Mike is also super personable and easy to talk to. He's also very diligent and on top of everything. We felt we got a wedding coordinator, planner, and DJ all in one package. He even played songs that were important to my nephews and I got to watch them dance with their mom. We can't recommend Mike enough. He will make your party incredible. Planning a wedding in a short period of time with a pregnant bride to be is quite stressful, but Mike gave us the care and attention you would expect from family. He also was incredibly patient with us when we were putting together our last-minute DIY videography solution, which involved coordinating with his microphones/audio. On the day of the wedding, I didn't even have to think about the music or MC-ing. He followed the plan that we discussed, integrating all of the elements very well. He also used his experience to guide small details for us (seating of family for optimal ceremony viewing, positioning of speakers during toasts, etc.), and did a good job of matching the energy of the dance-floor during the reception. Finally, the reason that he chose to hire Mike in the first place, he did a wonderful job of MC-ing the entire event, sprinkling in all of the personal details that we'd discussed with sincerity and grace.

Our wedding was a little less traditional, our four daughters were maids of honor and they were very much involved in choosing the music. Mike came to our house and spent hours perfecting our list of songs. He stayed in touch the whole time, and made the whole process exceptionally smooth. My parents were unable to attend our wedding as they live overseas and Mike worked with my daughter and figured out a way to record a toast from them and played it at the wedding. It was such a wonderful surprise, the whole wedding party got very emotional. Mike and his wife, who worked along his side during our wedding ceremony and reception made our special day perfect and unique.

We had a few issues with clarity of Microphones during speeches but could tell Mike was working hard to clear it up as quickly as possible. My wish for his service would be to read the crowd a bit more in terms of switching up the music throughout the end of the night and knowing when to pivot songs when people were starting to walk off the dance floor. He was also a but more hands on during the actual wedding reception asking MOH questions about her speech and checking in with the bride and groom a bit unnecessarily as we had wedding coordinators also checking in with us. It did feel like a bit too much attention that wasn't needed. We know it was all in Mike's best interest to make sure we had the most amazing day and that he was there to help in any way possible. If you are looking for a DJ to really listen to your needs, opinions, and is readily available whenever you have questions from the day you book to the day of the wedding, Mike is your guy!

The music selections were perfect and he got all our favorite songs in during just the right moments. He edited our wedding dance song perfectly so we would feel comfortable. My wife and I received multiple comments on what a great job Mike and Michelle did, as many left quoting our event as the "Best Wedding Ever!" I could message him at the 10 at night and he would answer and just try to help and answer whatever I needed done Every month on the date you’d be married on he sends emails from a year up until week before wedding he was emailing us what to do and have done which helped a lot so I we were already ahead with his help! He sent us 2 coffee mugs just to be a generous kind man! He’s a family man and loves what he does. He gave us so many good ideas and I added a voiceover for my mother daughter dance and it had everyone in tears it was perfect! Soundz amazing knows what they are doing and we will definitely be seeing them again :)

But here is where I can tell you he was definitely the right choice. My fiancee dumped me a month into wedding planning. Mike was kind and compassionate. Though he was under no obligation to return my deposit he graciously did. I know Mike was the right choice, he's a family man, offered a great product at a reasonable price. I hope someday I'll get married and he can DJ my wedding.

He got in contact with the best man and maid of honor to help with their toasts! He's very good with staying in contact with you through email and/or phone calls. He makes sure everything goes as planned the day of the wedding. We had a groomsman to replace the night before the wedding and a table change, he made sure the changes were made! The day of the event we had a small change in the introductions and once again he made sure it was correct! He made we knew when everything was going to take place, which that was the one thing we were stressing about, he made that stress disappear. We wanted to find a DJ that will bring everyone to the dance floor and Mike definitely did that. Me and My husband like different genres of music, I'm mostly country and he listens to just about anything but isn't too much of a fan of country music, we wanted entertainment and that's what we got! we highly recommend Soundz amazing Dj service for your next DJ needs, you will not be disappointed! I wish I could start the whole night over again, it was truly a night to remember forever!
