Southwest Event Center also boasts a wedding suite where you can prepare on-site in comfort without having to stress about being ready for a driver to pick you up.  Relive the Old West and make your entrance in a horse and buggy. Allow our bartenders to serve your guests in our saloon with a full-service cash bar. The venue will provide you with tables, chairs, and a dedicated area for your rehearsal dinner. Brittany, the coordinator for Southwest Event Center was amazing up until the wedding week. She was quick to answer questions or allow us to tour the property as much as we wanted....
During the wedding week we were a bit disappointed to learn that she had given a lot of false promises. For example, we were supposed to have free alcohol provided on the wedding day in the bridal and grooms suites, but that did not happen. Brittany was no where to be found on our wedding day, there were issues with simple task that were supposed to be done, but weren't so it added additional stress to the wedding week. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I am thoroughly confused by this review. Number one being that you all opted out of having...
a wedding coordinator, which means per your contract that your wedding is solely your responsibility. Secondly, alcohol was provided to bride and bridesmaids by myself and the groom & groomsmen by my manager. I was also onsite as your groom saw me multiple times as we were getting things ready for your ceremony. Had I been advised of any problems they would have been taken care of immediately. I had also just had a new baby so being that you opted out of having a coordinator, yes, I did leave your wedding in the hands of my manager who is also the bartender. I however was on the premises the entire evening, never once have I ever left an event on my property completely unattended unless I am out of state. I apologize that you were not satisfied, had I been notified I would have done anything to make it right.
