Our out-of-town wedding planning was done with ease and ALL of our guest said it was the BEST wedding they've ever been to. Such a gorgeous venue with multiple uses of the entire farm. We can't thank you enough!!

here the pictures are going to turn out absolutely breathtaking. We haven’t been anywhere else that provides such a unique “Barn vibe” with an elegant, sleek, and modern area just next door. We have yet to experience another venue like it. If you’re considering an elevated event in Williamson County, definitely put this place at the top of your list!

All our guests kept saying how gorgeous the property was, and I couldn’t agree more. The day was absolutely perfect, especially with my husband and I marrying under the big tree. In fact, there were deer off in the distance and a bunny hopped across in front of a bridesmaid and groomsmen before they walked down the aisle. Such little details made the day unforgettable. Anyone looking for a venue to get married at, I highly recommend Southall Meadows. It will make your day so magical.

o fast. The multiple spots for the ceremony and reception gave us exactly what we were wanting for our wedding. Multiple of our family and friends said how amazing our wedding was and how much fun they had. I would recommend 100% for any couple.

he Design Package, which included full-service planning, design, and coordination. This included everything from catering, the cake, drapery, to florals. Sarah and Ally turned our Pinterest board into a reality. We only met a total of 4 times and exchanged just a handful of emails. They understood my vision from the beginning and delivered on each and every detail. They remained flexible throughout, incorporating last minute requests and changes without hesitation. My husband and I come from different cultural backgrounds and had very little knowledge of a traditional Western wedding. Sarah and Ally made the entire process stress free by leading the planning, asking the right questions at the right times, and making suggestions along the way. They remained patient and supportive as we navigated the entire process, which was completely foreign to us. They managed the budget perfectly, remaining transparent about cost and never deviating from the budget. The day of weddings is known to be stressful, but Ally made the entire day so special and calm. Not only were the grounds immaculate and clean (including the bridal party suite), but we were continuously fed, hydrated, and remained on schedule. I didn’t have to check the time once! I recall a specific moment before the ceremony when Ally had the caterers bring the entire wedding party appetizers to ensure we weren’t hungry. She also brought my husband and I our custom His and Hers cocktails (a very thoughtful touch). Having never seen any of the décor prior to the day of the wedding, I was anxious to see how it all came together. The ceremony was so beautiful under the large tree, and the reception was STUNNING with the sunlight peeping through the cracks in the tobacco barn. Everything was even more beautiful than we could’ve imagined. Not a single detail was overlooked, and all of our guests truly enjoyed themselves. We cannot thank the planning team at Southall Meadows enough for making our wedding dreams a reality, and often wish we could relive the day.

We chose to get married out by the tree (and luckily had gorgeous weather to do so), do dinner and first dances in the barn, and then have the “party” portion and cake in the modern hall. est venue to host our wedding! We love how much land there is on the property and how there are various indoor and outdoor spaces to hold ceremonies and receptions. The barn was a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful and magical it was with the sunlight coming through the barn as it was setting. We also love how new, clean, and modern the hall is. It was perfect for our reception and fit everything perfectly! The bridal sweet was also a beautiful space that our wedding party could enjoy. It was the perfect day and we couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue! We were very lucky to have picked Southall Meadows! They were always so kind and accommodating to us during the planning process and on our wedding day. We were thoroughly impressed with the personalized and courteous attention given to us. It was a pleasure working with them!

ized that our dream venue DID exist! The grounds are beautiful, the barn looks like something out of a dream, and the Hall made the best dance floor. We had about 200 guests at our wedding and were worried about finding a place that could comfortably accommodate that many people without feeling cramped. We ended up having our ceremony outside, dinner and toasts in the barn, and then partied in the Hall. It was the perfect way to utilize all of their gorgeous space and give our guests plenty of room to boogie. Having two indoor spaces also made it easy to come up with a plan B in case of rain, which took a lot of stress out of the planning process. Our out of town guests loved the proximity of downtown Franklin. The team at Southall was incredible - every single person there is so kind and helpful. All of my questions were always answered very promptly. They recommended several of my other vendors to me and absolutely knocked it out of the park with their recommendations. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this venue!

She captured our vision for the wedding perfectly and made everything go so smoothly. My husband and I were able to spend quality time with our families and wedding party on the day of our wedding without any stress. Ally was amazing. Our family and friends raved about Southall Meadows and we feel so grateful to have been able to get married there. We highly recommend this venue. Last minute we had to change our plans because of rain and the team made it turn out far better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. t’s both whimsical and romantic. They offer both a bridal suite and groom’s suite. You don’t need a golf cart to enjoy the property for pictures. It rained all day on our wedding, AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. The tobacco barn offered a view of the outside without getting wet. The sound of the rain and the breeze just felt so romantic. They also allow you to use the property for a one hour rehearsal the day before (if they’re not already booked) and it was very helpful. Bottom line: If we had it to do all over again, we’d choose Southall Meadows again and again ♥️

onable so we casually took a drive to go check it out. Everything changed when we turned down the gravel drive. It was perfect. Completely private and natural. Quiet but not too remote that people couldn't find the entrance. Absolutely unlike any other wedding venue we had seen online or in person. It was the farm wedding venue 'feel' we had searched tirelessly to find. Arguably the best part is that we were met by Sarah, the director of operations at the farm. We were allowed to take in the property in private, without being 'sold' a venue and without being handed brochures and information on why the property was so perfect for us (something that was a big negative at other venue meetings...) It is truly a beautiful farm, only slightly modified from it's farming past to easily accommodate weddings, events, parties, etc. With the simplest design, they turned a working barn into a fully functioning ceremony venue and reception hall without losing any character and charm. The grounds are immaculate and clean with only enough manicuring to make the property completely accessible and usable while not ruining the views of the acres of crops and fields or the nearby Tennessee hills. Beyond the beauty of the property and facilities, the staff and team at Southall Meadows made our planning a dream. Every question was answered quickly and efficiently with options and modifications if the initial desire wasn't the best approach. There wasn't a detail they missed to help us plan our wedding and they were amazingly compatible with all our vendors (who were thrilled by the way when I mentioned that the wedding would be held at Southall Meadows... that's key!) Even when the entire plan changed the morning of our wedding due to thunderstorms, they somehow managed to make our day relaxing, calm, and arguably even better, with an alternative emergency rain plan that our guests thought was the original idea all along!! It was extremely helpful to have a contact like Sarah who takes her job so seriously but with such a genuinely calm and laid back approach. Nothing seemed like a sales pitch or a job with her and we cannot say enough good things about the entire experience working with Southall Meadows!

The old barn on the property is the real deal and was a really perfect reception spot. Sarah and her team always put us at ease during the planning process and consistently put in extra effort to make us feel special. Looking back, choosing Southall was the number one best decision we made!
