Southern Spoon catered my destination wedding in Nashville and absolutely dominated! Not only was the food delicious but their service was high class. As a former caterer, my standards are pretty high but Adam and his team blew me away. The menu paid homage to my Southern roots and Adam worked with me to customize each course to my favorite foods and guest's allergies. I highly recommend the banana pudding beignets. The food remained hot despite the elements. The bar was stocked and the bar tenders made sure every guest had a beverage in hand. Dirty plates were quickly removed and tables stayed spotless throughout the reception. Needless to say, I'd recommend them to everyone. I can't wait to stop by their food truck the next time I'm in Nashville.
