All facility of SECCA are all available to rent for day or night events with a price range from $200 to $1,600. The Grier Library’s size and coziness, along with its video screen, makes it a great space for small meetings. A little bit larger setting, the McChesney Dunn Auditorium remains intimate yet seats 294 people. Outside is the McChesney Dunn Lobby offering a spectacular view of the lake and grounds and can seat between 65-100 people. The SECCA Grounds surrounding the mansion feature a lovely boxwood garden and wisteria trees that transcends into the green hills rolling towards the lake — ideal for the perfect wedding. The Garden Terrace and Sunporch also have a breathtaking view of the boxwood garden and lake, and would be perfect for a tented event or cocktail reception.
