I can't even begin to explain how amazing SOME is! Not only was Anthony and Eryn so easy to work with, but they really took the time to listen to us and executed with perfection. The meetings leading up to the day were calm, well planned, informative, and overall the experience with them was amazing. The music was EXACTLY what we wanted, and all of our guests danced the night away. Anthony worked with our materdee and the organization of each Reception even wEnt off without a hitch. I truly can not recommend them enough, they made our Reception over the top fun and We danced the night away! Thank you so much and we will absolutely use you guys in the future!

Were great to work with. Followed all of my requests and instructions perfectly. I absolutely loved all the music they played and all my guests said what a wonderful time they had. Based on my playlist, SOM were able to figure out the styles of music I like perfectly. Highly recommend SOM.

Anthony, Eryn and their team are amazing. They made our wedding so enjoyable and kept everyone happy and dancing the night away. The uplighting added a beautiful touch to our night as well. We couldn't have asked for a better dj and we would recommend Sound of music to every and anyone looking to make their party extra special.

I I used this wedding DJ for a very small wedding of 45 people (50 counting vendors). I was in communication with the assignedDJ Anthony and his assistant Eryn from the start and I thought it was going fine. I initially wanted an MC to just monitor a pre-built playlist using simple speaker and no lighting, so they advised I do the Silver Package. That package had simple lighting and a basic sound kit, so I said we wanted to scale it backwith no lighting and a smaller speaker though since our waterfront venue was small, we didn't want to deafen guests, and my fiance is disabled so dancing wasn't emphasized. The venue made a change in the location of our room and gave us a slightly bigger space and I let SOM know right away. The assistant Eryn tried to sell me on a bigger package, which wasn't needed since now I was asking for all the items that cane in the basic silver package I already purchased. Needless to say, without requesting additional info about the room size or calling the venue themselves, all communication stopped and I called the DJ himself and never heard back from him or Eryn. The day of the wedding a new DJ came (and Anthony told me he was doing my event) in 10 minutes late into the cocktail service as guests were already there. No lighting was used and I didn't get the package I paid for. My wedding coordinator was asked me for my bridal party names, what order they were to go in, the songs I wanted played for the events during the reception because the DJ had NO IDEA. I spent over 3 hours on the planning forms I was sent and the DJ didn't even know what my name was! My wedding coordinator thankfully did introductions and all the MC work, and helped the DJ out. The DJ that did show was congenial, but he was very overwhelmed and the guests asked what was wrong because it was clearly visible. Never received a follow-up from Anthony or Eryn! Definitely not pleased.
