A graduate of the esteemed LaGuardia School of Music and Art, David has a wealth of experience making dance floors shake. After cutting his teeth on the New York Club circuit, he went on to host a weekly radio show and work as a producer. This part of his career saw him collaborate with a diverse range of artists, including remixes for stars such as Britney Spears and Ciara. For the past decade, David has focused on bringing his talents to wedding receptions, creating the soundtrack for treasured memories wherever he plays.
SOUNDBAR Entertainment collaborates with couples when planning events, to allow their personalities to sound out loud and clear. David offers couples customization of their big day’s entertainment, eschewing gimmicks to focus solely on those at the center of each big day. His repertoire is genre-spanning and includes something for every member of the party to get down to.

He even coordinated with our vendors in the week leading up to the wedding, taking a significant load off our shoulders.
On our wedding day, David and his wife JT brought AMAZING VIBES AND BIG ENERGY! David provided us with a wedding planning portal that helped us so much for planning our wedding and met with us multiple times leading up to our wedding to make sure we were on the same page. David made custom edits for our songs and made everything happen that we wanted. We couldn't have had a better wedding and couldn't have done it without David. P.S. the photobooth was a hit!

David was absolutely incredible! He sent reminder emails throughout our entire wedding journey that was so helpful to us to help organize not only our music, but all things wedding...
! He met with us over Zoom whenever we had questions, and definitely eased my anxiety!
All 175 of our guests were on the dance floor the entire night, and we had a huge range of ages that David managed to find songs for everyone to enjoy! Everyone could not stop obsessing over our music, and to this day are still talking about how much fun it was!
Thank you David for all of your efforts to make our day perfect! Highly recommend David for all DJ needs!

He also would send automated emails to us with wedding planning suggestions and tips based on how far away we were from the big day which was more than our own wedding coordinator did! He also has some of the newest equipment and technology in the DJ business which made for an amazing ceremony and reception experience. If you are getting married in the area and are looking for a DJ who is professional, organized, reassuring, has great equipment, and a more modern approach to organizing wedding receptions, we would highly recommend SOUNDBAR.

We had quite a few requests that he honored with ease and was just as excited about them as we were! He was articulate and gained attention when needed. We even played a photo challenge game where we got to take photos at all of our guests' tables. ent! Every moment from our entrances to the last dance was amazing. Even the preparation leading up to the wedding day was easy and fun. We were frankly a bit worried about the music since we have such a large group of family and friends from different backgrounds and ages.
