John and Christy were very sweet and captured our day beautifully. They were involved from the rehearsal dinner to the whole day of and produced a gorgeous video for us. The only thing I didn't absolutely love was the communication. I had to be the one to reach out for a timeframe of when we'd receive our footage and was told a month. When I came back and asked a follow up a month later it was then a few more weeks and I would've appreciated them reaching out to me to let me know not the other way around. When the video was completed it was not sent to me directly. I was tagged in an instagram post that said our video was live on YouTube before I got it to see it first. Two month timeframe to get highlight reel, 3 month timeframe to get the footage of ceremony and I feel this would have been a more reasonable timeframe had it been communicated clearly and initiated on their end. Overall, still very happy with the outcome and we lovee our video and extra footage but the communication could use improvement.
