He was ok but I would not recommend. My daughter used him for her wedding and she told me that he barely played anything off her music list. He played what he wanted or had. Point ...
is, if you're hired for service your suppose to cater to what they like. There are cultural differences and even though most of us were of Latin descent doesn't mean we all have the same musc taste. That is why a list is provided. Who even still plays El General???such a bad taste of song for a wedding. Get with the times and program. Listen to what your customer wants.
We hired Spark Events for our wedding, and they sent Richardo as our sound technician—and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Richardo was professional, attentive, a...
nd clearly dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly. He handled all the equipment setup, including lapel mics, a handheld mic, and three speakers, and he coordinated closely with the bride in advance to make sure all the playlists were set just right.
What really stood out was how well he listened and adapted. He took the bride’s requests seriously and even worked with one of our groomsmen (a bit of a sound tech nerd himself) to fine-tune the setup. Music was a huge part of this wedding, and Richardo treated it with the care and importance it deserved—even though, in the grand scheme of Spark Events' bookings, this may have been on the smaller side.
We’re so grateful for the effort he put in. Thanks, Richardo, for helping make the day sound perfect.
I'm so happy we hired Sparks Events to DJ our wedding. Tony was attentive, professional and knew how to get the party started (and keep it going). He created a romantic, peaceful m...
ood for our ceremony, and then a fun atmosphere for our reception. He also did a great job at incorporating Spanish and English songs as we requested.
Dj sparks was the best!!! He was so professional, hilarious, and a joy to work with!!!! My fiance and I were so excited to meet him in person because of the rapport he built with u...
s. He provided great music and guided me on how to make playlists too! He made our wedding day perfect!!! I would recommend him for any and every event! Thank you so much for keeping the dance floor going!! If I could give you 10 million stars I would!
We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ or better music for our wedding. Tony went above and beyond for us and our guest could not stop talking about how FUN he made the night!! We ...
also had the pleasure of having a gentleman from Sparks run our photo booth and he was a pleasure to work with!
He was provided an mp3 of music to play prior to the wedding start. Initially he said he would play whatever he wanted as that is not in his time. We told him that if he didn’t wan...
t to play it that was fine we would play it ourselves through a Bose speaker that was hidden. He then offered to play it but then decided to fade the music down and switch it during a string accompaniment of Star Wars that was meant for the father of the bride. By doing this, he ended up missing the song for the mother of the bride also and the father did not get to hear the music intended for him. Overall pretty good but should follow specific instructions and not take liberties on someone else’s wedding. The groom’s mom’s song was played so this looked pretty bad.
Our DJ was Tony. He was great and managed to integrate latin and not latin music for our wedding. Great transitions between songs and great choices of music. You get to choose of c...
ourse what you want to play, but given freedom, their were great at picking the right music. Tony even helped translating speeches from Spanish to English, and viceversa. Even though he was very professional, he felt like a good friend during the party. they were also flexible to stay longer (we paid for more time) without any trouble. The only thing we were not happy about was that their communication was not great as we did not hear from them for a long time after we had done our first payment, to the point we thought they had scammed us. Besides that, they were great.
My wedding was 2/26/22 and although many had a good time I am disappointed with the music. I had a very small request list: cocktail hour Beatles, Billy Joel, Stevie Nicks, and Fra...
nk Sinatra. He did not play any of these artists. The only Beatles song was my Father/Daughter dance and he played one Frank Sinatra song later at night because of all the requests. For the bulk of the night I asked for Country and current hits. Our wedding song is Chris Stapleton Tennessee Whiskey and the only other country song was Big and Rich, save a horse ride a cowboy. I reached out to DJ Sparks to let him know how I felt, he said he would get back to me and never did.
so happy that we had dj sparks at our wedding! the music was fantastic and he made sure everyone had a great time! 100% would recommend!
DJ Tony was so much fun to work with. He had great communication and we had people dancing from the minute the dance floor opened up until our wedding was over.
Tony is absolutely awesome at what he does. Great DJ and will do above and beyond to ensure that everything goes well at your event. He did amazing at my wedding!

ouTube. We could barely hear the lyrics. Me and my dad were in disappointment we couldnt enjoy this song together.. I also received alot of complains about family and friends about the music...he was quickly to change the music when I asked but there were alot of time nobody was on the dancefloor and the same music was still playing...I made the best of this night but def the DJ will make a HUGE difference on your special day. I particulary wanted a latin dj because I felt he would have been more knowledge on the Spanish music we wanted but I didnt feel this way on this night.
He was amazing! We loved everything about it. He was very good at Dj-ing, but what impressed me the most as the groom, was how effective he was at the coordinator position. We plan...
ned our own wedding, and didn’t have a coordinator for the day of the wedding. However, Tony not only worked as the DJ, but he coordinated the night for us. He was phenomenal.
Dj Tony was the dj for our wedding in June 2021. He is friendly and has a terrific personality--he is also bilingual (English and Spanish) which was awesome for us! We are a Puerto...
Rican family so having a bilingual dj was icing on the cake. The wedding ceremony and reception went very well--- everyone we spoke to said they had a wonderful time at our wedding! The music during the ceremony went perfectly-- no glitches or issues at all! He spoke very well during all the times that he came on to the mic and helped get the guests involved in the wedding. Dj Tony helped make our special day come to life.

ny Called me a few days before my wedding to make sure there were no changes to the songs I wanted. After, speaking to him for 30 minutes I felt at ease and reassured that my day would go just as I had pictured. He is very professional, down to earth, humble, and passionate about his job. I got so many compliments about him and he even helped me with a last-minute surprise dance I decided to do for my husband. I am so pleased with DJ Tony's work and I can't wait to book him again for future events.

ed soundtrack music from our favorite games for the ceremony (like Zelda, Kingdom Hearts, Chrono Trigger) and know that it's not typical, but he played it all perfectly. Highly recommend him for your event!

ents. He was so excited and dedicated to our event, something I felt was really special seeing as it’s something he (and other wedding vendors) do events like ours every week. Tony has a wonderful personality and kept our reception flowing and lively. I would recommend his services 1000 x over. Thank you, Tony for being one of our favorite vendors and being a part of our day!

as comfortable playing a variety of music genres- he played everything from pop, classic songs, merengue, and salsa. Tony was very flexible as we had three different locations for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He helped us pick great songs for each part of our wedding day and kept our guests on the dance floor. It was especially great of him to translate our best man and maid of honor's speeches so all our guests could understand. I would definitely recommend using Tony for future events! Thanks Tony!
