Since we couldn’t go ourselves, she visited venues for us and Facetimed us during tours, as well as taking plenty of video and pictures to send. In general, she went above and beyond to help us plan long-distance! Sabrina provided timelines and guides, recommendations, checklists—everything you can think of, she had covered before I even asked. She was also always very warm and kind with us, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the planning process. Any questions we had, she was there to answer, and she was always willing to lend an ear and reassurance whenever I was confused or nervous. She was extremely knowledgeable and had tons of great advice, especially about what things might not be worth the cost or effort, the areas of the wedding that were worth spending on, and budget-friendly approaches that would still achieve our vision for the wedding. She was really great at helping us stay within our small budget while still having the wedding experience we wanted. Her experience in the industry really shines in advice, and her guidance through it all was invaluable. Day of, she was a wonderful coordinator! She worked very efficiently, and as the bride, I could happily focus on spending the day with my loved ones because I knew Sabrina had things handled. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her and her planning services. She was such a huge help and supporter every step of the way, and she made planning this event SO much less stressful. We had such a gorgeous, vibrant, and fun wedding, even through the challenges of limited budget and long-distance planning, and I really don’t think we could have pulled it off without her help. Sabrina is a fantastic wedding planner, and her services are absolutely worth every single penny!

dvice I got was to hire a planner first - and I tell everyone that once we found Sabrina, she’s the only reason we had a wedding at all. She truly allowed me to be a guest at my own wedding. She was great at keeping the planning on timeline, was so incredibly patient with our insane dual-mil schedules even with us being in Japan’s time zone. She made everything a breeze - we only needed about 5 phone calls total in the year and a half of planning. She had the best recommendations, was able to go to our venue to do a video-tour for us, and was very very honest with what she thought was / wasn’t a good idea. Her input was incredible, she always looked for ways to help me keep the costs down. Her DJ recommendation was absolutely incredible (DJ Tom with Grant Hemond) - everyone kept telling us how he was the best DJ they’d ever had at a wedding. She went decor-shopping for me and took care of donating all the leftovers afterwards since we had to fly back to Japan. The way she ran the rehearsal so efficient, and the work she and her team did for us on the day of the wedding made the entire thing stress-free. My husband’s family did the decor/alcohol drop-off the day of and they raved about how she and her assistants helped them - they were so impressed at how they came right up to them and offered to help and “next thing I knew the car was unloaded!” She took the decor vision and brought it to life better than I ever could have, even with the insane wind she improvised beautifully and kept everything in place. She made sure to bring me and my husband food, kept drinks in our hands the whole reception (and our head table!), and had everything we needed. She didn’t even blink when I pitched to her doing a water gun send-off, she had towels ready to go for us that she’d had customized for us as a gift, and made the entire thing come to life just as we’d hoped. Sabrina I love you so much. Thank you for putting together the best weekend. You were such a joy to work with and I’m so so happy with how everything turned out - all thanks to you!
