SJO, my husband and I had an hour-long Facetime meeting with Chaplain Patrick to make sure he was a good fit. We knew within the first five minutes that he was the person meant to officiate our wedding ceremony. He truly took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for in our ceremony. He also provided a number of recommendations that we incorporated into our wedding. He truly did a phenomenal job. Once we decided to move forward with SJO, communication, booking and payment were all handled online, making the whole process super convenient. We are so appreciative of Chaplain Patrick and all he did to help us have our best day ever. I can’t recommend him enough!

However, the whole staff moved into action, and Chaplain Patrick made it to our venue with only an hours notice. The wedding went off on time, and it still felt personal and special. Several of our guests even asked how long we knew him, and we had to say "we met him 10 minutes before the ceremony". It was amazing, and we highly recommend them!

We wanted something light, funny, but meaningful and some what religious as well. Something that truely captured our relationship. From our first conversation with Chapelin Patrick we knew he was the right guy for the job. He made us feel so comfortable, and made what seemed like an over whelming process very smooth and enjoyable for us. We had a few very nice conversations with him about what we wanted for our ceremony. He also supplied us with all kinds of reading materials to help us in creating this ceremony. He also had us fill out a questionnaire about each other, not with eachother which was a lot of fun to do. When it came time for the big "I DO" moment Chapelin Patrick was a rockstar, he had our guests and ourselves laughing, crying, and smiling from ear to ear. ways operated under a loving theory of mutually assured respect for each other’s traditions and decided early on that we wouldn’t feel comfortable with either of our respective family’s traditions. That’s fine, given our emphasis on breaking through the cliché. Our wedding was going to be held in South Jersey at Valenzano Winery. However, neither of us had ties to the area. Luckily, our caterer suggested we reach out to South Jersey Officiant . After making initial contact with South Jersey Officiants and some preliminary e-mails, we set up an appointment via Facetime to speak with Reverend Yvonne. She spent an hour just talking with us, getting to know our story and what makes us tick. Knowing our love for wine, Reverend Yvonne suggested we have a wine blending ceremony. We fell in love with the idea right away. After that our Facetime meeting, we mostly communicated via e-mail as she helped lay out the plan for the ceremony. Despite my wife and I both being attorneys, neither of us had any idea of the registration requirements for the Certificate of marriage. Reverend Yvonne had our back guiding us through the process. Likewise, we were provided with helpful suggestions for readings and vows. On the big day, Reverend Yvonne made our ceremony pure magic. She hit all the right notes…from the sensitive to the silly… that made our ceremony beyond our expectations. You wouldn’t know that we had first spoken to Reverend Yvonne less than three months prior to our ceremony. Her insight into us was uncanny to say the least. Reverend Yvonne’s warmth and intuition made it feel like she had known us for years. She gave us a truly personal ceremony that was absolutely “us.” My friends and family couldn’t agree more. As a funny side note, I also found out that Reverend Yvonne would officiate the ceremony of one of my friends a week later. Without any reservation, we recommend South Jersey Officiants to help you take the leap into marriage.

rick was able to Skype with us (since we live about an hour away), and formed a beautiful, short ceremony that incorporated everything we wanted. He was readily available the whole wedding process to answer any of my questions, and give me tons of advice! The day of the wedding, he came in and convinced my father to let us have an unplugged ceremony, reminded me to get my ring to my photographer for a shot, and gave an unforgettable ceremony. Our ceremony had so much heart, and was only about a half hour long!! We had a bunch of fun elements, like a tree watering ceremony, readings in reference to our dog, beautifully written vows, and lots of laughs!I can't even tell you how many people came up afterwords and said what a great job he did. I am SO happy with Patrick, and would highly recommend SJ Officiants to any couple out there!!

iful, emotional ceremony So many of our guests had wonderful things to say about how personal our ceremony was, and they couldn't believe that Paul was not one of our nearest and dearest friends (we found him on the internet!)! Paul was so confident and calm throughout the entire ceremony, it all went off without a hitch. We were lucky enough to be referred specifically to Chaplain Patrick and were so incredibly comfortable the moment we met him and he helped us customize our ceremony. She was very easy to reach out if we had any questions or revisions of our ceremony. She was flexible with what we wanted to change. We wanted someone that was open minded and pro-marriage/love in all forms, which is definitely Chaplain Patrick! He included enough religious aspects in the ceremony to accommodate my husband's Catholic background, but it wasn't over-the-top where it made me (agnostic) uncomfortable. We're both animal lovers as well, so we think it's wonderful that if you choose the platinum package that he will donate money in your honor to the Animal Orphanage in Voorhees! We did not choose this package because we didn't need it, but it's good to know! Chaplain Patrick was also very helpful during the planning process. I emailed him many times with questions and even asked for recommendations for pre-marital counselors and he was always very quick to respond and help us in any way he could! He truly went above and beyond for us. During the reception I heard several great comments about him from our guests too! I just cannot recommend Chaplain Patrick enough!

Our guests kept remarking how different our ceremony was from any that they'd seen before (we didn't do anything crazy, it just wasn't boring), and how "us" it was. That makes me very happy. She walked around us during the ceremony (something unique our guests had never seen before), and she guided our guests through a fun "audience participation" ceremony. She covered all the essentials while allowing us to incorporate our own funny personal vows. We had them laughing and crying. It was perfect!!

Patrick was able to incorporate every minor detail that was asked of him and even encouraged us to join our children into the ceremony for the most heartfelt experience. He had more then half of our guest in tears. Also, his personality is like no other. Patrick isn't someone you have to feel uncomfortable around.. you can just be yourself and that was very important for us on our big day. He fit right in with us, our bridal party and our crowd and was just so much fun to have around. I have never in all my life, seen a Chaplain go above and beyond like Patrick did for me. My bustle to my dress broke and Chaplain Patrick actually helped my bridal party fix my bustle and get me all ready for our introduction. I will always recommend him and his team and hold him in the highest regard. Our special day sincerely wouldn't have been as breathtaking as it was if it wasn't for Patrick. Thank you so much for everything, you truly are a blessing and nothing short of perfect.

14 during the rehearsal and before the wedding, while at the same time calming my nerves, which were no easy tasks! Many members of our families had never been to a wedding outside of a church, but afterwards everyone had only the highest of compliments. The ceremony was extremely personal and meaningful to both my husband and I, as well as everyone there. I highly recommend Chaplain Patrick!
