worked to create the perfect timeline of events and coordinated and shared with all the other vendors to take that work out of our hands. David also worked with my Mom directly to facilitate a special mother-daughter dance song that she wanted, and was so nice to her in the process. We got the package with the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music, as well as the photo booth and the monogram. It was so worth it! David set up the audio equipment for the ceremony perfectly and worked with me and my ceremony coordinator to make sure that I got the exact entrance music at the exact time I wanted. During cocktail hour and dinner, the music selection and volume was perfect! David and his team did a great job of facilitating the introductions, toasts, first dances and other important events. Once it was time to get the dancing started, his music mixing and order were great! The monogram was beautiful and was put in the perfect spot. The photo booth was also such a hit and came with the most fun props! It was so nice having a photo booth attendant to oversee everything, too. My absolute favorite part of the night, however, was during the last song, when David wove in the audio of my husband's and my vows that we had written and given to each other earlier at the ceremony, so they played in the middle of the song. I was in tears on the dance floor, it was so beautiful! Wedding planning can be so stressful, and I can honestly say having David in the months leading up to, and the day of, the wedding took so much stress out of our hands. We got so many compliments on how much fun our wedding was, with a lot of that attributable to David and his team. I would 1000% recommend SOUNDBAR to anyone looking for a wedding DJ. David was the perfect mix of fun and involved, without being too pushy and over the top (which can oftentimes be an issue with wedding DJs). We could not have been happier with him and his team!!

before I wasn't sure what the full list of duties were for our DJ and WOW was I impressed. David pretty much orchestrated our entire timeline for the day of. if you cannot think of anything. My only gripe with the service was the software did not allow more control over when the slow songs were played(Not just over dinner). I should have been more vocal with the DJ, David, about that. Our only other problem was that it seemed half the room did not hear the cake cutting announcement and missed it. But I still give 5 stars because that may not be the DJ's fault and it was a blip on the radar. He is more than accommodating. He helped us do our entrance during cocktail hour and coordinated with the band. He didn't flinch when we asked if he could play our slideshow on a stand-alone projector and coordinate the music on the house speakers. He helped my 102 year old grandfather take center dance floor with a mic stand for a completely impromptu song. He guides you the entire way. My wife and I recommend Soundbar Entertainment. You will not be disappointed.

Not only did it have a way for us to listen to a preview and save the songs we wanted under "Must Play" and other categories, it also had suggestions for top reception songs, top mother-son songs, etc. which was really helpful for us in making sure we didn't forget anything. He also sent us monthly reminders of things we should be working on for the wedding (like dress fittings, cake tastings, groomsmen gifts, etc.) which helped to keep us on track so we didn't have to rush to get everything done at the last minute. He was also great about editing down our first dance songs and the ones for the dances with our parents and sent them to us right away to listen to. When my mom wanted to learn a compilation dance with me, he was willing to put it together for us even though it was just weeks before our wedding - he even made sure that I had the track the next day so we could start practicing right away. He also put together the music for our ceremony and put microphones on both my husband and our officiant, which was one last thing that we had to worry about for our day. All along, he made our lives so much easier and less stressful at a time when there was so much to plan and do. My husband and I kept saying all along that he was our cheapest vendor, but he was also our best vendor - we highly recommend him! He was wonderful every time we worked with him leading up to our day and he had our guests out on the dance floor the entire night too. I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about David - he really was the best.

He truly enjoys what he does and it showed from the first meeting all the way up to the wedding. My wife is a bit of a music buff, so she made most of the music decisions. David was able to obtain any song we were looking for, and even cut together our first dance song. He was willing to work with what we wanted and he had a quick turnaround time on requests we had. In addition to planning the music, David also put together our timeline and made suggestions when we were unsure of what we wanted to do for the bouquet and garter toss. He would send us helpful reminders of what needed to get done each month and followed up with video chat meetings that really helped put our minds at ease. On the day of the wedding, it was clear that David was there for us. The ceremony music was well timed and the speakers and microphones were inconspicuous. He did exactly what he said he would do for the ceremony, which was let the music speak for itself. He played a great mix of songs and was not intrusive on the microphone. Almost every single one of our wedding guests was on the dance floor at one time or another and we attribute that to the great DJ skills of David. If you are unsure of who to book or check out, do not pass up David. He is well worth every penny we spent on him.
