The proccsessonal song started to play and it was not the correct song. That was the song that the bride was to walk with her father down the aisle. Randy stopped the music and then played the correct song. The recessional song wasn't played on cue, was played after a couple minute delay. Embarrassing. Also as mother of the bride, I had to write any song requests for him to play although I had previously given him a list of songs I wanted played at the wedding.

Randy is so amazing and absolutely wonderful to work with, all questions and concerns were always answered right away, he let us relax as he went around making sure everything was going at the right time, never missing a beat even when we were a bit late for some things (brides always allot 20-30 minutes for you bustle to be done it takes way to long haha). Out of every wedding I've been to I have never seen so many people actually dancing. We let him take the wheel when it came to the reception music and he delivered! Even the venue coordinator couldn't stop gushing to another couple about how great and helpful he was to have. Will forever recommend SounDesign aka Randy!

Randy is a class act, he kept everything coordinated and running smooth. Everyone danced for most of the evening and had a blast. His set-up is professional and he has so many different uplights and gobos to choose from. I will use him for parties in the future.
