We are fully insured and carry an extensive tent inventory that is approved by the State of Kentucky. We have over 15 years of rental experience and outdoor weddings are our specialty.

Our wedding planner recommended Special Events and they were awesome and definitely reasonably priced! Our planner did much of the coordination, but Kim (the owner) was super flexible, especially after we had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic. She was also so sweet every time I would call and everything looked beautiful on our wedding day! Can't thank her enough :)
Kim and her team were great with planning our wedding and setting up our tent! It looked beautiful and the set up and tear down went super smoothly. She was super responsive and flexible with all our order!
There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but in the end it all came together an they did a beautiful job, the wedding was perfect, thanks for helping celebrate my big day
Special Events was both helpful and allowed me to save money. I researched area party rental companies and their price was the most competitive of all the companies in the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and most helpful and because we rented over Memorial Day weekend, we got to keep the tent, chairs, etc. from Friday morning, until the following Tuesday!!!! We more than got our money's worth out of them!!!
