We had such a wonderful experience with Denise and her husband at Southern Palate for our wedding! The food was absolutely delicious and so many of our guests raved about it afterwards. The spinach and artichoke dip I could eat a whole bowl of! It was really important to us that the food be memorable, and they truly delivered. Beyond the food, Denise was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but she helped calm my nerves and made everything feel manageable. We also appreciated how flexible and budget-friendly they were. They offer a wide range of options, whether you're looking for a plated meal or a buffet-style setup, which made it easy to find something that fit our vision. The best part was we were sent home with a bag of food from our cocktail hour that we missed while taking pictures AND an additional meal from our reception. Overall, such a great team to work with - professional, caring, and truly committed to making your day special. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about Southern Palate. From the start Chef Denise was amazing. The walk through at the tasting was informative and tasty. Once contracted, they had great communication and were accommodating to all my needs. On our wedding, Denise and her team made cocktail hour and reception dinner seamless. Her staff was super professional and sweet. We did a buffet; when it was time to eat, before everyone got dismissed, they made my husband and I a beautiful plate. They personally waited on myself and my husband to let us relax during our meal among the chaotic timeline of the wedding. Thier attention to our needs made us feel like the star of the show. They did all of this while keeping the guest tables clean and presentable. All of their food was amazing. However, the spinach dip and the steak diane were the stars of the show. My husband went back for thirds. In conclusion, their dedication to overall quality and professionalism makes them our number one choice for future events!

d at Platform @ Greer. And let me tell you, they absolutely blew me away! From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The food was not only delicious beyond words, but it was also surprisingly healthy. They achieved the perfect balance of rich flavors and nutritious ingredients. It's rare to find catering that satisfies both those needs so well. While I didn't have the opportunity to work with them directly for the event planning, I made a point to introduce myself to the owners, James and Denise, afterwards. And I'm so glad I did! They are an absolutely wonderful couple - extremely personable, professional and clearly passionate about what they do. Even though I was just an attendee, their food and hospitality left such an impression that I felt compelled to share my rave review. The whole experience with Southern Palate Catering's cuisine and the people behind it was top-notch. and I knew after one bite we had to book these guys and I cannot tell you how many compliments we got from our wedding guests how great the food was! They really took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed so we could just relax and enjoy our reception. I cannot give high enough praise for these two wonderful people.

n the food after the wedding! We especially loved the artichoke dip, it was TO DIE for. Chef Denise and her husband were so amazing to work with. They are such amazing and down to earth people, and they care just as much about the success of your wedding as if it was their own. They went above and beyond and had pre prepared our plates and drinks on the day of, and consistently checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Amazing people, amazing service, and amazing food!
