We booked Sovereign K for wedding day management and had an incredible experience. With an outdoor wedding and so many moving parts, we knew we needed support to ensure we could truly enjoy our day without feeling overwhelmed.
Kim and Camilla were wonderful to work with—kind, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the process. From the beginning, we felt genuinely cared for and completely at ease knowing they were invested in making our day special. Having them coordinate with our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding allowed us to focus on the personal details and enjoy the experience.
On the wedding day, Kim and her team handled everything seamlessly. They communicated with our vendors, managed the timeline beautifully, and expertly resolved an unexpected power issue without missing a beat. We also had our ceremony space transitioned for the reception, and it was transformed so quickly and effortlessly that it felt almost magical. They thoughtfully arranged our florals and décor, and everything looked absolutely beautiful.
