She edits above and beyond what she's paid to deliver, she will do just about anything you need or ask of her, and most of the time she does it without it being brought up. She just knows. Our photos were beyond beautiful, but one of the most special aspects of our day was having Hannah there. As a new friend, as a talented photographer, and as someone I know will support my husband and me through our journey the rest of our lives. If she's open on your wedding day BOOK HER. I've been a bridesmaid in MANY MANY weddings, I've never seen a photographer go above and beyond on a wedding day the way she does, and the way I know she will for you. half before my wedding. I had talked to more than a dozen photographers and looked at countless portfolios. I just wasn’t seeing what I wanted. I wanted someone who could capture natural, candid shots without over posing or excessively editing. I wanted in the moment, as things are happening, shots. I was beginning to think that I wasn’t going to be able to find someone in Kentucky who could tell our story and give us the look that we wanted, and then, I found Southern Native Photography by Hannah Lane. She was so helpful and listened to what I was looking for. She was so incredibly easy and fun to work with. I was nervous about the level of cooperation she was going to be able to get out of my now husband. Doug absolutely loathes having his picture taken. Some how, when she did our engagement photos Hannah amazed me and managed to get his full cooperation- he was willingly posing and listening to her every direction. Our session was fun and light hearted. Hannah spent time really getting to know us and capturing what she was seeing as us and the nature of our relationship. The photos from our engagement session were so beautiful that I was beyond excited to see what she was going to do with the photos for our wedding. I can’t thank Hannah enough for everything she did for us at our wedding. She was an indispensable source of knowledge on the day of, and events leading up to the wedding, in addition to providing us with absolutely amazing photos. Our wedding party was rather large and consisted of a number of small children. Kids in large group settings can be a challenge for the most experienced photographer, especially if you have half the kids that were in our wedding party. Hannah handled the entire experience like a champ. She got the most stunning shots with the kids included. Photography, was something that was a top priority for us for our wedding. And although we are both very private people, sharing those special moments with Hannah, and trusting her professional judgement, yielded some awesome results. Hannah made the day easy and fun. She was one of the family before the night was over with. My future sister-in-law was so impressed with Hannah she has since contacted her about her up coming wedding. We loved having Hannah with us every step of the way. Thank you Hannah for being there to preserve our memories and to tell our story - it truly means the world to us. pen than just a simple photography session. A couple month back Hannah took my engagement photos. She went above and beyond to customize our vision and turned our session into US. A lot of photographers simply work to take a photo, Hannah and her husband Cody work together to create a home within the session. They create a life long friendship with the clients and memory that’s last forever AND they explore the world around them to allow their clients to have amazing scenery and adventure.

ife long friend. Hannah's talents are nothing short of amazing and I am constantly being told that my engagement and wedding photos are "the best I've ever seen" or "should be in a magazine". I'm not someone to sparingly compliment and I'm probably the biggest critic when it comes to wedding photography because I knew exactly what I wanted, and she was able to capture our day perfectly.
