South Shore Harbour Country Club

ll of my last minute emails. Our package included the food, bar, cake and linens. The cake and linens were outside vendors, the food and bar were done by them. For the most part, I enjoyed the vendors. The linen vendor (Over the Top Linens) were PHENOMENAL. I do, however, wish I would have asked if we could go with a different cake vendor. I wasn't all that pleased with Cakes by Gina...our appointment with them felt rushed, unimportant, and it was horrendously overpriced for our groom's cake (not included in the SSHCC package). However, back to SSHCC...The venue is BEAUTIFUL, very elegant, modern and naturally gorgeous--no need for tons of decor! The bar is actually a full bar off the main room, rather than a makeshift bar stuck in a corner like at most places. There are 2 patios you have access to in addition to the indoor areas. And the view on the golf course is gorgeous. As for the food...2 months later I still have people telling me how delicious it was! And, though I already said it once, Victoria, the event coordinator, is fantastic. She took care of everything. I dropped off centerpieces, candles, favors, and everything else the day of and didn't think twice. It was such a relief to not have to worry about whether or not everything was getting set up correctly, because with Victoria there is no need to worry about a thing!! She even sent me a nice text message the day of saying that the next time she'll see us we'll be Mr. and Mrs. and to enjoy the day. Over all, I would recommend South Shore Harbour Country Club to anyone (and already have!) You will not be disappointed.
