My name is DJ Preston with Sound Wave DJ Services and we’re a local DJ/Event company that has done hundreds of weddings all over East Tennessee!
Our mission is to keep all of your party-goers dancing and having a blast! What sets us apart is that we provide our years of DJ experience and many add-ons (such as dance lighting, wireless mics, DJ event insurance and more) at no extra cost, while our competitors charge you for it. We also have a “no cheesiness” policy. We don’t play cheesy music, we don’t use 70’s disco ball lighting and we don’t get on the microphone (unless it’s for your announcements)! We can work with you to custom tailor your event and make it exactly what you've dreamed of! We specialize in playing the right tunes at the right time.

able to keep our large families dancing through the last song (even tho we had to move tables to create a dance floor). I was a little nervous since my family is not big on dancing but once the booze were flowing and Preston kept dropping all the right music, they were out there too!! before talking to Preston, and I was impressed with how friendly and straight forward he was with us. No sales pitch or any of that, just had a casual chat and he said to get back in touch if we felt he was the best choice. We did and are happy we chose him over the 6 other DJ's we interviewed!
To keep it short, he helped answer all of my questions leading up to the wedding day, and he rocked it at the actual wedding!! I'm not from the area originally, or I would recommend him to all of my friends getting married too! (they all live in Florida).

He was on top of everything from the start, and always responded right away!! On our big day, he showed up early and had everything ready when we got there. The music and song blending was PERFECT!! we all danced the night away. I liked how he played newer music but also older songs you can dance to. Tasha who assists him was amazing too, very friendly and helped keep everyting on track since I didn't have a coordinator. She helped line us up for the ceremony and made sure everyone had microphones for speeches, and she was so nice!!
