e had leading up to our day. SF lets you be as engaged as you want on the planning process. If we couldn't think of songs to match a time of the event, John offered great insight. As the date neared, John made sure to have every detail of our day laid out and really took the worry and pressure off our shoulders for the entertainment portion of our wedding. On our wedding day, John and SF delivered as advertised. The timeline of the event and every introduction of the bridal party was on point. SF kept the dance floor crowded, playing songs that kept everyone in the crowd of all ages dancing all night long. We could not have asked for more when we selected Sounds Fantastic.

We were set up with access to his playlist and got to input our favorite songs & songs we had already gotten requests for from our guests. I totally trusted John's judgement and he did a fabulous job of guiding us through the flow of our wedding. He called out details that I had not even thought of. We knew we were in good hands. All night my guests commented on how great the dj was!! He didn't take over the mic and make the night about him. I've been to plenty of weddings where the dj is the most annoying part, and working with John was nothing like that. Additionally, John was so reasonable when it came to pricing. My husband and I had a very tight budget and John was the ONLY dj I encountered in the Chicago area who was willing to adjust the pricing for out budget. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend using this company for your upcoming wedding!! The dance floor was full the entire night thanks to sounds fantastic :)

The best things about Sounds Fantastic were that if we requested songs before the week of the wedding that they didn't have in their library, they would get them for us without any additional cost. Some of the songs we wanted weren't typical wedding songs, so we really appreciated this aspect of the DJ service. Another awesome "Free-bee" was all of the planning tools provided online. I was able to create a timeline for the reception and John used that to help coordinate with the other vendors. It really was reassuring to know I had assistance in keeping everything organized and it helped me keep stay calm on the day of the wedding.

From the moment the reception began John kept our guests happy and the dance floor filled. John was great at checking in with us so that the night when smoothly and we always knew where we needed to be and when. John also worked with our vendors so they were in the loop and were ready for our first dance. John did a great job announcing and was very professional without all the obsessive talking and cheesy jokes I have seen at other weddings. Guests from the other wedding at the venue came over to our wedding to see what the fuss was about because the music was so good. It was a perfect night and I would 100% recommend Sounds Fantastic and John for any Bride that wants a fantastic DJ!
