The most unprofessional business I have ever been in contact with. They will not answer the office phone but respond to emails. I booked the limo almost a month in advance through ...
email, the only thing they sent me was a confirmation number, no contract or terms of agreement just a number to confirm booking. I tried calling multiple times to cancel when it got closer but they would not call back or pick up the phone. So, I emailed them, 30 hours before our reservation cancelling them letting them know we no longer need them. They responded almost immediately saying they are going to charge me $100 dollars and I could call and give them my credit card over the phone for not cancelling sooner. I tried calling the office again to talk to someone about where I could find the terms and cancellation policy but no one would pick up. I emailed and said I had been trying to call and asked for someone to contact me. Today, Dave called me back and said there wasn't a set cancelation policy but they ask people to "be adults and pay it" because it's on the "honor system". I said okay well that's not how you run a business, I'm sorry but you don't just get to decide you wanna charge someone without any policy for not wanting your services. He then began to raise his voice over the phone when I said that his business is being unprofessional and the other reviews online are proving that to be true. He said that he was still sending his guys out to my house and he was going to bring the cops for "theft of service". Apparently, he doesn't know what theft of service is because to try to charge me for this would entail him actually providing a service for me and then me refusing to pay. Which, obviously he hasn't provided anything but unprofessionalism and childish threats. Needless to say, I contacted the mokena police and they were made aware of the situation and I will be filing a complaint with them. This is not how you run a business whatsoever, if you want to charge people for cancelling then make sure your policy is clear. I will make sure everyone I know doesn't use this limo service and knows how they treat people. Dave should find a new profession because obviously he's not fit for working with people.

driver and he was great-helping me in and out, had a stool for the ladies to use, carried all our bags, did everything he could to make things perfect. We loved the novelty of a Jeep limo-you don't see many of those cruising around!
Dealing with the office was a different story. It was difficult to communicate through email but it was really hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone. We mailed our deposit with our credit card information and heard nothing nor had a charge for more than 3 weeks. My fiance called and they said the office was busy but they would get to it. Our card was never charged but they assured us we were set for the wedding. We called multiple times to confirm. They told us we could pay in cash the day of. We refused because they hadn't handled our deposit and were not comfortable giving them such a large sum of cash. Also, there is a 20% "Service charge" listed on the contract. We inquired if that included a tip and were told a bit of it is for the tip but it covers gas and maintenance. We were going from Oak Lawn to Orland Park with few stops (and all stops were right on the way). We probably should have tipped Josh more, but I felt that, with the 20% service charge, a good portion of that should be going to him anyways.
I wish the office was better--the limo experience and driver were amazing. But beware of dealing with the office and make sure you keep good track of your deposit and paperwork and keep a record of who you talk to--I don't know how much they talk to each other there.
My fiance wanted the Jeep limo & this was the only place I could find it which is the only reason I used them. Like I said, it turned out great but be careful. And the price was comparable to other SUV limos elsewhere (even though they could probably charge more because it's so unique!).

nside and out! The Hummer H2 was our primary limo for the evening. It was clean, had an awesome sound system and ‘light show’ and stocked bar-A club on wheels! Our diver Josh was very nice and helpful. He carried all of our items to the limo, helped us in and out, and even held the train of my dress. The outside of the H2 had a “Just Married” sign and burgundy flowers along the windows, which matched the colors for our wedding. There also was a red carpet that led our way to the limo. Southside Limo has a great attention to detail that any Bride would appreciate while providing “a party on wheels” for the groom. We would highly recommend Southside limo to anyone looking for great service and the best limos in the area! Amazing company!

limo we had was very clean. My whole bridal party fit comfortably in the limo and we had a blast riding around in our hummer limo! I would definitely recommend this Southside Limousine to others!
