Can't say enough good things about Patrick for the night of our wedding. We used him for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He also provided up lighting for us which really added a cool vibe for the night, and we also took advantage of his photo booth and our guests LOVED it. His dancefloor music choices were great, our dancefloor was packed all night. We gave a little guidance on what to play and he knocked it out of the park. The photo booth was cool too because guests got to send the pictures directly to their phones and then at the end of the night we got the entire album as well! Can't recommend Patrick enough, he was so easy to work with and does an outstanding job!

Pat was an incredible DJ for our wedding in April '22! He kept the people on the dance floor all night and followed our requested songs perfectly. He was very easy to communicate with. We can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We were extremely pleased with Patrick Lally and South Shore Entertainment. He was super easy to communicate with, very responsive and professional, and did a great job keeping the dance floor packed on our wedding day. He also played the music during our ceremony and introductions. Patrick has an online spread sheet that you can enter in all of the songs you wanted played and when, as well as a “no-play” and a “must-play” list that you can edit up until right before your wedding. That was so easy and helpful for us as we had months to think about the music and enter our choices in as we went. Patrick also provided us with an awesome photobooth (and a colleague to help people use the photobooth). The photobooth did gifs, boomerangs, and regular pictures. The gifs, boomerangs, and photos can be texted/emailed to whoever is taking the photo and we also got a link the next day with all of the photos. Our guests could also print copies for us and put them into a book provided by Patrick and the guests could write notes. It was such a fun aspect of our wedding and our guests clearly loved it. My husband and I wish we had made more time to take more photos! We highly recommend Patrick and South Shore Entertainment!

Patrick couldn’t have been a better choice for us and our wedding. He was extremely accommodating, responsive, and so much fun. Patrick went out of his way to give us the DJ experience we wanted, and was welcoming of my very detailed song lists and ceremony requests! Patrick was also accommodating of a friend who performed a song at our ceremony, and worked directly with our friend to ensure he had the equipment he needed. Patrick was always positive and easy to reach, and did a fantastic job creating the reception we wanted!

We had a December 2020 wedding, right in the midst of the pandemic, and yet every time we talked to Patrick over the phone, we felt better and better and even more excited about our wedding. Leading up to our wedding, no matter how many changes or different state restrictions we faced, Patrick just went with it and was so accommodating and reassuring. Given COVID restrictions, we were not allowed to have a dance floor at our 5 hour reception, and yet Patrick kept the night going even past our 5 hour limit; and with no dancing that truly says something! He played to the crowd, make special announcements throughout the evening and even played different couples' "First Dance," songs from their wedding days. He truly made and saved our wedding day! We had an outpouring of compliments from our guests about what an amazing job Patrick did and how friendly and wonderful he was. We so highly recommend Patrick, he can play to any crowd and save any situation- even a 5 hour reception without dancing!

I can't recommend Patrick highly enough! He was by far the most friendly, professional, and responsive vendor that I worked with during my wedding planning experience. You can tell he REALLY knows his stuff when it comes to weddings! Patrick answered every little question that me (and my mom) through his way! He always answered our emails in a timely fashion, which is definitely not the case with all wedding vendors, so we really did appreciate Patrick's responsiveness. Patrick was so personable, approachable, AND great about taking song requests (something my wedding party particularly enjoyed). His music selection was awesome and one of the compliments we have received the most about the wedding was the DJ/reception music. Patrick made the music flow so seamlessly throughout the ceremony and reception. There were no awkward transitions whatsoever! Patrick is literally the only vendor I am reviewing because he really is THAT good!

Patrick was the DJ at my cousin’s wedding and did such a great job that we knew we wanted to work with him for ours. He is so nice, positive, and upbeat. He is helpful but extremely flexible, making sure that things are exactly how you want them. He also had great advice for how he saw things work best at weddings. He also did beautiful amber up lighting around the room. We highly recommend him!!

We had Patrick Lally as our wedding DJ and he was amazing. We met him prior to the wedding to review certain details. The rest was managed over the phone or email, which made life so much easier! He worked with our venue on the timeline and was extremely organized. He was a pleasure to work with and the night of our wedding the dancefloor was full from start to finish. People are still talking about how amazing the DJ was!! The photobooth was a great add on! People loved it and we have the pictures to cherish forever...or use as blackmail ;)

Where do I BEGIN. Patrick, you were single-handedly the happiest, most outgoing, genuine, and WONDERFUL vendor that we encountered for our wedding. I don't think anyone left the dance floor for a SECOND the entire night. I was utterly exhausted from dancing my heart away all evening. Your enthusiasm and passion for your job radiates outward, and my husband and I could not have been ANY more pleased with your incredible job at our wedding. Pat came recommended to us from two different people and once we met him we knew he was perfect for our wedding. I went over what types of music we did and didn't want during the wedding and he nailed it - our guests were dancing all night long and loved his song choices as much as we did. He was a very energetic MC and DJ and you can tell he loves what he does! Thanks for an unforgettable night Pat! :)

Pat Lally was absolutely amazing to work with. He met with us multiple times before the wedding and was so outgoing and friendly that we instantly felt comfortable. He helped us create a plan for the night so our wedding could be exactly what we wanted. He has an easy to use website where you are able to upload must play versus do not play songs. He absolutely brought the party. People continue to tell us about how much fun they had at our wedding and it was hands down because of Pat. We also used Pat for up lighting and a photo booth- both were absolutely amazing. We couldn't recommend anyone more than Pat Lally.

Pat Lally made our wedding! The DJ sets the mood no matter where you are located and I couldn't have asked for anyone better! He was also the DJ for my two older sisters so there was absolutely no question who I was going to pick. -Especially since what i remember most was dancing all night long at both of their weddings! We also had the Photo Booth - it was a hit! My guests had so much fun taking photos and we got an album right at the end of the night which was hilarious to look through. Pat met our every need and has the best personality for entertaining a big crowd. I could not be happier with South Shore Entertainment for the DJ & Photo Booth for my wedding!!

AMAZING! We booked Patrick for our wedding and he was great! He was so easy to work with, quick to respond to emails, and happy to accommodate any of our requests. We had a crowd of all ages and he had the whole room dancing. We also booked the photo booth, which our guests loved!

Patrick was fantastic! My husband and I hired Patrick to DJ our wedding and we were thrilled with our decision! Throughout the planning process, we touched base with Patrick. He is easy to talk to and had some great suggestions with regard to the day. His online planning tool is so comprehensive. It was worth the time to complete this. It really helps him have a picture of what you want for your day. During the event his enthusiasm and fun attitude was evident. You have to choose Patrick! He was by far the best Dj I have ever seen. He had our whole crowd up and dancing the whole time. He listened to everything that we wanted and made the event truly ours. We got so many comments from the guests that the music was the best selection they had ever heard. He managed to stay behind the scenes yet still play a crucial role. Patrick Lally at South Shore Entertainment is amazing. My husband and I are both professional musicians/performers as was most of our wedding guests. The music was a vital part of our wedding vision and Pat killed it. If I could give him 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. He listened to our ideas, which were quite specific, and turned them into a reality. From the pre-ceremony music all the way to the last dance, Pat always made the perfect choice! He was wonderful MC and also provided the uplighting which transformed the space. But more than all of that, I could tell that he was present in the entire evening with a smile on his face, ready to help keep things on track and make sure the party never stopped. Thank you Pat! My husband and I found Patrick Lally & South Shore entertainment through his many positive reviews on the Knot. We met with him once about a year and a half before our wedding and knew right away that we wanted to book him for our DJ/uplighting/photobooth needs. We are both SO glad we booked Patrick, because he was one of the best aspects of our special day. He played great music, was very professional, very personable to our guests, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. All of our guests were on the dance floor all night long. The photo booth was great quality, better than many that I have seen before. It was staffed by a lovely young lady that Patrick provided, came with a scrapbook for guests to put their photo strips in and sign a note to us in, and each guest also got to keep a personalized photo strip with our names and wedding date on it. The uplighting was also great. There were several lights that added a really nice touch to the space. Best of all was that the colors could change at any point with a quick switch from a remote. At one point Patrick checked in with us to ask if we wanted to change from a bright blue (early evening) to a darker blue (for the dancing). His attention to detail was top-notch. Patrick is clearly a polished professional because we did not have to worry about one thing (both leading up to the wedding and the night of the wedding). If you are considering Patrick- and find that he is available for your wedding date - trust me, just book him now and check one more thing off your list! You absolutely won't regret it.

His online planning tool was very helpful and he both listened to our vision and offered his own suggestions based on his expertise when appropriate. He accommodated all of our individual needs, got nearly all guests dancing at one point or another, and balanced our must-plays with the need to keep the dance floor full. He also did a great job coordinating our uplighting with our colors and style. Finally, he had the perfect personality for an MC. We received a book with each photo and a comment from the guests, which was such a great thing to have! Patrick did such a great job with song choices to get EVERYONE on the dance floor....the ENTIRE night! Our guests had a ball inthe photo booth! The up lighting made the room and set the tone for dinner and then we changed up the color when it was time to dance. Truly amazing day! Patrick was phenomenal through every step of the planning process. When we met with DJs, he was by far the most polished and professional. He gave us an info packet and DVD demo of his DJ services and we were immediately sold. His enthusiasm and positive attitude made the planning process fun, as well as made him a fantastic host for the evening of our wedding. He gave us great advice but was also very open to our requests. All our guests had great things to say about his dj-ing! We loved Patrick and would highly recommend him to anyone!

We have been to a ton of weddings and one DJ that stood out was Patrick Lally of South Shore Entertainment. When we got engaged there was only one phone call to make! Pat Lally is the most fun, organized, experienced DJ, I have ever worked with. He loves what he does and it is apparent when he takes the time to meet with you, honor your special requests and pumps up your bridal party for intros! Pat reads the crowd perfectly and thanks to him, our floor was packed ALL NIGHT! Pat is reasonably priced and worth every penny!!
