got my photo booth from here and the ring light was very nice. I had it face the dance floor off to the side and it was nice people got to photo bomb and it kept people close to the dance floor.

n a good way. It started with the setup before the wedding. He scheduled a phone call two weeks prior to go over details and song choices. I had already filled out and submitted my song list before our call. During the call, he told me that the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to wasn’t possible because it was a custom track and should have been sent weeks earlier. I was heartbroken and ended up in tears that night. The next morning, I emailed him again (through my husband’s email) with the same song link, just asking if there was any way to make it work. Within minutes, he replied, “No problem! I can totally do that.” So… why was it such a big deal the night before when I was the bride? When I called to go over details about the venue setup, he brushed me off, saying he had been there before and it would be fine. I still gave him my venue coordinator’s number just in case. Later, my venue coordinator told me that the DJ clearly had no idea what he was doing — and after hearing my full experience, he actually put this DJ on their “do not use” list. At the wedding, things didn’t improve. He wasn’t engaging, made song mistakes (including my husband’s garter toss song), and overall gave off an unprofessional vibe. Looking back, if I could change one thing about my wedding, it would be hiring this DJ. Honestly, I would have rather had my grandpa try to figure out an iPod and Bluetooth speaker than go through this again.

We know how important a DJ is in a wedding (especially since we wanted to spend most of the night on the dance floor) but didn’t want to break the bank. And I cannot believe how perfectly it all went. Justin was our DJ on the day of. He was funny and nice and read the room very well. Basically 10/10 would recommend these guys to everyone for a perfect wedding day.

We contacted Sparty Djs and they were able to move things around and find a DJ for us.  She ended up being incredible and we could not be more happy with their service. Do yourself a favor and do not hire a fly-by-night DJ off of Facebook.

They were extremely professional, responsive and flexible with our schedule. The technology they utlize makes planning so easy. Our reception was a blast.

It's clear that the company is very organized because we had multiple calls with both the head of the company and the actual DJ to work out the details and work through the worksheet they provided us, which was also very helpful when we were planning out the day. They also came at a great price, especially compared to many of the other DJs we looked at which was the biggest selling point and why we initially booked them. They were also very flexible around us and our requests and needs for the wedding which was great in decreasing the stress of planning.

hed out to Sparty DJ to inquire about our date, they were very responsive. But my inbox received multiple messages about booking before their spots were full. We both have busy jobs so it felt like we were being pressured to reserve our spot. As our wedding date approached, our planner reached out to Jim, who we thought would be our DJ, about touching base on songs and timeline. When we had our phone conversation with Jim, we went over the form that we had filled out. Once we were done, we found out that Jim would not be the DJ at our wedding, so that seemed to be a waste of time. Later we met with William, our DJ, to go over things and it appeared that we had a good understanding of how we wanted the music. During our reception, William started the dancing off with slow dancing and older music - most of which was not on our list of songs. We had our planner tell William to play more upbeat music. William changed the music to disco, which was fine because it was better than the slow stuff, but it was still not really what we were looking for. William did turn the music around for the end half. I'm happy that we ended on a good note, but the first part of the dancing was not what we had hoped for.

loser to our wedding, we had a thorough meeting over Zoom. I'm type A, but you could just tell he was an expert. EVERYONE loved him, and even three months later, people are still complimenting our DJ. He had everyone from every generation dancing ALL NIGHT LONG.

transitions and lively mix of songs created an energetic atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. As an MC, they were professional and ensured the evening flowed smoothly. Jim exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommended for their talent and dedication to making celebrations amazing!
