This was the PERFECT location for our rehearsal. We did dinner (~70) people and the food was phenomenal. Then opened to ~130 for drinks and the downstairs location was perfect. Was big enough for everyone without feeling crowded or empty. Food was unreal good and somehow the service was even better! The bartenders were 10/10 amazing, so friendly and kind and never let me or my husband’s drinks go dry. Highly recommend!!
We booked Southern Tier's barrel room for our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks, and it was absolutely perfect. From our initial communication with Kelsey to the final bill, I have never had an easier event planning experience. The breadth of options Southern Tier offers can fit any budget and please every guest. We started with a plated dinner for about 30 people, which was absolutely delicious, and dietary needs were expertly accommodated by the culinary team. From there, we welcomed all of our out-of-town guests to an open bar and stationed hors d'ouevres. Honestly, if I knew how fun and easy it was going to be I would have made our event longer and ordered more food ahead of time. I'd recommend Southern Tier for any private event in downtown Cleveland and hope I get the chance to host with them again.

The story of Southern Tier Brewing Company began in the forests of Lakewood, NY with founders, Phineas DeMink, Sara DeMink, and Allen “Skip” Yahn nearly 2 decades ago. Now, many years later the brewery’s beers and ales can be found throughout the country and across borders. In addition, there are multiple locations serving beers brewed on site and fresh from the tap, such as the Cleveland location which features a German-designed brewing system and over 30 beers on tap. The company as a whole prides itself on innovative approaches to the concept and industry of craft breweries.
