I would give Spanish Trail Country Club 7 stars if I could. We had our Wedding reception and Sangeet (pre-wedding party) both at STCC, all planned and coordinated within 3.5 months...
. Nikki was so flexible and helpful throughout the process and worked wonderfully well with all our other vendors. They even let us cater our Sangeet food from a local Indian restaurant. The venue is drop dead gorgeous, all with a waterfall and lake, completely unmatched anywhere else in Vegas. Their fees were very reasonable and there was no months-in-advance contract. The food was great and the entire staff was competent and gracious. There literally isn’t a single thing that I had a complaint with. Our expectations were far exceeded. Do not hesitate, you will not regret it.
We had our wedding at Spanish Trail Country Club in October 2019. Originally our wedding coordinator was Kathy who had a lot of experience there, but she moved on to a new company....
Laura her assistant became the new coordinator and took over with where we left off with Kathy.
Pros: With our first meeting with Laura, she was fairly detailed and accommodating with our requests. She followed up with us whenever we had questions. Overall, we thought our wedding went well at the time.
Cons: She was not the best at commutating sometimes, as she said our emails went into her spam box or she missed our texts, calls, voicemail. So, we had to send multiple messages to get a hold of her. We were told by my father and guests that there were a few things wrong that happened during the wedding. The directing for them to go back to their seats was confusing from the cocktail hour to them being seated for grand entrance because there was not enough directions/communication. We also heard that there was a long line at the bar due to there being only one bartender. It would have been nice to have 2 bartenders for the number of guests (130) we had. After the cake was cut to be served for the guests, the waiter informed my father that the guests would have to get the cakes themselves from the cake table. So, my father ended up having to bring the cakes to each table. I was very disappointed because I expected the waiters to have brought the cakes to the table or we should’ve been told otherwise. Lastly, with typical tradition we should’ve been provided with the top layer of our wedding cake, but they didn’t save it for us. We even had a side sheet cake and it wasn’t used for the guests and they gave that back to us instead. We followed up with Laura multiple times with texts and emails after the wedding regarding our issues and she only responded once that she was going to get back to us and she never did even though I followed up again through texts and emails. She just completely ignored us and left us hanging. We just wanted some type of closure for what had gone wrong at the wedding. We no longer felt like we mattered to her since the wedding was over.
My family hosted my bridal shower at Spanish Trail and it was fabulous! The food and service were wonderful! They have very pretty views of the golf course in their reception rooms...
.
Spanish Trail was the most amazing wedding venue out there. We just got back our wedding photos and could not be happier with how everything looked. The staff was amazing to work...
with, so flexible, and very professional.
Not only is the venue gorgeous, but Kathy and Laura are the best coordinators. You'll know you're being taken care of by the best in the business.
I looked everywhere - everywhere to find a venue that was worth the money, that was beautiful and would be perfect. We found that at Spanish Trail. It is beautiful, not only beau...
tiful but something that should've been so far out of my budget was perfect! Finding this place was one of those moments where a ray of sunshine beams down and the Halleluiah chorus breaks out. We had such a wonderful day and worked with some amazing people here!! The best decision we made was having our wedding here!!
When looking for a wedding venue, my fiance & I were getting a little discouraged because we couldn't find a place we loved! We had our ceremony outside and our reception inside, s...
o both areas needed to look amazing. And Spanish Trail BLEW OUR MIND! From the original meeting to picking up things we left behind after the wedding, their staff was phenomenal. The event planner worked with our budget and truly made our wedding a dream come true. The food was AMAZING and all our guests were raving about how great the presentation and quality of the dishes were. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend using Spanish Trail Country Club as your ceremony and/or reception venue.
