Words cannot describe how amazing this venue and staff is! This is the most gorgeous and amazing place I've ever seen and been a part of! Our day was beyond perfect thanks to them. Sara, Ally and all the preferred vendors made EVERYTHING seamless and magical. Truly the BEST place in all of TN! Our out-of-town wedding planning was done with ease and ALL of our guest said it was the BEST wedding they've ever been to. Such a gorgeous venue with multiple uses of the entire farm. We can't thank you enough!!

Where to begin! The moment we stepped on the grounds we were welcomed with smiles and excitement on this new chapter in our lives. Ally Bell was our on-site coordinator once we booked the venue and was so sweet! The venue itself was super responsive throughout the planning process and day of calmed all our nerves. The day went SO smoothly because of them. Such a beautiful venue and so many guests were blown away by the grounds.

I have attended several weddings at this venue. Every time the event flows smoothly, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff are incredible. If you’re considering hosting an event here the pictures are going to turn out absolutely breathtaking. We haven’t been anywhere else that provides such a unique “Barn vibe” with an elegant, sleek, and modern area just next door. We have yet to experience another venue like it. If you’re considering an elevated event in Williamson County, definitely put this place at the top of your list!

Southall Meadows is easily one of my favorite venues to shoot at as a wedding photographer! The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. It is one of the most picturesque places because it offers such great variety in places to shoot and lighting scenarios. I always LOVE the photos I take at Southall. I am thrilled whenever I have the opportunity to work here! As a vendor, I always feel like I’m taken care of with enough amenities like clean bathrooms, water bottle filling stations, and the friendliness of staff that I interact with there. Not all venues give this consideration to vendors! I cannot recommend them enough!

Southall Meadows is truly a one of a kind space! The historic barn and modern hall is tucked away on private property right outside of Nashville and creates the perfect a touch of elegance, intimacy and charm for your wedding. Sarah and her team are also amazing to work with and always going the extra mile to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event. They are easy to work with and will make the planning process seamless. Southall Meadows is definitely a dream venue and one worth checking out!

I have attended several weddings at this space. This event space is amazing. The property is so stunning and gives you a real feel of a Tennessee wedding. It has an authentic barn with so much character and a new building that has so many options to fit anyones design style. If you are looking to show your guests a true Tennessee feel this is absolutely the space for you.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception here on 10.09.22. I truly can’t compliment Southall enough! Ally, our day of coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. I wasn’t worried about a thing the entire day, because she had everything covered. She was also so encouraging and kind, making me feel so loved as the bride. All our guests kept saying how gorgeous the property was, and I couldn’t agree more. The day was absolutely perfect, especially with my husband and I marrying under the big tree. In fact, there were deer off in the distance and a bunny hopped across in front of a bridesmaid and groomsmen before they walked down the aisle. Such little details made the day unforgettable. Anyone looking for a venue to get married at, I highly recommend Southall Meadows. It will make your day so magical.

Southall Meadows has been so amazing to work with. Sarah, Sara, and Riley have made my wedding planning process a breeze. The flexibility of having two gorgeous buildings and multiple ceremony spaces makes Southall Meadows an easy choice. We also love that it is very convenient to the Downton Franklin, but privacy the property provides is priceless. We will always cherish the memories made at Southall Meadows!

Southall Meadows was the perfect venue for my husband and I. The whole feel of the venue was amazing. Ally was the absolute best. Any questions we had she was always able to help so fast. The multiple spots for the ceremony and reception gave us exactly what we were wanting for our wedding. Multiple of our family and friends said how amazing our wedding was and how much fun they had. I would recommend 100% for any couple.

Getting married at Southall Meadows was truly a magical experience. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was where we wanted to capture this memory. We opted to pursue the Design Package, which included full-service planning, design, and coordination. This included everything from catering, the cake, drapery, to florals. Sarah and Ally turned our Pinterest board into a reality. We only met a total of 4 times and exchanged just a handful of emails. They understood my vision from the beginning and delivered on each and every detail. They remained flexible throughout, incorporating last minute requests and changes without hesitation. My husband and I come from different cultural backgrounds and had very little knowledge of a traditional Western wedding. Sarah and Ally made the entire process stress free by leading the planning, asking the right questions at the right times, and making suggestions along the way. They remained patient and supportive as we navigated the entire process, which was completely foreign to us. They managed the budget perfectly, remaining transparent about cost and never deviating from the budget. The day of weddings is known to be stressful, but Ally made the entire day so special and calm. Not only were the grounds immaculate and clean (including the bridal party suite), but we were continuously fed, hydrated, and remained on schedule. I didn’t have to check the time once! I recall a specific moment before the ceremony when Ally had the caterers bring the entire wedding party appetizers to ensure we weren’t hungry. She also brought my husband and I our custom His and Hers cocktails (a very thoughtful touch). Having never seen any of the décor prior to the day of the wedding, I was anxious to see how it all came together. The ceremony was so beautiful under the large tree, and the reception was STUNNING with the sunlight peeping through the cracks in the tobacco barn. Everything was even more beautiful than we could’ve imagined. Not a single detail was overlooked, and all of our guests truly enjoyed themselves. We cannot thank the planning team at Southall Meadows enough for making our wedding dreams a reality, and often wish we could relive the day.

Ally was absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel relaxed and cared for on your special day. And both Sarahs are great as well! This venue is perfect - and you literally pay for two for the price of one. There are so many ways to customize your day. We chose to get married out by the tree (and luckily had gorgeous weather to do so), do dinner and first dances in the barn, and then have the “party” portion and cake in the modern hall. The day flew by and everyone had a blast. I have people still telling me this was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thank you, Southall! Love, The Spearmans

Southall Meadows hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at their beautiful venue on 11/13/21. From the moment we saw the venue, we were always confident that we had picked the best venue to host our wedding! We love how much land there is on the property and how there are various indoor and outdoor spaces to hold ceremonies and receptions. The barn was a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and magical it was with the sunlight coming through the barn as it was setting. We also love how new, clean, and modern the hall is. It was perfect for our reception and fit everything perfectly! The bridal sweet was also a beautiful space that our wedding party could enjoy. It was the perfect day and we couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue! We were very lucky to have picked Southall Meadows! They were always so kind and accommodating to us during the planning process and on our wedding day. We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us. It was a pleasure working with them!

Couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue! On top of it being an incredibly beautiful location with a variety of spaces to choose from, the support from the staff was second to none. Everything ran so smoothly and our wedding coordinator Ally was so helpful, kind and on top of every detail. Our day was perfect!

This was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and we booked immediately! It ended up raining on our wedding day which changed all our plans, and Southall accommodated perfectly and made it still an absolute dream! The venue is gorgeous and the staff is great.

When I started searching for wedding venues, I had a list of things I wanted and was sure at some point I would have to compromise something. Then, we saw Southall Meadows and realized that our dream venue DID exist! The grounds are beautiful, the barn looks like something out of a dream, and the Hall made the best dance floor. We had about 200 guests at our wedding and were worried about finding a place that could comfortably accommodate that many people without feeling cramped. We ended up having our ceremony outside, dinner and toasts in the barn, and then partied in the Hall. It was the perfect way to utilize all of their gorgeous space and give our guests plenty of room to boogie. Having two indoor spaces also made it easy to come up with a plan B in case of rain, which took a lot of stress out of the planning process. Our out of town guests loved the proximity of downtown Franklin. The team at Southall was incredible - every single person there is so kind and helpful. All of my questions were always answered very promptly. They recommended several of my other vendors to me and absolutely knocked it out of the park with their recommendations. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this venue!

Hosting our wedding at Southall Meadows was the best decision we made. The natural beauty the location provided made it a perfect setting to compliment all of our wedding details. Our guests loved it! We loved it! The staff was also very helpful and made planning with them a breeze. I highly recommend putting Southall Meadows at the top of your list of venues to consider.

My husband and I got married at Southall Meadows on June 4, 2021. It was the most perfect venue for our outdoor ceremony and barn reception. We could not have envisioned a better venue for our wedding. Sarah was our initial contact who was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Ally was then assigned as our wedding coordinator/day of coordinator a month in advance prior to our wedding. She was so helpful and so lovely to work with. She captured our vision for the wedding perfectly and made everything go so smoothly. My husband and I were able to spend quality time with our families and wedding party on the day of our wedding without any stress. Ally was amazing. Our family and friends raved about Southall Meadows and we feel so grateful to have been able to get married there. We highly recommend this venue. My now husband and I got married here last weekend. It was a dream come true thanks to the staff and the venue. Every planner we worked with was on top of their game and made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. They were super kind and willing to do whatever needed to be done. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Last minute we had to change our plans because of rain and the team made it turn out far better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. It will make your big day that much easier and so so beautiful.

Southall Meadows is a STUNNING venue. The property is tucked away from the main road, so it’s like a secret quiet gem. The staff is just the most lovely, excited and kind people. It’s both whimsical and romantic. They offer both a bridal suite and groom’s suite. You don’t need a golf cart to enjoy the property for pictures. It rained all day on our wedding, AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. The tobacco barn offered a view of the outside without getting wet. The sound of the rain and the breeze just felt so romantic. They also allow you to use the property for a one hour rehearsal the day before (if they’re not already booked) and it was very helpful. Bottom line: If we had it to do all over again, we’d choose Southall Meadows again and again ♥️

We had a wonderful experience leading up to our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Southall Meadows. Despite the afternoon/evening of the wedding being quite rainy, Sarah and Kayde pulled off a beautiful ceremony and reception! We are so grateful we chose Southall...the setting was everything we had hoped for!

We stumbled upon Southall Meadows online in the initial broad search for a wedding venue. The location was convenient enough and the price point for a venue in Franklin TN was reasonable so we casually took a drive to go check it out. Everything changed when we turned down the gravel drive. It was perfect. Completely private and natural. Quiet but not too remote that people couldn't find the entrance. Absolutely unlike any other wedding venue we had seen online or in person. It was the farm wedding venue 'feel' we had searched tirelessly to find. Arguably the best part is that we were met by Sarah, the director of operations at the farm. We were allowed to take in the property in private, without being 'sold' a venue and without being handed brochures and information on why the property was so perfect for us (something that was a big negative at other venue meetings...) It is truly a beautiful farm, only slightly modified from it's farming past to easily accommodate weddings, events, parties, etc. With the simplest design, they turned a working barn into a fully functioning ceremony venue and reception hall without losing any character and charm. The grounds are immaculate and clean with only enough manicuring to make the property completely accessible and usable while not ruining the views of the acres of crops and fields or the nearby Tennessee hills. Beyond the beauty of the property and facilities, the staff and team at Southall Meadows made our planning a dream. Every question was answered quickly and efficiently with options and modifications if the initial desire wasn't the best approach. There wasn't a detail they missed to help us plan our wedding and they were amazingly compatible with all our vendors (who were thrilled by the way when I mentioned that the wedding would be held at Southall Meadows... that's key!) Even when the entire plan changed the morning of our wedding due to thunderstorms, they somehow managed to make our day relaxing, calm, and arguably even better, with an alternative emergency rain plan that our guests thought was the original idea all along!! It was extremely helpful to have a contact like Sarah who takes her job so seriously but with such a genuinely calm and laid back approach. Nothing seemed like a sales pitch or a job with her and we cannot say enough good things about the entire experience working with Southall Meadows!

Our wedding was three months ago and we are still getting compliments on how beautiful our venue was. I recommend Southall to everyone. Sarah was a dream to work with - easy going, responsive, and helped us with all our questions along the way. Love love love.

I wanted to start off by saying that Sarah with Southall Meadows is AMAZING to work with. Whatever she can do to make my life easier as a bride she will do. We are planning our wedding from out of state, and she had made it a breeze. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a barn wedding.

Southall Meadows is the perfect choice for a wedding. Having attended several here, I can say that every single one of them has been magical. From the picturesque tobacco barn, the gorgeous surrounding fields, and a fantastic dance floor (!), they're always special and the guests have a wonderful time.

While of course the grounds and barn itself are totally gorgeous, Sarah, the venue owner also bent over backwards to make everything go perfect and just as we had envisioned. Southhall Meadows is absolutely beautiful. The once tobacco barn has been converted into an incredible rustic dining and dancing space complete with chandeliers. I would recommend this space to anyone who is looking for a rustic, chique environment for their big day.

I absolutely loved this venue. Sarah was a dream to work with! It was exactly what I had envisioned for a rustic yet elegant ceremony. The old tobacco barn is so beautiful at sunset the way the light comes through and the finished floors and chandeliers gives it just the right amount of elegance.

Southall Meadows offers everything you could hope for in a Tennessee wedding venue: comfort, style, class, and absolutely stunning views! All staff were poised and professional as well. 100% would recommend to anyone!

We had an amazing wedding at southall! The day and months leading up were smooth, Sarah handles everything beautifully and helps you keep calm. The venue is even more gorgeous in person and my friends and family were in awe. Sarah's staff members were also top notch. We had our dream day and we are so grateful!

I've tried to set up a tour of her venue, with no luck. I emailed her last spring and set up a tour of her venue. She called me the day before the tour and had to cancel, and never returned my email about scheduling another tour. I've recently tried to get in contact with her asking for another tour, she gave me two dates. I emailed her and told her the date that would work best for me. No response. The day I told her that would work for me, I emailed her and asked what time we could meet. Again no response. My fiancé has tried to call her, she doesn't return his message. Very frustrating when you're trying to find a venue for a wedding.

We are so thankful to Sarah and Southall Meadows for making our wedding look and feel so magical! We toured many outdoor venues in the Nashville area and only found what we were looking for at Southall. Many of them rely on a shabby chic Southern vibe, which isn't our style. We wanted something natural and rustic without a lot of frills. The old barn on the property is the real deal and was a really perfect reception spot. Sarah and her team always put us at ease during the planning process and consistently put in extra effort to make us feel special. Looking back, choosing Southall was the number one best decision we made!

I just cannot praise Southall Meadows enough as our wedding venue! Sarah, the coordinator there, was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and flexible. She made everything that day run smoothly and we wouldn't change anything about our wedding. The guests loved the setting and our pictures are breathtaking. I would recommend this venue to anyone that wants a one of a kind setting outdoors!
