ed day of planner, at the minimum. I am so glad they had that requirement because I wouldn’t have thought to hire one on my own. To say Kaitlyn is awesome would be an understatement. She is utterly phenomenal! She went above and beyond. She even helped me with my dress and put my shoes on. She is super sweet and personable. I felt like I was talking with an old friend. I love my bridesmaids, but they all have type A personalities and each had their own version and ideas of what I wanted. I told Kaitlyn what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it and kept everyone in check! She alleviated so much stress day of keeping everyone on the timeline. I honestly can’t thank her enough!

very lucky or put much faith into instagram giveaways, but I went out on a limb and entered. To my surprise I was Kaitlyn’s full day of coordination package winner!! Entering that instagram giveaway turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Kaitlyn was so much more than a day of coordinator. We got together multiple times before the big day and talked through everything. She made the time coming up to the wedding so much less stressful! She handled our rehearsal the night before and managed to wrangle our large bridal party and lots of family (which is a feat). Kaitlyn made the big day run smoothly and was there for me every step of the way! When I was concerned or worried about anything she quickly came and diffused the situation with ease. She made juggling two locations seem so easy (which I was very impressed with). I honestly could not recommend someone more!

e scheduling which was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. The day before the wedding, we had a day full of flat tires and terrible traffic and ultimately we were late to the rehearsal, forcing Kaitlyn and many other guests to wait on us and witness my mini meltdown of guilt. She was so kind to me and so patient and understanding. She helped me collect myself and level myself before we ran through the rehearsal (which she patiently allowed us to do 3 times). On the day of the wedding, Kaitlyn helped with EVERYTHING! Us, the bridal party, the caterers and Kaitlyn tackled the ceremony setup and reception prep. As we were all getting pulled off for hair and makeup, Kaitlyn worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us, and I am still so appreciative of that. Even after working so hard on the setup, she still took time to come check on me periodically and kept us all on schedule. She was so patient with us even with the pictures and videos we squeezed in before getting dressed for the ceremony. During the wedding she had the perfect balance of present and backstage ninja. The guests and vendors (with decades of experience) came up to me during and after the wedding and spoke so highly of Kaitlyn. I was constantly told how they have worked with so many coordinators over the course of their careers and she was hands down the best they had the opportunity to work with, and I agree! I know this review was a lot, but I can't stop singing her accolades. I truly cannot recommend her enough! BOOK SOUTHERN MAGNOLIAS!

he set up all of our decor, cake, flowers, etc. exactly how we had envisioned. The timeline ran smoothly and she was able to adapt to anything that came up. She was professional and friendly. Cannot recommend her enough!! We would have been lost without her!
