We always laughed and had a good time when we met with her and I was so surprised when I would email her at 10 pm and within minutes I would have a reply. They are always prompt to answer any questions (I always got a response within 24 hours of my email) and Daphne always had a smile and a good attitude. You can't go wrong with the Spartan Manor!
