Cannot be more thankful that I was able to have Belinda and her team on my wedding day. I couldn't have done it without her. From getting ready to the end of the night she was there for me and my bridal party. Strap broke off my dress, no problem she sewed it right back on, coordinating group photos, managing the timeline, and running our rehearsal, and last time picking up decor for me. Let me tell you…Belinda is an AMAZING person inside and out. We had our wedding on 12/30/2023 and it wouldn’t have went as smoothly as it did without the support and spotless detailing from Belinda and her team. She made sure everything went exactly as planned and even the little details you don’t even think about, was covered by Belinda. She asked me what my stress level was and I told her a 10/10 but that diminished to a 0 after a phone call with her. Her personality is unmatched! Everything was executed as perfectly and precisely as how I envisioned it. For example, the layout of how I wanted the candles next to the centerpieces on each table, was just a mere single text image I sent to Belinda, and she brought that same image to life on every single table without asking me one single question. She made sure I was around good vibes for my big day and handled every single person with respect, while getting the job done. Even her team members are out of this world. I was getting nervous right before walking down the aisle and wanted to pray, so her team member did just that! We held hands and prayed. There were more than enough hands to be in all the places that we couldn’t be, making sure what needed to be done was taken care of. My wedding was this past weekend and I was fortunate to have Jenn and Vivian by my side. I am deeply indebted to these two people for how well they managed all of the issues that came up. Vivian arrived at my salon and guided me throughout every portion of my morning, all while Jenn was handling the setup at the venue. They kept communicating ensuring our vision was carried out. Several things came up with my decorator and DJ, but they made me feel calm while they handled the situation. Vivian and Jenn were a Godsend, and I will forever speak praises for all they did for us. Belinda and her crew were a necessity at our wedding. When I was first asking her about what services she provides she said she couldn’t possibly put into words what they do besides all of the basics you would expect from a day or coordinator and she couldn’t have been more right. All of my things and my husbands things were accounted for at all times, someone was there with a comfortable pair of shoes, a drink, a solution or an ear to vent to. They broke up awkward family conversations They pinned my important broach onto themselves to ensure it was safe They found service in a place where there was none to contact my bus company that didn’t show up They went back and forth from the hotel rooms to transport our luggage They took our drinks/ bags phones/ bouquets held babies when we needed to take a picture. They stood security when I had to hide in the bathroom They advocated (and won) for my wants even when the venue pushed back. They made sure craig and I didn’t see eachother until it was time And then made sure we had as much private time (and stood security) as we wanted. They took behind the scenes footage They laughed and bonded with family I honestly think somehow Belinda even stopped the rain. The best most honest review I could give would be the text message I sent them on my way home from the hotel: Hello guys! Craig and I are on our way home from our dream wedding and can’t even wait until we get there to give our gratitude. You three gave us the wedding we dreamed of having. We would have had an inside ceremony with the sun shining if it wasn’t for you. The three of you brought different incredible strengths and handled everything seamlessly. To have you guys on our side and by our side was legitimately priceless. All needs were anticipated and fixed before they were even said. You guys went above and beyond and we know how difficult certain parts were but you all handled it with grace. So many people came to me to say Jen brought them or helped them with something and I just don’t know how because I felt like you were by myside the whole night, helping keep track of all my crap. Mike keeping guard to make sure no one bothered or saw me and helping pack all the crap at night, looking for an anklet that wasn’t even lost 😂 Belinda simply just… Got. Shit. Done & Handled and made the impossible possible. Because of you guys we were able to enjoy our day together to really celebrate our love. What an amazing team of thoughtful caring hard working people you guys are and Craig and I will be forever grateful for you.

Hiring Sovereign Bees was the best decision we made for our wedding. Belinda and Jennifer were with us every step of the way making sure our wedding was seamless. They were able to take all the worry and pressure off of us and handle all the details of the day. They also did a ton of behind the scenes photos and videos of our wedding which was the best surprise and is a must for anyone who is considering it! Would recommend them to anyone getting married or hosting a large event. They will get sh!t done!

I had the pleasure of hiring Belinda not just as my planner but as my officiant for 6/2/23. I knew from before I started planning my wedding I definitely was going to get a planner. Belinda was the best fit with her fierce professionalism, and I couldn't be any more happier. Anything I needed or was missing she was there to fulfill what I needed. If I had an issue she was there to resolve it the best way she can. She connected me to some amazing vendors that helped me with my wedding process. We had little hiccups the day of the wedding but Belinda was so on point that none of it mattered. The car service I had just so happen to have maintenance issues, the florist brought 12 centerpieces instead of 15, the dj got into a terrible accident so the MC had to be the DJ. If it wasnt for her and her team I wouldve lost my mind. Belinda and her team really made sure I enjoyed every minute of my wedding. People dont know what went on behind the scenes. All I keep hearing is how beautiful the wedding was and its the best wedding they have been to. The day of my wedding Jen was literally like my shadow, everywhere I went and any time I turned around there she was to either fix my dress & shoes, serve my drink, and calm my nerves 😄 Serena was also there to ensure everything ran smooth and hyping up the bridal party. They did not let me stress about anything at all when I tell you nothing I mean NOTHING! All they kept saying is we got this! The ceremony was very very heartfelt. Something my family as well as my wife and I will never ever forget. Belinda is the best officiant! She told our love story in such a way that made people laugh and cry including us. It was very beautiful and it didn't rain 🙏 I have to thank Belinda and her team so much for making this wedding so memorable and convincing us to do the 1st look. I would hire all of them again and highly recommend them. People think you dont need a planner but trust me you will regret it. Another thing I have to add is finding the right planner which in my case for same sex couples wasn't an issue when I came across Belinda. She made us feel very comfortable and very welcoming. It was all love from day one. so which event you ladies want to help me with my 40th or my oldest daughter sweet 16? 😄🙌

Just had my wedding this past May and thanks to Sovereignbee and her team the day ran smoothly and on schedule. I hired Sovereignbee for 12 hour day of coordinator. Belinda , and her team assigned to us (Amanda and Vivian ) were super involved and hands on not only with the venue, vendors, logistics of it all etc, but also with us the bride and groom and the wedding party and everyone really. They were always around to help where it was needed, or guide us, and answer any questions or do us any favors. Vivian was my shadow literally always touching up my makeup after crying and answering to all my requests. She even helped me into both of my dresses. Meanwhile Amanda was also a doll! Thanks to her pinning my dress we were able to do our choreographed first dance as it seemed it was not possible to do with my dress because even bussled it kept making me slip and slide while practicing our dance. So she made this all possible. She was truly so sweet. Belinda and her girls at all times were keeping me hydrated and getting me in and out of my shoes. The list goes on and on of all the many things these girls were a part of. Brides, do not hesitate on hiring Sovereignbee. The best investment in my opinion is a day of coordinator. Thanks to having one, my husband and I had a stress free day, did not have to lift a finger or worry about anything or be on top of our timeline (which is created by Sovereignbee) because Belinda and her team take charge of it all for 12+ hours. I didn't even have to deal with the maitre as much because Belinda was the middle man which facilitated not having to answer questions and delegate to anyone. Side note: a Maitre D doesn't even do half the things a coordinator does or have as much of an involvement as a coordinator so do not settle for just a Maitre D ladies, it is not the same! Moreover, Belinda definitely brings boss lady energy and she means business and is amazing at what she does. She definitely delivers. On our wedding day unfortunately it started raining during our ceremony time so we had to opt for an indoor wedding on the last second. Everything at this point was s bit chaotic and I was very emotional but the girls made the last minute change work very fast and we were able to stay on schedule. And although I didn’t have the outdoor ceremony I envisioned and longed for, everything worked out in the end. The only one “negative” thing I would say (& I say this just to reiterate that no one is perfect n hicucps may happen) is that I guess in the mayhem of switching ceremony locations and the stress or chaos it may have caused, somewhere along the line, our ceremony lineup was a bit compromised. My husbands grandma was supposed to walk but in the rush of it all although she was lined up ready to go she was somehow asked to sit instead. And although the first few people were lined up correctly my husband mentioned he was asked to switch and he ended up walking second instead of 3rd as rehearsed causing entrance song discrepancy as my groom started walking in to the parents song instead of his and the DJ had to quickly change the song so my groom had his song but by then he was near half way through his entrance. So this was the only “mess up.” But at the end of the day, the day was perfect and the service of these girls was absolutely exceptional. Their personalities are unmatched as well as their work ethic. If I can do it again, id hired them in a heart beat! I actually already miss them. They imprint in you in a way you feel as though they are family. So go ahead girls! Hire Sovereignbee! You wont regret it. Best money spent!

I am over the moon with gratitude for Jennifer, Eli, and Belinda for ensuring that my husband and I had the wedding day of our dreams. We hired Sovereign Bee for 12-hour day-of coordination, and we felt like it's some of the best money we've ever spent. I really thought I had the planning figured out, but now, I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. The planning process: Belinda onboarded us, then connected us with Jennifer, a consummate professional who was beyond helpful in bringing together all of the pieces in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She carefully reviewed every step to build our schedule and helped us make crucial decisions, especially in response to items that we hadn't even considered. For example, she knew that my mother had passed away, so she suggested having a memory table and arrangement, which I was so grateful to have on the day. The day of: I'll admit that despite the great security that the planning process brought me, I was still beyond stressed about how everything would actually come together. I need not have been, thanks to this team; Jennifer and her assistant Eli not only kept everything running smoothly all day, but they also made me feel so special, like an absolute queen. They completely anticipated every need I might have had, all while problem-solving as needed and communicating with each of the vendors. When it came time to do our couple and family photos, Jennifer literally drove us around town to the photo locations so that I wouldn't have to walk in my heels. Then, just before walking down the aisle, I realized that I'd completely forgotten that I had a Zoom set up for guests that couldn't make it in person. Jennifer jumped into action and used my phone to stream the ceremony! She was so good at it, in fact, that several of our virtual guests sent messages giving compliments to the cinematographer. Later, when I stepped into the reception hall, I literally gasped - I couldn't believe how perfectly Jennifer and Eli had directed the set up with the venue staff, especially since they had relatively minimal direction from us and our centerpieces and decor were pretty DIY and eclectic. It was beautiful, with every little detail even better than I'd imagined, including Jennifer having made a part of the memory table work that I'd given up on. I'm sure there is so much more that they went above and beyond on that we didn't even see. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, do not look elsewhere - book with Sovereign Bee, with my strongest recommendation for Jennifer and Eli.

Belinda and her amazing team made sure that I felt secure on all wedding details. From the prep calls to ensuring I was able to find a Dominican carnival costume for my Hora loca they were there to make sure I was able to see my vision through. The day of the wedding Belinda and her team made sure that everything ran smoothly and made sure that I was taken care of the entire night. I’m obsessed with their work and see myself continuing my relationship with Belinda and her team!

We cannot recommend Sovereign Bee enough! Belinda did a remarkable job for my son's wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden! We had just over 6 months to plan the whole thing, during which time the bride and groom along with my family were all going to be out of the country for a month. Planning this wedding was my responsibility as the MOG and I really knew nothing about the wedding process. When we interviewed Belinda, we told her we needed help finding quality vendors (we only had a venue - nothing else) and her assistance managing the process. Belinda gave us outstanding choices of vendors, any of which would have been perfect. We chose the ones that worked best with the bride and groom with her on-point advice. She was able to help me as I managed invitations, contracts, seating etc. and was always able to give me excellent guidance and reassurance. As the date neared, Belinda created a detailed timeline to the minute for the entire event, starting with the rehearsal and dinner the night before (she also helped me find a caterer for that). On the day of, she was there and had a full court press of team members starting with two during the bridal party prep at 630 a.m. and growing to 4 as we moved to the venue for the ceremony and celebration. She and her team were visible and available the entire event until we got ready to leave. She had told us don't stress about anything that day as she would handle any problems, keep things moving along and make sure we all had a fabulous celebration. She kept that promise!! I highly recommend her without any reservation!

Belinda and her team are absolutely the best! They took care of all the wedding planning from the beginning to the end. They made this whole planning process less stressful for us. They made sure that all of our ducks were in a row to make our day truly spectacular. Our wedding day was by far the most amazing day of our lives. I walked into a room and saw Belinda sewing my now husbands bow tie onto his shirt. Thats when I knew she really got us! I was oblivious all day and thoroughly enjoyed my day. I spoke with a few wedding planners prior to speaking with Belinda from Sovereign Bee Events. After the first 30 seconds of speaking with her, I knew she was who I needed, just by the way she was controlling the conversation. I have a strong personality and I ALWAYS need to be in control. Giving that up for MY wedding was tough but it had to be done. I have 2 young children, a 9-5 and was focusing on a weight loss journey. There was absolutely no way I would have time to plan this wedding as well. As soon as I signed the contract, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders! I told Belinda: “what I want is a big ass party, with an awesome emcee, hora loca, a drummer, everything and anything to keep the party jumping! I want my guests on the dance floor all night and for them to walk out of there saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to” and she simply said “OK”! I showed her pictures of what I wanted the decor and florals to look like and she said “OK” I think Belinda said “Iris, trust me” 12694 times in the last couple months because as I mentioned before, I can’t let go of control. No other wedding planner would’ve been able to rein me in and calm me down like Belinda. Her blunt, direct, no nonsense and highly professional personality gets the job done! Everything was executed to perfection. Her and her team had an impeccable timeline to keep us and the vendors on track! I didn’t hear from ANYONE that day and was relaxed all morning getting ready. Thank you Belinda, from the bottom of our hearts for bringing our wedding dreams to reality! You and Cybill were amazing! It’s been 3 days since the wedding and I’m still getting texts, tagged on social media and phone calls: “I had so much fun at your wedding can we do it again?” “I’m still on a high from your wedding”. “Yo, you had an 8 Foot Transformer in the middle of the dance floor” “That was the best wedding ever” “your wedding planner and team outdid themselves” It was everything I asked for and more! Quick shout out to Cybill for running to the liquor store in the morning! I definitely needed that shot (or two 😉) to calm my nerves! You know your wedding planner did a FANTASTIC job, when all your friends and family give her a round of applause at the goodbye breakfast, the morning after! Love love love you both! Where to even begin with Belinda!? I’ve always been a type-a planner for everything in my life and my wedding was no different! After hearing that a day of coordinator was a MUST at my venue, only three months before, I frantically started contacting different day of coordinators. Belinda at Sovereign Bee was the third coordinator that I spoke to and without any hesitation, I booked her immediately after our call. Within the first 15 minutes of us speaking she eased all of my worries and I felt that I had found the right person to execute my vision perfectly. I used my venue as a blank canvas and brought in nearly everything, so there was clearly a lot to manage, but she did so without breaking a sweat. She tackled any problems that arose day of with finesse and kept an open line of communication with me the entire day. I was a little nervous at first, but once I went upstairs and saw her in action, I was able to relax and enjoy myself getting ready because I knew she had it all under control. Belinda’s eye for detail is unmatched, and she took what I wanted and made it even better. I’m so thankful for all of the hard work she and her assistant Cybill put into my day as I know it was them who made it all happen! We got married on 09/16/22. It has to be said that we were dealing with an unorthodox and difficult venue. Without Belinda and her team, our wedding would have almost certainly been a fiasco to say the least. Our wedding had a very hands-on feel since our venue was not a hall. As part of our packet, we maintained an on-going chat with Belinda for months leading up to the wedding. Belinda constantly made suggestions for materials, provided feedback on the decorations we were purchasing, and spoke with us whenever we needed help bringing our vision to life. She became our eyes and ears when the venue made changes without telling us. Belinda was in our corner from the beginning and was very encouraging to make our wedding OURS. This was extremely important since we were looking for a unique wedding. On our wedding day, Belinda was the first one there and she made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible! From the time I hired her to coordinate my wedding everything was amazing and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. I can’t imagine not having her and her team there yesterday. They took care of everything I planned and all the things I didn’t even think of. The second Belinda walked into my bridal suite my anxiety was gone and I was able to enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. On top of being an absolute pro at weddings she is so much fun to be around and work with. I love Sovereign Bee and could not possibly recommend them more!

If you are looking for a wedding planner, here you have a team for them!. A class A TEAM!. We thought that we could take care of everything all by ourselves but we were wrong!. We hadn't met Sovereign Bee and Belinda's amazing team. The best in town. They kept us calm and collected the day of our wedding. We had chosen an old but outstanding venue, an old Silk Factory that had everything in place for us but that needed a full dedicated team coordinating the in and outs of the set up. Both Bride and Groom had a dedicated person, they even held our phones answering calls to provide that necessary peace of mind you need that day. Your day. Keeping us on track with the timeline: it is a mission. But if there's anything that this team knows how to do is that timeline, getting everybody on their positions and right on time. We had almost a 15 hour event from Ceremony (offsite at a Church) to Reception + 4 hours Afterparty. We had Party buses for out of town guests and bridal party, major installations at the venue, re-purposing flowers, a festival happening right around the corner (blocking streets) with some parking challenge situation but guess what?. We were not stressed one minute. WE DID ENJOY those 15 hours to the max and I honestly don't know what would've happened if the Sovereign Bee Team wouldn't be by our side. From: -Set up - RSVP's -Seating Chart - Tasting the menu and suggesting what transfers from the kitchen and what not -Knowing the names and coordinating with multiple off site vendors (Floral, Dj, Band, Saxo, Entertainment, Photography, Videography, Liquor, Cakes, Catering, Beauty team for both bridal and groom, Bathroom attendants etc) -Making sure bride and groom were well attended and always taken care of (you know what going to the restroom means when you have a huge wedding dress, If you don't you will). -Adding their touch and also enjoying the wedding with their spark was so fun to watch. It was a celebration Nelson and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every single guest said a common denominator word: Organization. The flow of the event. Our wedding was definitely one for the books. They call it the wedding of the decade around town. What Sovereign Bee delivered was above our expectations. If we could give Belinda and her team 20 stars we would! Belinda became family during this process and handled every nuance with grace and stride. Going into this year of planning we took all things into consideration, our jobs, vision, not wanting to put added stress on our friends/family etc Belinda and her team are an extension of you to your venue. Perona Farms appreciated her detailed timeline and went to her vs. us throughout the day. We classified it like buying a house: there is a seller’s and buyer’s agent for a reason. From contract negotiations, mailing services, printing, picking up and dropping off signage, details like having an extra team member at the hotel to make sure guests got on the right shuttle were key to making the day run smoothly. I had a dedicated member with me, making sure I stayed hydrated, managed tipping envelopes, reapplied my lipstick, picked out lantern flies that got stuck in my dress during pictures and assisted me in the restroom. *Bride’s Review* THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO HIRE SOVEREIGN BEE. NOW. A little background about my husband and I- we’re originally from NY, but we live in LA now. We both work a lot and on top of that, I just started my second year of law school when he proposed. Adding another flame to the fire, my mom was battling stage 4 ureter cancer. I mention this to say that even though planning a wedding was supposed to be the most magical time of our lives, it felt more like a chore. Belinda makes you feel like you are her only bride + groom. Whenever you call/text/email she responds with detail and solutions. She studies your personality and knows exactly what vendors to recommend. She listens to you and delivers 1000% more than what you thought you wanted/needed. Belinda schedules meetings with you throughout the entire planning process. She also recommends various vendors (i.e., florist, DJ, favors, photographers etc.) and will schedule a time to meet with each of them so you can do your own “interview.” Sadly, passed away a month before our wedding. At that point, I was beyond stressed. Belinda took care of everything and told me that I pretty much just need to show up and walk down the aisle. She was right! Belinda surprised us with an amazing violinist shortly before our wedding began. We couldn’t believe it. She went even further than that and created a beautiful memorial honoring my mom with all the photos and footage I sent to her. I still watch the video every day. The Bee Team- Brittany- Every bride needs a Brittany while getting ready for their big day. Her calmness was soothing and even when things started getting crazy closer to showtime, she remained composed and handled whatever it was that was happening. I briefly mentioned to her that I wanted french fries while I was waiting for my bridesmaids to be ready…a few minutes later, she brought me fries and I happily ate them while in my wedding dress. Cybill- Cybill was with us during our first look/photoshoot. She made sure I looked like a 10 the entire time and that I was hydrated in the blistering heat! She also coordinated getting our bridal party off the bus to join the photoshoot! There were a lot of us! Jennifer- Jenn. Thank you for helping Eric and me behind the scenes. Jenn stayed in the suite with us making sure we were comfortable while our adrenaline was RUNNING. Jenn went above and beyond making sure all our needs were taken care of. We celebrated our wedding this past weekend and words cannot truly express how happy we are to have hired Sovereign Bee as our wedding’s day-of coordinator. We had the pleasure of working with Belinda and Vivian from her team. They were incredibly professional, organized,detail-oriented, and did everything to ensure that our day was absolutely perfect. The team was in constant communication regarding our wedding day timeline and on the day of, everything seemed to flow so seamlessly thanks to them. At one point we realized we were a bouquet short and Belinda just created one on the spot. The team also handled everything with our vendors that day, including a last-minute change with our DJ/Emcee. While this could have easily put a damper on our wedding, Soverign Bee understood the importance of this day for us and made sure that we didn't have to worry about a thing. From the moment we arrived at the beautifully decorated venue, the evening seamlessly flowed from wedding, to cocktail reception to dinner. Nothing seemed hurried and the bridal party looked relaxed and happy. The day seemed to have come together without a hitch! All in all, a beautiful wedding!

Vivian did not leave my side and was taking care of things before I can even think of it happening. And if all that wasn’t enough thank you for going back to Long Island a couple of days after the wedding to get the 1,000 things I left behind at the venue.

Belinda was the most amazing day of coordinator we could have asked for! She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable throughout the entire process. She did all of the little things as well, such as making sure we ate our dinner uninterrupted during the reception. I had the pleasure of having Belinda’s Day of Coordinator services for my wedding on April 2, 2022. As a girl who loves to plan and is typically organized I didn’t initially think I needed a coordinator. However, after speaking with Belinda I knew she would be the one I needed to keep everyone in check while having fun with us. Belinda, Bell, and Jen truly gave me, my husband and bridal party a huge sense of relief during the wedding. Belinda thrives in the wedding chaos and runs the show so I can just sit back and take in the moments. She had great visions of photography/video, sewed a button back onto my dress, is always ready to spray a hair back in place, and she fixed a tear in my MOH’s dress like a boss. Even though it was our first time meeting in person, I love that I didn’t feel as if I was with strangers, but as if I had my cool Aunts hanging out with me. I really believe they are a huge reason our wedding day tan so smoothly. This team exceeded my expectations in the every way possible.

Hiring Belinda was hands down the best decision we made in my daughter's wedding. The wedding was out of state for us (and her) but she didn't miss a beat. I cannot highly recommend anyone else but Belinda. Working with her feels like five hours instead of a 10 hour day. This is one person that actually works from the very beginning to end. She doesn’t just issues a paper with the timeline or details. She oversees every single detail from beginning to end. And make sure that the bride and groom are constantly comfortable throughout the entire day without being pushy as well. She is very meticulous detail as well.
