From getting booked with them in the beginning, ensuring they could cover hair & makeup for my large group of 13 people, they knocked it out of the park. My mom and I did a trial before the wedding and glad we did because we got to work with the hair/makeup ladies on what we wanted to tweak. They listened to what we wanted and boy did they deliver.
It was tight quarters in the getting ready space the morning of the wedding and the artists were not fazed at all. We had Kelly (Head artist), Victoria (Hair), Shirley (Makeup) & Nailah (Makeup) and they were all so kind and did a great job.Would absolutely recommend!

The ladies arrived on time and set up quickly. They kept everything running perfectly according to the timeline. Everyone loved their hair and makeup—Shay and Olena did such a fantastic job, and my mom felt so beautiful with her makeup, which meant so much. The whole team made the morning fun, upbeat, and stress-free, which set the best tone for the day.
As for Kelly—she truly made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. From the very first time I met Kelly at my trial, I knew her upbeat and positive energy would be such a welcome addition to our wedding morning. She was so thorough during my trial, walking me through every detail and even sharing helpful tips for the big day.
On the day of my wedding, my hair was exactly what I envisioned, and my makeup turned out even better than I imagined. She listened carefully to the tweaks I wanted after my trial and executed them flawlessly. I felt confident and gorgeous all day long.

Any questions that I couldn't answer with the provided notes or personalized voice memo were answered in a quick manner through email. The communication put me at ease that I made the right choice to switch to Spa Beauty Agency.
Elizabeth was my artist and she was fantastic! She was so personable and she was making me laugh and smile so I was not stressing about anything while getting ready. During my trial I had provided her with some example images not really having a clear idea of what I wanted. She walked me through different ways to curl my hair, layer it, twist it, and pin it. She truly helped to create the style for my hair that worked fantastic for my hair specifically. After wearing my hair throughout the day I took pictures of the end result and she flawlessly made little tweaks on my wedding day to make sure my hair looked amazing all day even after sweating and dancing all night. My squad who had hair and makeup done by her were amazed and so happy with the results.
I would absolutely recommend Spa Beauty Agency and I would trust them with hair or makeup again for any big or small event.

Shirley came out to do a trial and she was very knowledgeable and had the tools to truly bring out my features without making it seem she was hiding something. I do suggest for brides the airbrush foundation service and the eyelashes. It made a big difference. The day of, Shirley completed EIGHT ladies (myself (bride), 4/5 bridesmaids, two (step)mother of the grooms, and one mother of the bride) before my wedding, she got them done lickety-split and each one looked like a QUEEN. The makeup itself held all day, through sweat and loads of tears and somehow we all looked perfect at the end of it! I do not know how she does it, she just has a natural skill bringing out the beauty in so many different people. Also, she is a gem of a human being! Quick note: she loves Bubblr! During my wedding, I had a policy of treating all of the people I hired with generosity and care and the one way to do it is by giving them little treats all the same. They do their best work when they know they are appreciated. And let me tell you: she is worth every single penny. To my Shirley: thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my ladies and I in goddesses. You are such a light in this world and I hope you keep shining for all to see and love! God Bless you!

We got POURED rain on during photos and when it cleared up in an hour and we were back out there you couldn’t even tell. Our hair and makeup held all day! e had were so friendly, talented, and very professional. Though we ran a bit behind, I don’t fault them fully as it was probably because we were chitchatting with the artists as if we’d known each other for years and are just hanging out and catching up!
Elizabeth was my hair and make up artist who also did a trial run with me before the wedding. After I did the trial, I realized what I thought I wanted turned out to not be what I wanted. Elizabeth was able to do a 180 and complete a look that had me feeling confident, gorgeous, and like a princess the day of! I wasn’t afraid to ask her or the other artists to make any tweaks or touchups because they made me comfortable enough to ask, knowing they were there to help us all feel and look beautiful.
Everyone looked stunning and we got so many compliments! So happy that we had Spa Beauty Agency there for our big day!
