right choice. We discussed the venue and overall vibe! Adam showed up and showed out! He had our wedding rocking and everyone, and I mean everyone dancing the night away! He is exactly what you want in a DJ! Professional and so much fun! I highly recommend Soundfactor and would use them again in a heartbeat!

day, our DJ was clueless and messed up the processional. He forgot to change songs before the bridal party entered, so part of the party went down to the wrong song. He only switched to the right song after seeing me motion to him with a panicked face. During one of the meetings, he basically asked that I create Apple Music playlists of the songs I wanted for the evening, despite having carefully curating my selection on their platform. So, I spent hours transferring my work for the cocktail hour & dinner music. We discussed the remaining music I had selected in their platform would be used for the reception dancing. However, during the dancing, only a few of my selected songs were played, yet several I had asked not to, were played. My bridesmaids and I had to try to communicate the songs we wanted and the DJ couldn’t understand us over the music. I was SO disappointed to have spent so many HOURS carefully picking out music, only to be begging the DJ to play the few I could remember. It truly made me so upset and I wish I could go back and not book with this vendor. He messed up so much throughout the day, & I felt like I had done his job for him with the playlists he asked me to make in addition to the platform selection. I wish they would have apologized or done something or the many mistakes, but alas nothing was done. If you are particular about the music you want, then stay away from this vendor!!
