Sparrow Beginnings is a barn wedding venue located just minutes from downtown Stillwater, OK. This property is a labor of love, beginning with its purchase and creation in 2015 when all three girls were getting married. Every aspect of this rustic-luxe venue is steeped in a love of family, and since it hosts 320-400 guests, everyone can attend. Every aspect of your fairy-tale romance can be captured here, from your engagement party to the ceremony and reception. Sparrow Beginnings has a wide range of spots on site where you and your loved ones can spread your wings. Luxurious rooms are available for you and your partner to get ready in while guests mingle in the expansive climate-controlled barn or across rolling lawns. A stunning staircase and north-facing windows provide a gorgeous spot to take pictures. Chairs, tables, aisle markers, audio equipment, and even elegant centerpieces can all be provided, as well as setup and cleanup. There is both an indoor and outdoor PA system and projection screens for those who’d like to include a slideshow in the festivities. A stage can provide an ideal space for your DJ or band, and a state-of-the-art kitchen is available for your caterer of choice. Rental cottages roost on site, so you and your partner won’t have far to go to rest your heads. The premises are wheelchair accessible and provide ample parking. With a rental from 9 am to midnight and convenient payment plans, the folks at Sparrow Beginnings will help you make your wedding day take flight.

ble temperature during Oklahoma July haha. Our favorite thing to do before the ceremony was to peek through the windows from the bridal suites to get a look at everyone coming in and to see the layout from above. The suites were comfortable and the groom side even has games and entertainment centers. The staff was very kind and considerate of our requests to make our special day just how we envisioned!

It is a gorgeous location and has a great price for all that you get. Communication with the people who work there is very easy. I highly recommend using their services. Best deal in and around the Stillwater area and absolutely worth it.

the guests are very nice with many stalls, so no lines. That never would have been something I considered til I heard guests comment on it. A BEAUTIFUL outdoor area with so many options for large and small ceremonies. Numerous places for captivating photos. The dressing rooms are spacious and a lovely, comfortable place for getting ready, also very cute for photos. The balcony was incredible, and the wall dividing the couples balcony makes for a sweet photo! They had one issue that I knew about from reading reviews (the venue creating a loud echo with sound systems) but from updates on their social pages, I know they're working to fix that. BUT MORE THAN ANYTHING, the ladies running it are the sweetest! I run into them from time to time and, 6 months following my wedding, they still remember my name and are so sweet. They were very accommodating during the whole process. THIS VENUE IS PERFECT FOR EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT. Please consider it for your event because Sparrow will not disappoint!

hey weren't small changes either. They tried telling us we can't get married outside (10 days before the wedding). After confirming we can use whoever for the bartender, they came back a couple months after we hired/paid for them and said we had to use someone they had in mind. I know most couples were told to buy insurance, which is VERY expensive, even after they signed their agreements. I didn't hire a wedding planner, so the stress they put on the bride almost wasn't worth it.
