Southern Bay Bakery is a 100% custom bake shop. We are a small scratch kitchen and take pride in every product we put out. We range from classic pastries like danishes and croissants, to desserts like chocolate mousse cakes and tiramisu. All of our cakes are made with a high attention to detail. Two locations in downtown St. Petersburg and Dunedin. We would love to cook something up for you!

Southern Bay Bakery made our wedding cake. I had provided a pic of what I wanted and it arrived looking exactly like the pic! The cake was moist and delicious, even the top portion which was gluten free!

Southern Bay provided our wedding cake and it was moist, delicious and beautiful! We did tastings at a few places and Southern Bay was both the most reasonably priced and the most delicious.
