Hi, I am Steph, a wedding and portrait photographer based in Iowa City, IA. I would love to document your life at whatever stage: engagement, wedding, family, and more!
I love capturing genuine moments and prefer candid, quiet moments over highly directed photos (though I will pose you as well).
As an Iowa native, I love open skies, prairie grasses, and lightning bugs. Sign me up for a sunset session in tall prairie grasses and it'll make me melt every time. Slow couple's sessions filled with birdsong and giggles are what I am aiming for in 2026.
For weddings, day of, I am there to be your advocate and to document what you've pulled together be it family, friends, items or venue details--I'm on it! We'll put together a custom timeline for your photos to make certain all the details that matter to you are accounted for.
