exact kind of music we asked for and we changed the timeline of entrances & first dances last minute and they easily accommodated those changes.

wo meetings, there were a few times I emailed them to ask a question, and it took over 2 days to get a response. They also charged an additional $199 for us needing them in the barn of our venue, and right outside of it, because that was considered 3 locations, when not all of our locations needed a full set up. Even the venue owners tried to explain that it wasn’t necessary because one set-up location would work for all 3 spots, but they didn’t budge. On the wedding day we did not feel great about the service we got. The songs were played longer than they should have been, which made it awkward, the DJ did not make all of the announcements that we asked them to, nor could they be found when they were needed, multiple times. They also opened their envelope tip right as soon as they were given it, which I find pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable. Some things went well, like I appreciated them introducing our people who were doing speeches, and adjusting the microphone, and setting people up with microphones for the ceremony, but it wasn’t enough for a fully pleasant experience.
