South Glen Farm is a family owned and operated venue located an hour west of the Twin Cities. Partners Doug and Sherry meticulously planned and renovated this now beautiful 1950’s dairy barn to be the ideal wedding venue. With Sherry’s intentional design that creates the flow of a perfect wedding and Doug’s impeccable landscaping we’d love for you to imagine your special day at our venue.
Surrounded by 70 acres and with five unique buildings on property, there are endless opportunities for your wedding. The multiple ceremony site locations allow for couples to pick the perfect backdrop for their day as well as having options to accommodate weather. They offer top tier guidance and organization through wedding planning and made the whole process smooth for us (exactly what we needed while planning the wedding). The venue is meticulously cared for by Sherry and Doug, and they were able to accommodate so many requests from us.
The majority of our 140 guest count told us this was the best wedding they have ever been to.
Don’t know why you’d want to get married anywhere else, thank you so much to Sherry and Doug for truly the most incredible day!

l of the offerings provided (linens, chairs, decor) by the venue. But as we continued through the planning process we learned we were getting so much more - venue owners that were truly invested in making our day come to life just as you envision it. There really aren't enough wonderful things to say about them both and the venue itself - even our guests shared how much they loved the venue and what a great choice it was. I don't think you can get higher praise than that on your wedding day. We are so grateful for our experience at South Glen.
