e read the room perfectly, took a handful of songs from our playlist and got our "vibe" flawlessly. He also is very mindful of avoiding songs you dislike, and very respectful to the age range of your party. When it comes to versatility, he can be subtle, and then be singing and dancing with the best of them! Numerous guests approached us after the event to comment on how great he was. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. Bravo, Doug and Sowa Entertainment!

ame to the dancing hours it seemed Evin maybe had trouble reading the crowd. He also forgot about our game to give away table centerpieces. The back of the room also claimed they had trouble hearing him. When I spoke to the Sowa manager he refused to take any respective advice to prevent future trouble or take responsibility for any issues that came up during the wedding. I had been more stressed during the wedding about having our guests dance than I should have had to be, but he saw that as a personal problem of my own it seemed. Toward the last half hour (dancing was only and hour and a half) I asked the bridal party to make song suggestions which saved the night. i have seen Evin DJ before and he was fantastic, but my wedding felt a little off for that portion of the night.

At one point of deep indecision when deciding on what music to have for the ceremony, we just asked him for suggestions. He replied back with a couple songs which he liked from other weddings, but reminded us that it was our day and we should absolutely feel like we've made our ceremony our own. He continued that supportive nature and provided a calm presence the day of our wedding, working seamlessly with our DJ who he had never met before.

For the performance, Michael was extremely accommodating and self-sufficient. We also believe he enjoyed his time being there! We would not change a thing! He made putting together a contract so easy, and when it came time to actually planning, listing song requests, etc., Doug Facetimed with us (since we are in Massachusetts but our wedding was in New Hampshire) and showed us an easy system to keep track of everything we wanted to incorporate in both our ceremony and reception. Everything went as planned!

The introductions he gave our wedding party (that we didn't tell them we were doing!) were an absolute hit. Many of our guests commented on how awesome that was, because they actually learned something about who they were and why we chose them as our wedding party. He had a killer set list that kept people on the dance floor all night. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

He had everyone hysterically laughing with his introductions to the bridal party and there wasn’t any point in the night where the dance floor wasn’t packed. Everyone had an absolute blast and it couldn’t have happened without him.

The ceremony music was great and he kept the reception fun. He was very flexible with last minute changes. We were very happy.

h more our style - fun, laid back, no cheese. He went through every detail and bonded with my husband who is a fellow musician. We were still working things out until the last minute and he was really patient and flexible for both the ceremony and reception with how we wanted timing to work, obscure song requests, variations on parent dances, etc. He showed up early and prepped everyone independently and played music while we were taking pictures. The software they use is great for keeping track of payments and to sort your Must Play, Nice to Have, and Do Not Play list - there are certain wedding songs I hate and not a single one was played. When we ran out of room in our account, we sent Evin emails and he played every one of our requests. Our guests raved about the music and you couldn't keep people off the dance floor until the last song. Highly recommend!

booth stopped working at my wedding and no one told me. I found out from my guests after returning from my honeymoon. I had no messages in regards to it. The office girl who was once polite, was very, very rude. They blamed it on the manufacturing company and refunded me only the amount of money I paid for the time it was down after me arguing about it as well as speaking with the owner. The owner was supposed to help me get copies from my flashdrive but stopped communicating with me and basically didnt care anymore. Great reviews, great company so I thought. If you're worried about something "going wrong" well it definately can with this company like it did on my wedding day. VERY dissapointed about this still 7 months later.

well and we couldn't have asked for a better time. I've had several people ask who our DJ was after the wedding (even 3 weeks later!). Our guests loved his music choice, and two people said that they saw him dancing, which helped them feel more at ease to dance too. It was great!! Overall, we found the process of booking very easy. We had two meetings before the wedding with Greg to get to know each other and so he could get a feel for my fiance and I's styles and personalities. He had the option of meeting via Skype--it was more convenient, especially since we lived pretty far apart. His confidence and professionalism helped us (me for sure!) on the wedding day--I knew that everything would be taken care of, so it was one thing less I had to worry about. The fact that he was familiar with the space was also very comforting! Doug was very nice, and the photobooth was an absolute hit. I loved getting the images on the USB immediately after the wedding--we had such fun looking back at them. The guest book he provided for us to use with the photo booth strips was such a great idea! We keep it on our coffee table and it has been quite the conversation piece. Kim, who helped us with our photobooth details, was great--she was incredibly responsive, usually only taking a few hours tops to answer any questions we had. She helped make the planning of the photobooth, at least in terms of setup and the look of the photo strips, easy. I've heard horror stories about DJ's--playing the wrong music, forgetting the bride and groom's names--but Greg definitely helped make our night perfect. It was great to meet him a few times beforehand because it helped us get a feel for his style and personality. I knew that we were in good hands, which allowed me to fully enjoy the night. It was wonderful!

What I appreciated the most, because I was an overly organized bride, was how he had a personal account for us to fill in our information, make payments, and put in music requests whenever we wanted to add to it. During the wedding our dance floor always had people on it, whether it was slow songs, or more "pop" like music. No one left early which said a lot for how much they were enjoying the entertainment. Greg was enthusiastic and dancing away behind the DJ booth all night, our guests loved his energy. My favorite part was the grand entrance of our wedding party where he had a short description of each person, provided by us from a questionnaire he had us fill out ahead of time. It was hysterical and added a very personal touch to everything. I highly recommend Greg.

eat job. The reception was great and EVERYONE was on the dance floor until the very end. The uplighting looked great, too. Also the intro's that he does for the wedding party were a lot of fun! He also gave an intro for my husband and I with the story of our engagement which was a lot of fun and helped make the intro's feel so much more personal. Great job!

wedding out of this! Everyone LOVED it! They set up in the coat closet area of our venue (a large space that was not needed due to the time of year we were married). They were very accomodating about timing/pricing. I was concerned about people being off doing the photobooth during important times like speeches and dances and things, so what we did was this: it cost $600 for 3 hours. Plus $15 per half hour of 'downtime' and $20 for the prop box. This included the flashdrive at the end of the night of all the images for us to print (both in regular picture format and in photostrip format). It also included 2 photostrips for every photo session, and we designed the stip ahead of time with our names and date and colors. So we had them available from 6pm when everybody arrived (we were off doing pictures), until 7. Then they were down while we did dances, speeches and dinner. Then they were up again from 8-10. All for $650 total. The guy running it was super nice, found my husband before he left to give him the flashdrive, and apparently let whatever was going on in there go on. Now that I've seen the pictures, I can see that people got a little rambunctious in there. It made for great pictures, but I'm surprised he let so many people in there at once. I suppose no one was close to the camera set up so it wasn't a concern and I'm glad. Your guests can also purchase pictures off their website, but I put all of ours on facebook anyway, so no one really needs to pay for them.

over our budget on this one because after we met Greg we knew he was the best choice. Our initial meeting was via Skype because we live a couple hours away from the wedding location. We chatted for an hour and he got to know us and understand our wants/needs. He provided lots of guidance as we planned to ensure we selected music for all aspects of the day. We had another meeting with him in person and finalized everything. He was flawless the day of the wedding. He incorporated all my last minute updates with no questions asked. He's also very high-tech so you get the best quality. He handled our ceremony, cocktail and reception music and audio which were in different locations on the property, with no issue. My favorite part was that he enjoyed himself at our wedding. I kept seeing him dancing and singing along with the tunes. He made our guests happy and we danced the night away! We even asked him to stay for extra time because we didn't want to stop the party and he did with no questions asked!! (we paid him for the extra time). Loved working with Greg and we know you would too!

We found Greg to be very organized, very accommodating to what we wanted as far as music during our all aspects of our wedding (including our ceremony), and very pleasurable to work with. Greg did a fantastic job MCing our wedding – we loved how he made the introductions very personalized by telling fun facts and stories about the members of our bridal party and of us as a couple. There was a bit of a challenge to get people on the dance floor given that our venue had an open deck space where people were able to congregate (and it was a gorgeous, warm, spring day!) and given that it was a daytime event. Greg overcame these challenges, read the crowd, and we had a good mix of people on the dance floor throughout the day. My only critique of Greg would be that his online request/ planning system was somewhat frustrating to use at times, especially being that we were only allowed to submit a max number of requests (15 I think). I do not think this is a reflection of Greg’s talent as a MC/ DJ, and in fact, Greg was able to work around this with us and we sent him lists of requests outside his online system. We would recommend Greg to any couples looking for a fun, energetic DJ/ MC for their wedding! Thanks, Greg!

He asked me for a list of songs I'd like played just for general dancing, and I forgot to send it to him. So, he had a really awesome set of tunes for us, but they weren't ALL what I would have wanted. But again, my fault, not his. I wish there had been a little bit more slow music, but all in all, he definitely knew how to keep the party going. Would recommend, but definitely tell him what you want. :)
