musician to make sure the sound was perfect throughout the day. He did a great job of reading the room and making sure guests were staying out on the dancefloor. Highly recommend!

Alan was a fantastic DJ for our wedding. He nailed everything from arranging toasts to spotlight dances to getting the people going on the dance floor. He was adaptive and energetic and just what we were looking for. Having a small-ish wedding, we were concerned we wouldn’t have a full dance floor, but people were having a great time boogying it up all night. He had a great sense of the mood of the crowd and played songs that younger and older generations could relate to. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ.

Tony is the best!!!!! The music and microphone set up for the ceremony was great. And for cocktail hour and reception, we only gave him about 20 songs in total to play and he completely understood our style and had an amazing mix of music that kept everyone dancing all night long. We weren't sure what to expect with the dance floor during COVID, but Tony kept it rocking and even sported his light up mask throughout the night. Would recommend him to anyone!

Tony is one of those people that you can completely trust. I had no idea what music to choose for our wedding and I left nearly everything in his hands. He did not disappoint. Tony was amazing from the planning process through the end of the wedding. He responded quickly to any and every question and he answered questions that I didn’t even think of asking. I come from a family that doesn’t dance but Tony got everyone up and dancing – All Night!!! He was great at keeping the reception on schedule with toasts, cake cutting, first dances, everything. He has such a great personality and I felt like he had known us for years! I promise that you will not be disappointed with Tony!

Alan was our Dj. I wanted a fun wedding that had the crowd dancing the entire time, and Alan definitely delivered. We had a blast! His communication is quick and informative. He is incredibly organized. And he totally helped us out with uplighting in our white tent. We were on the fence about it. He brought it and set it up and told us he could turn it off if we didn’t want it, but we actually loved it and were thankful for his guidance on that. We also had his photo booth set up, and our guests LOVED it. I was most nervous about hiring a dj because I didn’t want a lame wedding and empty dance floor, but with Alan my wedding was the exact opposite of my fears.

Alan is absolutely fantastic and fully worth every penny! Alan is personable but not over the top, fun and friendly, detailed and organized, and he executed everything exactly as we could have hoped. Alan is a very talented DJ - the songs flowed so well together and kept the party going all night long. However Alan's really special touch is that he will take pictures of your ceremony and then play them on a projector screen during happy hour and reception! Everyone was blown away by how cool it was to see these photos up on the screen just a few minutes after the ceremony. He also played music videos paired with the songs, which made dancing super fun. He also always knew what to say to get people dancing, keep dinner flowing nicely, etc. without being overbearing. AND Alan also responded to emails promptly and was super nice!! I just keep saying "also, Alan did this.." but it is so true - your DJ makes your night flow, and Alan is superb. Hire him and you won't be disappointed!

Alan was an amazing DJ! We used his services for both ceremony and reception sound and he did a wonderful job in both areas. The online portal provided by sound master entertainment allowed us to submit songs to really customize our wedding day. Alan was great in keeping the party going, expertly flowing one song into another. He even helped us end the night on a high note and was so easy to work with. He really made the party and I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Alan was the DJ for our wedding and he kept the party going all night long!! We have an eclectic range of tastes in our families and all of the music fit together perfectly! (Reggae, classic rock, hip-hop) We also booked their photo-booth and our guests had such a great time taking photos and playing with the props all night! Al was so easy to work with, professional and had all of the right gear to make our dream mountain wedding just the way we imagined it! He dressed our tent up with Up-lighting that was SO beautiful and matched our colors perfectly! My husband and I loved working with Alan from Sound Master Entertainment! Not only was Alan an awesome sound guy and DJ, but he was also so helpful in the planning process, always willing to offer a helping hand. We were in over our heads when we started thinking about all the music we need to plan out, but Alan offered some great suggestions, and his online planning website made things much easier. He has a huge music selection, and if there is any song that you want that he doesn’t have, he will get it for you! Tony made the night! He was amazing at reading our crowd (and us!), and worked flawlessly with our photographers, caterers and day of coordinators to ensure that everything ran on time. We've gotten compliments on the pacing of the night - that there were breaks in dancing here and there to allow for, well, more drinking :), rest, and maybe even a little eating. Tony was such a good fit with our crowd. I feel like if he weren't working, he would have been there as a guest - he just clicked with us and our families and our friends. Alan was a huge part of our weddings success- not only did he keep everyone dancing the entire night but he coordinated toasts, first dances, and photographs with all of our vendors. We met with him twice before the ceremony to go over the entire evenings schedule and he nailed it! He really did help us get organized and create an itinerary and plan for our reception. He was flexible and let us add our own touches to the wedding, he even helped set our friends up to play some acoustic guitar for our cocktail hour. All in all we could not have asked for a better DJ!

This is a long overdue review. My husband and I had Alan Ley DJ our wedding at Cielo in June. I am STILL getting compliments about how fun our DJ was that night. People told me they have never seen a wedding with the dance floor that packed for the entire reception. The decorator we hired told us we picked the best DJ for uplighting and I couldn't agree more! I loved the monogram H and the purple uplighting was BEAUTIFUL at night. I was all over the place talking to our guests and he helped us stay on track through all my planned events. We didn't care about the genre of music we just told him we wanted all our guests to enjoy the music and dance. Everyone from my 18 yr old guests to my 80 year old grandparents loved the music! I met with Alan a few times before the wedding and he gave me the best advice on how to save money with different aspects of our wedding. We walked away from our meetings so relieved we picked a DJ we could trust! We also loved his slide show of the wedding, music videos, slideshows of our baby pictures, and his way of talking to our guests. I am sure I am leaving out so many things he did for us! You will NOT be disappointed with Alan! We and all of my guests recommend him to all. Thank you, Alan!

Tony did both mine and my sister's weddings and he was great at both! He knows how to read a crowd and give them the music they want, and was so helpful in the planning process. He is a great emcee and really helped keep things moving and flowing well. He even took requests for karaoke versions of songs, when the whole crowd was singing along anyway, as well as some from the guests. He helped ensure the wedding was fun and stress-free for me!

Al Ley of SME worked with my wife and I to create a unique program that included helping us select the best music that both suited our tastes and catered to the guests. And sure enough, the music, along with Al's encouragement from the microphone, got everyone dancing! The reception also featured real-time visuals from Al that accompanied the music and the various events of the evening, including pictures that Al took at the ceremony earlier that day. The guests absolutely loved this! I'm very pleased that my wife and I selected SME, and would encourage all to contact SME to learn how they can make your event memorable.

Tony was amazing! He totally kept the party going and then when the rain started making it's way in through the open side walls and the dance party went outside, he just turned his speakers so we could hear it and just kept rocking. I have not stopped hearing about how awesome and fun our wedding was and we owe a HUGE piece of that to Tony! I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great night :)

Tony with Sound Master Entertainment was the perfect fit for our wedding. He was funny, interactive, and played great music that appealed to all of our guests. We worked with Tony and he was awesome! His timing was always right on, his professionalism was great...he listened to us for the type of music we wanted....and, the dance floor was packed the entire night! Tony did an amazing job! Very flexible too as our original wedding venue was under water two weeks prior to our wedding due to the CO flooding so the timing and locations changed...and, Tony was so easy to work with to accommodate that. Thanks Tony! Awesome job. We loved every second of our wedding!

Alan did a great job. He also took pictures during the ceremony and reception and put them on a slideshow for our guests to watch as they ate dinner and danced. People loved it!!! He played all of our songs that we asked him too and people danced all night! He kept the party going.

His timing was perfect during the ceremony on the song transitions. During the reception, he coordinated all of the announcements which kept everything on track. The question I have answered most since our wedding night is "who was your DJ and where did you find him". That is normally followed by " you had the best DJ I have ever heard!" And I completely agree. We used Alan from Sound Master entertainment as the DJ for our wedding. From the first meeting to the last song of the night, we could not have asked for a better DJ. His pricing was competitive, if not a little lower than a lot of places, but his service was superb. The first time we met we let Alan know that we would not have a wedding planner, so it was really his show. He had no problem with that and lead all of us through the festivities with no problems at all. He was personable, responsive and even displayed some pictures in a slide show that I had given him for our first dance, father/daughter dance and mother/son dance. All of those displays went off without a hitch. Aside from the music, the most commented on feature where the pictures that Alan took at the ceremony which he immediately displayed on a screen for cocktail hour. Within minutes the guests could see the entire ceremony. I don't believe any other DJ is offering a service like that. Additionally, immediately following the reception, Alan uploaded all of those pictures online so we had them immediately. As we are still waiting for the official pictures, Alan's pictures are the only pictures that we have of the wedding right now and I am so grateful for them. I would recommend Alan as a DJ for any wedding or event, he is an ultimate professional who enjoys his job and it shows.

Alan Ley was awesome to work with. Met with us several times to get our style and timeline and give us a good idea of what would help keep our party moving. Not a lot of people danced at our wedding since it was a weeknight, but he was great with requests and trying to keep the party moving as much as possible.

He played a great mix of songs crafted for cocktail hour, then dinner, and then DANCING. The floor was packed the entire night. What exceeded expectations was the pictures that he was taking throughout the event and loading for people to see immediately. Everyone enjoyed that!

We recently hired Alan of Sound Master Entertainment to dj our wedding. He is such a nice guy who listened to everything we said. The process was easy and our favorite part was the online form that allowed us to pick songs we definitely wanted him to play and those we didn't want played. He followed the list to a T. I heard from many family members that this was the best dj they had heard at a wedding. Alan did a great job of getting people on to the dance floor and keeping them there. If there was a song that wasn't going over well Alan wasn't afraid to switch it up to something else.

Alan Ley was our wedding DJ, and he was absolutely fantastic! All of our guests enjoyed the music, including our teenage relatives and grandparents alike. Alan has so much experience that he really makes it easy on the couple, and he's super easy to work with. I still can't believe the great price we got for how awesome he is! PS... he offers the option of taking pictures of the night as it is happening and posting them on a screen during dinner and dancing, plus if your photographer allows then he can also post some of their pictures too. We had him do this for us and our guests thought it was awesome, so if you can afford the extra expense, it's a really fun addition!

Alan was awesome. He made the whole reception go smooth without any problems what so ever. He was awesome with getting the requests for songs ahead of time from his website, and had an excellent song choice for filling in around our requests. He was friendly, and cool. He became our friend by the end of the night. Really great to work with.

I was thrilled with the service I got from Sound Master Entertainment. During our first meeting together I said that I wanted my DJ to also provide us with uplighting... so what did he do? He went and got uplighting and gave them to us for a low cost. The uplighting looked phenomenal. On the music side of things - the song choices were perfect. I didn't give a list of songs to play or not play; I trusted their judgment. In the end, my family and friends got up and danced the night away! We had a really good time!!

The entire wedding party and most of our guests were out dancing the entire night! Really got the mix of music right and we never had a dull dancing moment. What was really awesome was he took pictures during our ceremony and played them as a slide show during dinner. Thank him so much for being able to get the special video clip to play that my sister had made of my grandma who couldnt make it to the wedding and of my grandpa who passed several months before our wedding. Will definitely be recommending Sound Master to anyone i know getting married!

Alan was awesome! We had a very small, intimate wedding and he was able to keep the party going. His experience really shinned through in making our wedding reception a blast.

Our DJ had some technical issues which meant music stopped mid song a number of times. We also asked him to play very specific songs and he didn't. Which was disappointing and wrong considering we paid him to perform a service.;I wouldn't recommend him at all.
