My wife and I paid Rob his required deposit and booked this DJ well over a year before our wedding date, which was in May of 2022. Approximately 14 days before the wedding, we were trying to schedule a meeting with Rob, but we were told that he had a 'scheduling snafu", and double booked on the same day as our scheduled wedding day. Rob did refer us to another DJ service but after reading their reviews, we felt that it was not going to be a good fit. We explained to Rob that the reviews did not seem to be worth the risks, so we hired another DJ service. The DJ service that we hired was an extra $350.00, so we asked Rob if he would pay the $350.00 since we did not have it in the wedding budget, especially 14 days before the wedding. Rob declined. We then asked Rob to do the right thing, since it was a mistake on his part and at least offer to pay half, which would have been $175.00. That was approximately 2 months ago, and to my knowledge, he has yet to respond to that request. We realize mistakes happen, but if we would have not initiated a meeting with him 2 weeks before the wedding, we are afraid that come wedding day, we would have been waiting on a DJ to show up, and we would have been without, and not known about the "scheduling snafu" that he called it. So, we cannot tell you if you get excellent entertainment and what you pay for, because we just never received the entertainment. I will tell you that if you hire Levity Weddings and Events, you will not be disappointed. They came through last minute, and did not disappoint.
